Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

J'y ai passé 3 nuits pour explorer Tirana. L'hôtel est à environ 23 minutes de la place principale, donc c'était un peu loin à pied si vous vouliez revenir à l'hôtel après une journée passée à l'extérieur et vous changer pour le dîner. Nous avons dîné tôt dans le centre et sommes revenus le soir à l'hôtel, cela ne nous a donc pas posé de problèmes. Les chambres et le reste de l'hôtel étaient très propres. Les chambres étaient plus traditionnelles tandis que les salles de bains étaient très modernes avec une belle douche. Le bar était calme mais agréable et il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel mais nous ne l'avons pas essayé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec des œufs au plat/omelette, des saucisses et du bacon, du pain et des confitures, d'excellents fruits et pâtisseries, des yaourts, etc. Manger un bon petit-déjeuner signifiait que nous ne nous arrêtions pas pour manger pendant la journée et dînions tôt. Il y a eu un problème avec la prise en charge à l'hôtel mais cela a affecté un certain nombre de personnes car nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport de Tirana juste avant le secrétaire d'État américain. Juste une de ces choses. Le retour à l'aéroport s'est bien passé, ce que l'hôtel a organisé ainsi que l'impression des cartes d'embarquement car les versions mobiles ne sont pas encore autorisées à l'aéroport. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici et tant que cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher jusqu'au centre, l'hôtel est super.

Les inconvénients sont nombreux, commençons par les principaux : si vous êtes blonde, merci de porter une casquette si vous allez à la piscine. J'ai un blond cendré que j'essaie d'obtenir depuis de nombreuses années, mais après leur piscine, mes cheveux sont devenus verts. Je ne sais pas ce qu’ils ajoutent à la piscine ! Au moment de l'enregistrement, en payant $ en espèces, on m'a dit que nous acceptions soit la monnaie locale, soit les €. J'ai décidé de payer par carte, mais l'hôtel a facturé 30 $ de plus, je ne l'ai pas remarqué tout de suite, mais dès que j'ai remarqué, j'ai écrit au support technique. Lorsque le support technique a contacté l'hôtel, celui-ci a nié m'avoir facturé 30 $. Malgré le fait que j'ai un reçu de paiement de 30$ de plus et plus un relevé bancaire. Ils ont nié m'avoir pris 30 $, même si j'avais toutes les preuves. Quand je suis personnellement allé à la réception pour comprendre, ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas eux qui facturaient 30 $, mais qu'ils auraient dû facturer 30 $ parce qu'ils convertissaient des dollars en euros, des euros dans leur monnaie locale et cette conversion serait coûte 30 $. Mais il semblerait que ce montant me soit facturé par la banque et non par l'hôtel lui-même, bien que la facture elle-même ait été émise au nom de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas aimé ça du tout. Il n'y avait pas de pantoufles dans les chambres, d'ailleurs ils n'ont pas nié qu'ils n'avaient pas de pantoufles. Comportement très étrange du personnel. Leurs petits-déjeuners ne durent que 2 heures et coûtent 10 €, mais pour une raison quelconque, le petit-déjeuner est aussi maigre que possible, il est plus facile de prendre un petit-déjeuner pour le même montant dans un café voisin.

L'hôtel est tout neuf et les serveurs sont très sympathiques. Si je devais citer un inconvénient, ce serait le peu de restaurants à proximité. Tournez à gauche au carrefour, puis à gauche, continuez tout droit et tournez à droite. Il y a un bon restaurant, comme King. La photo montre le petit-déjeuner et le plat que j'ai commandé. La nourriture à l'intérieur est assez chère.

upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. L'hôtel est très situé au centre de Tiarana. Entourant le centre-ville. Facile à aller seul au parc urbain et à Parlza. Tout est un bon service, la réception est très utile et gentille. Avoir un grand petit-déjeuner et salle de café. Prix raisonnable pour le voyage. La chambre est propre et chaque jour aide à nettoyer la chambre. Le lit est super confortable. Reviendra.

The service was good, the receptionist, staff and manager were very helpful during our stay. the facilities was clean, room were cleaned and tidied daily, different options of meal and styles of cooking at breakfast each day which we loved very much however the lunch meal was changed each day so if you are looking to have lunch at the hotel during your stay you wouldn't have much of an option. Also i would have appreciated a notice about the kids club and activities not available at certain time of the year as that was the main reason i chose Marbella.

Heureusement que le personnel est très gentil et serviable car il y a eu pas mal de désagréments durant le séjour. Mention spéciale aux femmes de chambres qui sont toujours très souriantes et qui sont aux petits soins. La jeune fille au bar est aussi très gentille. Le Check-in n’a pu se faire qu à 17h car une panne de courant empêchait de savoir quelle chambre nous avions. Cette même panne apparement nous a empêché d’avoir des wc fonctionnel jusqu’au 2ème soirs. Nous n’avions presque pas d’eau froide et devions prendre la douche très chaude, pas très agréable quand il fait plus de 40° dehors. La clim ne fonctionne pas très bien mais c’est supportable. À partir du 3eme jours l’ascenseur était en panne. Nous n’avons pas ouvert la fenêtre de la chambre car l’odeur était insupportable et le bruit de l’autoroute également. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon et suffisant. La piscine est vieillissante, les photos datent d’il y a longtemps. Dans l’ensemble c’est correct pour le prix et surtout grâce au personnel qui est très gentil et serviable.

It was a lovely place in a private road. There was a pool and garden area that was well maintained with sun beds, table and chairs. You could walk through a path through trees close by where there was a beach. You can swim here and there are sun beds and some shade. There are a number of cafes on the seafront and it felt safe and contained. It’s not far to Durrës or more places in Golem main resort and we walked down there once. The Vila is well maintained and we had a friendly welcome. Thank you.
