I stayed here as a solo traveler and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. The location is also great, close to the BSD area. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour la nuit car j'avais un vol tôt le matin. Excellent emplacement. À quelques pas de l'aéroport, propre et sécurisé. Pas de téléphone, mais un iPad était disponible pour le remplacer. Malheureusement, il ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de le faire glisser. Il fallait se connecter à la télévision, donc impossible de la regarder. Pas de manuel d'utilisation. Mais c'est un hôtel propre et sécurisé, confortable pour une nuit.

La chambre était compacte, avec une grande fenêtre laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une plus petite qui pouvait être ouverte pour aérer ; le sol était très propre, mais la literie n’était pas très hygiénique, même si le personnel la changeait consciencieusement ; l’emplacement était excentré, avec de nombreux passages étroits pour y accéder.

Le service de l'hôtel était excellent : le personnel était toujours attentionné, poli et prêt à rendre service. L'emplacement est un atout majeur, très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec l'aéroport, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, la présence de plusieurs commerces de proximité à proximité immédiate de l'établissement rend le séjour encore plus pratique et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Le service était aimable, attentionné et réactif. La chambre était propre et lumineuse, avec tout le confort moderne. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service de blanchisserie, très pratique ! Je me suis senti comme à la maison, avec tout à disposition et à portée de main. L'eau minérale gratuite à volonté était fantastique, et j'ai trouvé l'hôtel incroyablement attentionné.

IInvitéUn hôtel confortable et propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement stratégique : accès direct au centre commercial Bintaro Jaya Xchange. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même permis un départ tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était bien équipée : télévision, climatisation, mini-réfrigérateur, fer à repasser, shampoing, après-shampoing, lait corporel, et bien plus encore. Merci à DoubleTree d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable !

IInvitéHotel is old, but okay clean - mostly clean but details no. Especially for the towels, it “looks” dirty. I changed towels two to three times, two new towels every time but somehow at least half of time, the towels have black or yellow sports. I believe the towels are cleaned but very very old towels that they can’t get the marks off…sometimes the bed sheets also has marks.
Tooth brush is so hard…unless you usually use the hard one.At the beginning, the hot water was not hot at all (kinda cold), but hotel fix it after reporting, so service wise was okay.
Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and with diversity. If you regularly eat breakfast and eat decent amount, then it’s good to have breakfast included.
Gym is great! Very complete unlike a lot of hotels. Pools area is good too, having a few locations and sizes (mostly quite big). But sometimes with a lot of leaves floating on top of water.
P.s I even think the pool towels are cleaner than the room ones.
Location-wise, quite good I suppose. Many malls and restaurants around the area and nice supermarket as well. Just hotel has a big parking lot and land, so if you gonna go around by foot, it might take a bit of time depending on how fast you walk(?)

LLoumir2024L'hôtel est un hôtel de luxe situé dans toute la zone, la plage située à travers l'hôtel, nous devons utiliser le navire fourni de l'hôtel à la plage et au parc de voiture.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables, la salle de bains est propre avec des installations complètes. Il y a une machine à café prête à l'usage et des capsules de café. Les personnels sont très utiles depuis notre première arrivée et pendant nos séjours.
La piscine et les enfants jouent dans une zone très jolie, le spa, la salle de sport et les boutiques.
Le restaurant prêt à préparer notre commande et la nourriture sont délicieux, nous restons aussi pour dîner avant de partir.
En général, très bon séjour pendant nos vacances, très heureux avec les aliments et les services.

DDhamayanti SetiadiDespite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him.
When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?)
Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later.
Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night.
Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

IInvitéThe only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

FfnabilaThis is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.

IInvitéTrès bon hôtel, le service est très bon, nous avons déménagé de la chambre d'hôtel 22m2 à une suite 47m2 avec une grande balconie.
Remarque mineure si vous demandez de corriger le code de la boîte à dépôts que vous devez demander plusieurs fois (normal en Indonésie).
Le restaurant est très confortable, mais vous pouvez vous amuser à votre service.
Le petit déjeuner est bien sûr plus indonésien orienté mais bien pour nous.
La carte de menu est suffisante et typique pour l'Indonésie, mais aussi avec un hamburger et une pizza sur la liste.
L'hôtel Aston n'a malheureusement pas de spa, pas de mani- et pedicure Pijit (massage indonésien) et nous avons dû aller à un autre hôtel.
La zone n'est pas très intéressante, mais le séjour à l'hôtel était très agréable en raison de la plage et de la piscine.
A l'intention de tout, il est bon pour un séjour de 3 ou 4 jours parce que les choses intéressantes limitées à voir et les installations de shopping.

RRucitra DeasyMasyaallah, le service de cet hôtel est vraiment bon. Tout le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Cela nous a vraiment facilité. La pièce peut raconter une histoire. Hier, je cherchais une chambre familiale près de l'aéroport et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait ce Days Hotel. Les chambres sont propres, confortables, les équipements sont également complets. Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition dont le chauffeur est très sympathique. 5 étoiles pour cet hôtel... Je n'ai pas eu le temps de prendre des photos hier car j'étais juste en transit et j'ai dû partir le matin très vite
