Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Un excellent hôtel pour une nuit avec une longue escale. Situé près de l'aéroport. Le transfert est gratuit, vous devez contacter l'hôtel à l'avance pour réserver un transfert. L'hôtel dispose d'un magnifique spa et d'une salle de sport. Nous l'avons pris sans petit-déjeuner, mais avons déjeuné au restaurant, le menu était varié, la nourriture était délicieuse.

Le service de la réception est mince et mince, le temps de départ est très efficace, la chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont modernes, l'isolement sonore est bon, la qualité du sommeil est haute. Le transport est confortable, les boutiques de nourriture à proximité sont complètes, la pression de voyage est zéro. Prix pratique, gens en famille. Bonne expérience de séjour, service attentif, environnement élégant, fortement recommandé.

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Le personnel de service est très sympathique et a une bonne attitude de service. Cependant, l'état du matériel de l'hôtel est trop mauvais. Les serrures des portes et les appareils électriques sont très lents à répondre. La chambre double est composée de deux lits. et l'interrupteur sont au milieu. Il peut être difficile de dormir la nuit. J'ai appuyé sur l'interrupteur et j'ai allumé la lumière, ce qui a sérieusement affecté mon sommeil.

Location is average.. not the best but not bad either. Shower was too hot, cant make it warm. If we turn it cold the pressure drops. No instant coffee only tea. And safe deposit box was locked so we were unable to use it. There was also pee (or something similar) on toilet seat when we checked in. But staff were very helpful. We brought sambal which had to put in fridge and they helped us retrieve them at the end of the stay as our room fridge wasnt cold.

Le personnel de la table frontale est très gentil. La chambre était propre. Les serviettes pourraient utiliser le vent plus doux, sinon il est sanitaire. Les toilettes sont propres et fonctionnelles. La tête de douche est standard 3-mode. Ils visent avec un complimentaire brosse dentaire, paste dentaire. Le savon est fourni. Vous avez deux 600 ml d'eau bouteille d'eau complimentaire. Ils offrent des snacks et de l'eau bouteilleuse 1.5L. Vous devez payer pour les consommer. Ils sont étiquetés sur eux. Il y a une boîte à télévision avec LAN fournie. Vous pouvez examiner vos émissions préférées. Youtube est également disponible. Je vous suggère de vous amener à votre propre Hotspot Portable pour WiFi. Les lits et les coussins sont propres et doux. Il est très gentil avec la mère. Vous avez un bureau à l'avant de la fenêtre. L'aircon fonctionne très bien. Si vous fumez, veuillez notifier au personnel d'organiser une chambre différente ＜- Tous les caps pour importance thx :)

Best hotel in South Tangerang so far, luxury hotel but affordable rate. Spacious room, nice view, clean swimming pool and suitable for family having todler.

The room is clean but a little bit small. Food is a little bit above average. I don't use any facilities so I can't say anything. Overall I like this hotel for the reasonable price. If you just need some place to sleep, this is the right place If I go to PIK2 again I'm considering to book this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near the mall. The service provided by the staff was attentive and satisfactory. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly return in the future.
