I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience, rating it 4 out of 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport options. I also appreciated the facilities available, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. While most aspects were great, there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as slightly slow service at times and small maintenance details that could be addressed. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and delivers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Très bel hôtel avec la plus belle piscine que j’ai vue en Indonésie. Les chambres sont agréables et le staff est adorable. J’ai également fortement apprécié le petit déjeuner qui était très varié et savoureux. L’hôtel est très bien aménagé et propre avec de superbes vues depuis les chambres vue jardin. J’ai eu un petit souci dans la salle de bain, j’ai informé le personnel qui a bien voulu me faire un geste commercial. En revanche je ne vous conseille pas les massages. Je reviendrais avec plaisir !

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

Good location and near to the airport. The room is quite spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. The bathroom is moslem-friendly as they provide the bottom faucet in the shower area for ablutions. However, the Aircon in the Gym was not working so the Gym was quite hot and there is no air circulation. The pool needs to be cleaned every morning.

Very helpful people who will be eager to help you with local transportation to the waterfall, beach and other destinations in Sulawesi. Coffee, thea, sugar and water cooker free available in the room. Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso. Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.
