This hotel is very convenient and suitable for in and out SEA airport as they provided a good service for airport shuttle bus and also its good location which closed to 7-11 store.

Il existe un service de navette aéroport, donc même les vols tôt le matin se sont déroulés sans stress. Impression de la pièce La chambre était spacieuse et avait un design moderne et un intérieur relaxant. Il y avait un lit confortable, des draps de qualité et toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je pouvais voir la vue sur la ville depuis la fenêtre et les lumières de la ville étaient magnifiques la nuit. service Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et les formalités d'enregistrement et de départ ont été rapides et fluides. Le personnel de nettoyage a fait du bon travail et les chambres étaient toujours propres et confortables.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

Je ne sais pas que je dois payer $25.00 pour le parking, quand je réserve que vous devriez laisser les clients savoir qu'ils ont facturé le parking, le parking dans le lot de parking non dans le garage et encore facturé pour $ 25 J'ai aimé ne pas être équitable à la clientèle.

cet hôtel est proche de l'aéroport à votre arrivée, veuillez appeler la réception et attendre 10 à 15 minutes. lorsque vous retournerez à l'aéroport, veuillez réserver à l'avance lors de l'enregistrement

Reception was exceptional-room like new and spotless-everyone was helpful-quiet room with great Mountain View

We requested 2 times for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned for our 2 weeks stay.. The receptionists are nice. The breakfast is simple American breakfast, cold eggs, DIY waffles and bagels. The highlight of the lobby is that you can help yourselves with coffee or hot chocolate. During my 2 weeks in Redmond Inn, there’s was no cookies served as promised in the brochure. One good thing about the room is that there’s a small area for microwave and fridge but no electric kettle.
