Les membres du personnel nous ont offert des boissons de bienvenue à notre arrivée, tandis que le récepteur a traité notre check-in. Nous avons donc réservé les billets de Ba Den de la réception de l'hôtel (le même prix) après les avoir écoutés. Après cela , le personnel nous a envoyé le billet via WhatsApp et une bonne chose est qu'il est toujours contactable si vous avez besoin d'une assistance supplémentaire pendant votre voyage à Tau Ninh. La chambre d'hôtel est confortable et dispose d'un design européen. Nous l'aimons beaucoup. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel a aussi de nombreuses options, y compris les cuisines vietnamiennes et occidentales. Ne peut pas attendre de les revoir dans un avenir proche.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They speak very good English and helped us every time we needed taxis. We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my trip. As a vegetarian, I was touched by their thoughtfulness; the restaurant staff proactively asked for my breakfast preference during dinner. The next morning, they served my pre-ordered meal and a refreshing drink promptly as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Although the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-equipped. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful to the team for coming to my rescue when I got lost in the forest—they truly went above and beyond. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1 PM. Exceptional service that I won't forget!

Il n'y a pas de supérettes à proximité immédiate, seulement un magasin Ganzai. On trouve de nombreux restaurants, cafés, salons de massage et hôtels aux alentours. Un grand magasin de taille moyenne se situe à 200 mètres (sur la route principale), et un parc sportif de taille moyenne avec marché nocturne à 500 mètres (proposant principalement des grillades et des fritures). L'endroit est proche du site touristique de la Montagne Noire. Son principal atout est son calme et son confort ! Cependant, l'absence d'ascenseur le rend déconseillé aux personnes âgées à mobilité réduite (la plupart des hôtels des environs sont des immeubles de trois étages sans ascenseur). Si vous souhaitez un hôtel avec ascenseur, le prix sera différent. Une chambre pour quatre personnes coûte moins de 1 000 dollars taïwanais (environ 900 NTD).

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ và rất hiện đại. Tôi đặc biệt thích quầy trà, bánh, và nước uống miễn phí n*** tại sảnh. Ngoài ra sáng còn có bữa sáng mang đi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Rất đáng để quay lại khi có dịp đến khu vực công tác.

Lúc nhận phòng chỉ 1 bạn lễ tân, làm thủ tục cho 1 đoàn nhận phòng vừa nghe điện thoại, 1 mình hơi bận rộn nhưng vẫn thân thiện nhiệt tình khi cho mình nhận phòng. Tổng quan rất tốt, sẽ ở đây khi có dịp quay lại Tây Ninh.
