hôtel qui répond à la description. Peut-être les chambres un peu petites mais avec tout ce qui est nécessaire. Mal que certains des bouchons de ma chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Il n'y a ni mouchoirs ni bouilloire. La chambre est assez grande, avec un parking gratuit à proximité, à côté d'un grand supermarché, loin des attractions. Tous sont des clients espagnols en vacances, et la maison est pleine.

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of history. However it’s too hot. We turned the temperature of the air con to 15C but it’s still blowing out hot air. We turned the air con off completely but it’s still hot. Outside is 6C so we are not sure why it’s so hot inside. We called the reception but they said turning the air con down is the only way to cool down the room. It’s raining so we can’t open the window.

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

We didn’t stay at the hotel so cannot review it. We were unable to book a bus because every bus from Seville was full. So we missed our stay at the parador unfortunately. We didn’t know it was a public holiday the next day which obviously was why all the buses were full.

Perfect location for visiting the old town of Trujillo. There is an aisle for the guest to the Castillo where you will have a nice view of the castle and the town. The staff will guide you to the parking area though the road is a little narrow.

Hotel sin lujos pero con todo lo realmente necesario para disfrutar tu estancia. %100% recomendable. Está a 10 minutos andando del centro y es fácil aparcar gratis en los alrededores. Las camas son muy cómodas y tienen 2 tipos de almohadas, una más firme y otra más blandita; por lo que el buen descanso está asegurado. En la recepción hay a disposición de los huéspedes de forma gratuita una máquina de agua y una de café, así como infusiones de forma gratuita. Todo el hotel es muy nuevo y todo está en perfectas condiciones.

Superbe location et personnel très professionnel et super amable... nous avons très bien choisi l'hébergement pour notre petit voyage de 49 ans de mariage... Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute une autre fois... nous avons fait un changement de chambre pour un prix très raisonnable et c'était un grand coup.
