A proximité de la mer, une belle grande chambre avec canapé et parking gratuit. Excellent salle de bain avec douche séparée et une salle de bain pleine. Un grand espace de stockage. Avec voiture en voiture dans le centre-ville et bus arrêt à l'extérieur plus je crois que le métro est proche. Je vous recommanderais cet hôtel et je resterai sûrement à nouveau.

Obviously a location closer to the beach would be ideal, but all the rest is great. Good rooms, good breakfast, and mostly amazing gym facilities (several large rooms, swimming pool as well)

La location était excellente, près de la gare. La chambre confortable ne serait certainement pas ma choix. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur que j'aie jamais connu. Tous les membres du personnel sont amis. Je veux certainement rester dans cet hôtel si je suis allé à Newcastle.

I am a Marriot rewards member and have been for a number of years. Hotel is ideal location for what we wanted. Staff very welcoming and always were polite. My only issue was that whilst booking I always request a room away from lift. I was given a room directly at lift. Further issues were hot water did not work, telephone light continually flashing all night and no drinking water or fridge was in room. I highlighted this to reception and was told they were unaware of any of these issues. The following morning I again spoke to reception and this time I am very pleased to say that the receptionist, Meghan, took ownership of this. She searched rooms available and was able to re-allocate me to another room with no issues. Rest of our 4 day stay went without a hitch due to excellent service from Meghan. Last note, why is it less expensive to book through a 3rd party rather than direct with hotel?

La chambre n'était pas propre. En tant que membre IHG, j'ai pu faire un check-in anticipé à midi, mais il y avait de la poussière sur le comptoir, des cheveux sur le lit et... le sous-vêtement d'un précédent client derrière le rideau ? J'ai dû tout vérifier et nettoyer moi-même. Le lit et les oreillers sont très moelleux, cela dépend des préférences de chacun. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, un petit-déjeuner continental avec beaucoup de choix. L'emplacement est excellent, à environ cinq ou six minutes à pied de la gare.

Fantastic stay, when we arrived there was a problem with our room but the issue was sorted straight away. The room was lovely. We had a fantastic view. We had an executive room so had access to the lounge which as lovely, high tea in the after, drinks and hot food at teatime.

Fantastic hotel for the money. I’d say its a great option for a spa break if you’re on a budget especially if you go midweek you get an overnight stay and access to the pool, gym and sauna included for less than £100 per night. Compared to other hotels that offer the same facilities it’s really good value. My only complaint would be no dressing gowns or slippers included making it a bit of a hassle getting fully changed amongst strangers. Other spa hotels have dressing gowns and slippers included so you can prep for the pool & sauna areas in the privacy of your own room.

Nice clean hotel ,excellent breakfast ,friendly staff but terrible bed very hard ,room to hot opened windows but noise from air con ducts on roof below kept us awake tv was always turning off itself room 332 third floor

Room size was great, bed was comfortable. Only issue was a red hot pipe going through the room which could not be switched off and the weather was very warm. Will stay again
