L'endroit est très propre, le service est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, et il est proche de l'aéroport et propose également une navette pour l'aéroport, c'est le meilleur.

* Un hôtel nouveau fantastique avec excellente hospitalité ! L'hôtel est un hôtel moderne, propre et bien conçu, et une grande télévision intelligente, dont Netflix, avec une équipe qui offre un service exceptionnel. Le récepteur Edwina m'a accueilli chaleureusement, qui a été très utile et a assuré un processus de check-in rapide. Le lobby a pu être étonnant, grâce à une fragrance de lémon, et j'ai séjourné dans une chambre du roi Deluxe, spacieuse, moderne et cozyperfecte pour travail et relaxation. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il suffit de commencer mon jour de travail. L'un des meilleurs caractéristiques est la connexion directe au Carstensz Mall, l'un des meilleurs centres de BSD. I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Le service de l'hôtel était excellent : le personnel était toujours attentionné, poli et prêt à rendre service. L'emplacement est un atout majeur, très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec l'aéroport, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, la présence de plusieurs commerces de proximité à proximité immédiate de l'établissement rend le séjour encore plus pratique et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

La chambre est de base. Très petite toilette. Le climatisation est étrange, la chambre n'est pas froide toute la nuit. Il était si de base, d'autres hôtels budget peuvent vous donner un sentiment confortable que cela. Plus point - nous n'avons pas apporté un plug universel, et l'hôtel a et la lobby est agréable.

Je n'ai jamais espéré un tel niveau d'amitié et de service fm Miss Raj. Très professionnel et agréable. Je suis arrivée plus tôt et elle essayait de me donner une chambre pour un check-in plus tôt, elle s'est même arrivée pour s'assurer que la chambre, qui avait une configuration différente pour s'assurer qu'elle se aligne à notre souhait. Très remarquable.
