Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

The check in was smooth, service was great, the staff attended to me quickly. And the food is really delicious! Will stay in the Zuri again when back in Palembang!

Check in time must be after 2! I was arrived about 1.45pm! They can not provide you for early check in! Because of my flight landed around 1 PM and I'm prepared to check in first because of the location far from downtown! Breakfast was ok! More variety of food!

Un hôtel bon et stratégique qui offre des chambres avec 3 lits. Il y a plusieurs restaurants délicieux autour de l'hôtel, dont l'un est Hainan Chicken. La zone Bugis peut également être atteinte à pied à environ 20 minutes de l'hôtel.
