The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

La deuxième fois que je suis resté ici après 6 mois parce que j'étais très satisfait pendant mon premier séjour. En général, il est encore très propre, sauf que j'ai trouvé beaucoup de cheveux sur le tapis (ce qui ne me appartient pas). La chambre a été nettoyée à 8h. Le personnel est très poli Beaucoup d'options alimentaires à proximité si vous prenez un coup Bons cafés à pied des escaliers Mon ami a aimé l'arcade qui s'ouvre jusqu'à minuit.

Le service de l'hôtel était excellent : le personnel était toujours attentionné, poli et prêt à rendre service. L'emplacement est un atout majeur, très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec l'aéroport, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, la présence de plusieurs commerces de proximité à proximité immédiate de l'établissement rend le séjour encore plus pratique et confortable. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Un hôtel confortable et propre, bénéficiant d'un emplacement stratégique : accès direct au centre commercial Bintaro Jaya Xchange. Le personnel était sympathique et nous a même permis un départ tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était bien équipée : télévision, climatisation, mini-réfrigérateur, fer à repasser, shampoing, après-shampoing, lait corporel, et bien plus encore. Merci à DoubleTree d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable !

Seruu.. Activity for kids n adult buanyaaak bgt.. kolamnya luas, ada perosotan besar, kamarnya luar dan bersiih.. breakfast nya enak, staffnya ramah, akses kemana -mana dekat.., best lah pokoknya

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at Novus Jiva Anyer. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

saya pesan 3 unit, semua nya beda style dan penataan ruang. secara lokasi oke di PIK 2, tapi untuk parkir mobil tidak ada free parking, ada satu kamar yang water heater nya kurang berfungsi, dan ada 1 unit yang acnya tidak di dalam kamar tidur tapi di ruang tamu, tidak disediakan sabun cuci piring, air minum tidak ada, bedding nya ada beberapa yang kayaknya kurang bersih(?) seperti ada bedbug nya (yang kamar single room) yg double bed aman” aja sih, ac dingin, kulkas berfungsi baik, tdk ada space untuk jemur pakaian ya, akses cari makan juga mudah, overall secara harga oke kok, yang penting hubungi owner saja lewat whatsaap agar memudahkan akomodasi🙏🏻

La seule raison pour laquelle personne ne voudrait rester ici est que c'est très proche de l'aéroport. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel après presque 15 ans. La propriété ne semble pas avoir très bien vieilli au fil des ans. Le service de la chambre était très confortable, le service de la chambre était très confortable. Les chambres et les meubles sont vieux et datés. Les passages de réveil à la chambre ont un sol en mauvais état - cassé et inégal dans les endroits. La chambre avait un très mauvais odeur de moustiquité qui n'a pas disparu même avec l'AC sur. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était dans une très mauvaise position. Il avait une route qui courait à côté de lui et au-delà de l'un des taxis aéroportuaires. Toute la nuit vous pouvez entendre des bruits de camions ou de petits motos et toutes les heures, ou si un avion roulé par là était ce bruit et le souffle de moteurs d'avions lourds qui couraient comme l'avion lentement le faisait passer. Si vous voyez l'image jointe, le cercle à gauche est la propriété de l'hôtel et le cercle à droite montre un avion qui passe en face d'un côté de la propriété de l'hôtel qui peut être entendu plutôt loud dans les chambres face à ce côté. En plein centre, vous passez une route avec des camions et des petites motocycles qui passeront toute la nuit. La prochaine fois, si nécessaire, je m'engagerai à rester dans un autre hôtel aéroport à peu près.

Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!
