There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

IInvitéI made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available.
The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin.
The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty.
The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter.
The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

Hotel are strategically located and easy access to Train and restaurant. In term of room really good for business travel. Solid table and chairs for comfortable working environment in the room.
In term of room service really bad. No response on phone call. They purposely cancelled out the call especially for enquiry with front desk and for room services. Really disappointed.

IInvitéThis is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system.
Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none.
I am so grateful to them.
In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced.
If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

BBradleyWe had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive.
The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments.
The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening.
Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

UUtilisateur anonymeDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

IInvitéAltough fully paid thriough Trip.com, the reception had difficulty in finding my booking.
Don't be fooled by the swimming pool photo offered by the hotel, it is actually quite tiny.
The hotel room is a bit small. We paid £61 a night including breakfast for 2. No complain.
From the reception to the bedroom, there are many 3 steops along the way. Altough step lifts are provided, probably not worth to use them just to get a large luggage over the steps.
The location is excellent, it is near The Springs retail park which is a new shopping and dinnig place.

CCatrynExcellent location juste à côté de l'autoroute. Spa / piscine / saloon sont super pour se débrouiller la journée. L'équipe est grande, très aimable et utile. Chambres magnifiques.
Bar & bar pourrait faire avec un changement de menu. Le choix de la nourriture et la norme sont tous deux faibles. Le prix est aussi coûteux pour ce qu'il est. Personne ne demande si tout est bien avec n'importe quel repas. Fréquemment des repas froids / parties de repas. Le petit déjeuner buffet n'était pas le meilleur et la sélection chaude était mauvaise en goût et qualité.
Je resterais encore mais commander de manger ou de me ramener de la nourriture.
