Hôtels avec parking à Oregon, États-Unis

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Nous aimerions cet hôtel et tout était parfait, sauf pour deux choses ... Premièrement, il n'y avait pas de savon, ce qui était sûrement juste une surveillance par l'équipage de nettoyage. Deuxièmement, et c'était le problème beaucoup plus important : la douche a été construite incorrectement. Il n'avait qu'une température (le plus chaud possible!) et une valve en marche. Il était impossible de prendre une douche sans être éclaté par l'eau. La chambre n'a pas été très bien placée, mais elle a été très bien placée.

ダウンタウンの便利な場所にあり、近くにスーパーや飲食店もあってロケーションはよい。部屋もベッドもバスルームもとても広く、清潔で快適。周囲の音や廊下を歩く人の音なども気にならず、とても静かに過ごせます。設備も整っており、個人的にはセルフランドリーも設置されていたのがありがたかった。しかもこのランドリーが”コイン”でなく、アプリを使用してApple Payなどで支払いができるもので、コインの用意に悩まずよかった。ランドリーコーナーも清潔。フロント前にコーヒー、紅茶などのサーバーが設置されていて自由に飲める。フロントのスタッフの方は丁寧で感じがよいです。日本人の女性のスタッフさんもいらっしゃいましたが、とても丁寧かつ親切で、ほっとするような対応をしていただきました。この時期4都市に滞在しましたが、こちらのホテルが一番よかったです。アメリカでこの料金で、こんなに快適に過ごせることを期待していなかったので、こちらのホテルに滞在してこんなに気持ちよく過ごせたことが幸運に思いました。また数カ月後ポートランドを訪れる予定がありますが、できれば再度滞在したいです。

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

La chambre était belle. Le service de la maison n'existait pas. Demande de service de la chambre ... ils ont indiqué que nous devrions le demander le jour précédent. Même quand nous avons eu... ils n'ont même pas fait le lit. Le bureau frontal a été confondu à l'entrée et a essayé de me faire facturer une fois que j'ai déjà payé.

Tout le chemin sur 101, ne pas vivre enfin dans un motel, la chambre est super. J'ai ouvert plusieurs milliers de kilomètres et il y a une chambre si bon marché. Cela représente une très bonne satisfaction.

The hotel is a decent place for a stay in Protland if you care safty in the city and want a quiet relaxing experience. The hotel seems attached to the University and the design is kind of Japanese style. Room is clean but not that quiet we could hear the TV sounds the whole night of the other room. Breakfast is very simple but good for the price.

L'hôtel est dans le centre-ville, sans son propre parking, mais le parking public est situé au sous-sol de la station-service près de la station-service de la neige, environ 35 coups par nuit. Cinq minutes à pied de l'hôtel, une croisière est passée dans un coin. La chambre est plus petite, un lit est équipé de deux couvercles, avec un bain, très compact. Le liquide de lavage est très fragrant. Le service de la réception est bon, parce que le sommeil est plus doux, la consultation peut-elle changer la chambre à l'arrière de la route, et elle est également utile. Il y a un plats mexicain à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, Lechon, il est recommandé. Il est recommandé de faire des champignons, des Ribes grillés aussi.

It is always a pleasure to stay here! It has a resort feel and I love it!!!

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.
