The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

We stayed here for a staycation. We stayed here for a family-cation. The hotel room was quite nice, but for a family-cation it is not recommended, because the size of the swimming pool is very small, the relaxation area is also inadequate, more suitable for business or solo travelers who want to enjoy the hotel room. Check in process took forever, with super longgg queue, have to wait almost 1.5 hours until we can enjoy our room.

The check in was smooth and fast. The add on for breakfast, is super worth every penny. Delicious and the selections is alot better than my expectations based on previous review. So i would recommend everyone to get the breakfast when u book the hotel. The area is still new, but very easy to get Grab. But the cleanliness could be better, not sure why there are ants around wall next to the door till the washroom, when i’m not eating in the room also. Overall i’m happy with the money paid and very satisfied with the hotel. And there breakfast!

Un excellent hôtel pour une nuit avec une longue escale. Situé près de l'aéroport. Le transfert est gratuit, vous devez contacter l'hôtel à l'avance pour réserver un transfert. L'hôtel dispose d'un magnifique spa et d'une salle de sport. Nous l'avons pris sans petit-déjeuner, mais avons déjeuné au restaurant, le menu était varié, la nourriture était délicieuse.

emplacement stratégique, chambres propres, seul le processus d'enregistrement prend beaucoup de temps, aucune caution n'est requise donc le paiement n'est pas compliqué.

Le personnel était aimable et utile, ce que j'apprécie vraiment. Cependant, le lit était un peu sale, ce qui a provoqué une certaine itchinness certainement quelque chose qui pourrait être amélioré.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

The hotel is contemporary and the rooms are furnished modernly not to mention spacious. Very impressed by it. The pool and gym is slightly small though and the breakfast option is good but not amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Best of all, the hotel is just 5 minutes from Aeon Mall which is very convenient.
