Hôtels avec piscine à Tyne and Wear, Royaume-Uni

A proximité de la mer, une belle grande chambre avec canapé et parking gratuit. Excellent salle de bain avec douche séparée et une salle de bain pleine. Un grand espace de stockage. Avec voiture en voiture dans le centre-ville et bus arrêt à l'extérieur plus je crois que le métro est proche. Je vous recommanderais cet hôtel et je resterai sûrement à nouveau.

I am a Marriot rewards member and have been for a number of years. Hotel is ideal location for what we wanted. Staff very welcoming and always were polite. My only issue was that whilst booking I always request a room away from lift. I was given a room directly at lift. Further issues were hot water did not work, telephone light continually flashing all night and no drinking water or fridge was in room. I highlighted this to reception and was told they were unaware of any of these issues. The following morning I again spoke to reception and this time I am very pleased to say that the receptionist, Meghan, took ownership of this. She searched rooms available and was able to re-allocate me to another room with no issues. Rest of our 4 day stay went without a hitch due to excellent service from Meghan. Last note, why is it less expensive to book through a 3rd party rather than direct with hotel?

Les installations à l'intérieur de la maison sont un peu vieilles, mais dans l'ensemble elles sont plutôt bonnes. Le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée offre un environnement agréable et le repas est très économique. La dame à la réception est très chaleureuse. Nagez dans la piscine en bas, c'est tellement confortable Non loin de l'hôtel se trouve le littoral, qui est très beau

The hotel is located next to Newcastle Central station minutes from the Cathedral, the Castle, the centre of the city near Monument. The hotel entrance has a faded grandeur that isn't intimidating, more comfortably worn. The room was cosy with bathtub and shower. The WiFi was a little temperamental but works fine. A plus for me was the pool and spa facilities at the hotel. Nothing better than a swim to start the day. Excellent location and good value hotel.

Équipements : Globalement assez neuf, mais il n'y a pas de plafonnier dans la chambre, ce qui la rend très sombre la nuit. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans chauffage. La pomme de douche a un excellent débit, très agréable. Il y a un mini-réfrigérateur avec deux bouteilles d'eau, et on peut en demander d'autres à la réception si besoin. Propreté : Globalement correcte. Environnement : L'hôtel est proche de la gare, on entend un peu le train depuis la chambre, mais ce n'est pas très gênant. Il faut environ 8 minutes à pied pour y arriver depuis la gare, en contournant la gare par l'arrière. Ce n'est pas très pratique si l'on a des bagages lourds, car le chemin n'est pas entièrement plat, ce qui peut être un peu fatigant. Service : La réception propose un service de consigne à bagages. Lors du check-in, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne à la réception, j'ai dû attendre longtemps.

Fantastic stay, when we arrived there was a problem with our room but the issue was sorted straight away. The room was lovely. We had a fantastic view. We had an executive room so had access to the lounge which as lovely, high tea in the after, drinks and hot food at teatime.

Fantastic hotel for the money. I’d say its a great option for a spa break if you’re on a budget especially if you go midweek you get an overnight stay and access to the pool, gym and sauna included for less than £100 per night. Compared to other hotels that offer the same facilities it’s really good value. My only complaint would be no dressing gowns or slippers included making it a bit of a hassle getting fully changed amongst strangers. Other spa hotels have dressing gowns and slippers included so you can prep for the pool & sauna areas in the privacy of your own room.

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Nice clean hotel ,excellent breakfast ,friendly staff but terrible bed very hard ,room to hot opened windows but noise from air con ducts on roof below kept us awake tv was always turning off itself room 332 third floor

Room size was great, bed was comfortable. Only issue was a red hot pipe going through the room which could not be switched off and the weather was very warm. Will stay again
