Notre séjour au tribunal de Pékin était honnêtement l'un des points forts de notre voyage. Elle a aidé à laver nos vêtements et même les a pendus à sècher sans nous demander quelque chose que nous n'attendais pas, surtout en voyageant avec des enfants. Elle a pris du temps pour aider mes enfants et même emprunté des jouets qui les ont fait sentir à l'immédiat confortables et heureux. Le premier jour, elle a même offert de nous conduire dans sa propre voiture au parc, et non seulement nous quitter, mais aussi nous attendre. Elle a offert d'aider à acheter des fruits pour eux, et quand ma fille ne s'était pas bien sentie (qui se passe habituellement pour elle lorsque nous voyageons à l'étranger), elle nous a même aidé à obtenir les médicaments dont nous avons besoin. Ce niveau de soins a été si personnel et sincère, cela a vraiment significatif pour notre famille. Il a été très bien équipé avec des caractéristiques modernes, surtout la salle de confort, qui avait un chauffeur et une boîte à toilettes automatisée (Super convenable, surtout dans le temps froid!). L'espace était aussi très spacieux, ce qui a fait une telle grande différence pour nous comme une famille voyageant avec des enfants. La chambre est grande, l'attitude du service est également très bonne, l'emplacement est bon, près de Sanlitun, le rapport qualité-prix est très élevé, très adapté à la location à court terme, mais l'eau doit être payée, ce qui est un peu un problème.

Transport : J'ai conduit et me suis garé au sous-sol B1, ce qui offre 48 heures de stationnement gratuit. Il y a trois étages avec un accès direct au centre commercial. Environnement : C'est un hôtel neuf, le design et les matériaux de décoration sont de haute qualité, avec des équipements de salle de bain Grohe et Duravit. Équipements : Le canapé-lit est assez grand pour un adulte ou un adolescent. Il y a une petite table à l'entrée de la chambre, et un chariot de service est disponible près du meuble TV, ce qui est très pratique pour ranger des affaires. Service : Du personnel de la réception à celui de l'entretien ménager, l'attitude est excellente. Cependant, après avoir commandé de la nourriture à emporter et attendu longtemps sans nouvelles, j'ai appelé la réception et j'ai découvert que je devais la récupérer moi-même au rez-de-chaussée. Il serait plus attentionné si l'hôtel pouvait en informer les clients à l'avance. Points faibles 1 : Les chambres sont réparties entre les bâtiments A et B, ce qui est un peu compliqué. Je séjournais au 9ème étage du bâtiment B. Après m'être enregistré au 8ème étage par un ascenseur, il a fallu prendre un autre ascenseur jusqu'au 9ème étage. Ensuite, il fallait traverser un long couloir et tourner plusieurs fois pour arriver au bâtiment B. Points faibles 2 : Le plan de travail de la salle de bain est trop petit, les articles de toilette pour femmes ne tiennent pas. Points faibles 3 : Le vestiaire de la piscine est trop petit et n'offre aucune intimité visuelle. La porte des vestiaires pour femmes s'ouvre directement sur la zone de douche et de changement de vêtements. Je suggère d'ajouter un rideau. Points faibles 4 : Les douches des vestiaires n'ont pas d'étagères ni de crochets. Si vous prenez une douche avec un peigne, vous devez le poser sur la bouteille de shampoing. Le maillot de bain mouillé doit être coincé sur la belle poignée de porte. Après la douche, je craignais que quelqu'un n'ouvre la porte du vestiaire, alors je devais me précipiter pour prendre ma serviette. C'est un problème majeur, je suggère que l'hôtel l'optimise dès que possible ! (Le personnel devrait se mettre à la place d'un client et suivre le processus pour comprendre). Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est très bon, je reviendrai et je verrai si les problèmes mentionnés ont été résolus 🙂

The location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

Very nice large hotel with nice hot springs within the same structure. Service is excellent and the staff are very cheerful. Considering how close the hotel is to the airport by taxi, I would highly recommend for a long layover. They even gave me a 4pm checkout.

Bien que la chambre ne soit pas grande, le petit-déjeuner était copieux, le service excellent (10/10) et l'hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du téléphérique. Après le petit-déjeuner, on pouvait prendre directement le téléphérique pour monter et descendre, en évitant la foule – une expérience fantastique ! De plus, il est très facile de héler un taxi juste en bas ; il suffit de communiquer le numéro d'immatriculation à la réception. Très satisfait !

Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait. Même si le couloir n'est pas très neuf et est encore un peu vieillot, la chambre est ”unique”. Par rapport à un hôtel ordinaire, elle ressemble plus à une ”maison”. vue. L'attitude du service à la réception est bonne et elle est de haute qualité et à bas prix, les installations environnantes sont relativement complètes, il y a un petit-déjeuner très rentable non loin, des restaurants, des supermarchés, des bains, etc. .

My second visit to Yunduan. Like last year, enjoyed our stay. It’s a kid friendly place and includes a kids pool, playground and indoor kids club. This time we got a family friendly room just next to the swimming pool. My son loved the bunker bed with slide. Food has gotten better since last time although it’s primarily Chinese cuisine. Many of the dishes have English mentioned and carry a picture. Breakfast has Chinese and Western dishes but variety is limited. But services are excellent. This time our room didn’t have smart toilet which was the only regret. If you are traveling with kids this is a good choice for a short vacation.

The hotel has a nice concept or safari theme but somewhat under delivered. The pictures were nice but I think these are old pictures as it definitely needs upkeep or we think due for renovation and cleanliness of the surrounding needs more manpower. Pool is questionable and not inviting. Plus side: Very close to the great wall you can literally walk about 1km away to the gate. And the nearby grocery is a cheap way to buy local gifts to bring home. However you are far from the main Beijing City as in more than 1 hour by taxi and 2 hours if you get caught in the rush hour of beijing cost which cost about US$20 one way. The room is clean, big and decent for the price but really needs repair and I really question the security of the door as it was no secondary lock. The hot water is plenty, aircon is nice, internet is ok, soap is great. Service: They are family run I think 3 or 4 people, they try to accommodate but unlike other hotels in China, they don't try to utilize tech to translate. I understand they are kinda old. They don't automatically make up the room even though we stayed for 3 nights. so our garbage filed up. But we are ok with it. They were waiting even though we arrived at 2am which we appreciated. And the iced coffee is nice. Bad: Food maybe it is not our preferred taste. It is definitely not a buffet and we only eat once. You have alternative restaurants across the street or in the Great Wall commercial area but it is expensive. So will we recommend it, maybe. Yes, if you want a quiet place to unwind and want to explore the great wall for more than a day. no, if you want to explore beijing, it is far from the city and conscious of cleanliness and upkeep.

房間在景區旁邊，我們定好了以後給前台打了電話，告訴了我們哪個停車場更近一點，確實挺近的我們停在了一號停車場，走過去十分鐘就到了，房間很乾凈，走到景區也就三五分鐘就到了，接待的小姐姐很盡心，房間裏東西也很齊全，非常滿意，以後會推薦朋友來入住！
