Nous avons commandé une chambre familiale, supposé avoir un lit de canapé, mais le lit de canapé est cassé, il faut changer avec un lit supplémentaire. Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Good service, polite, greeting with smile, helpful for all the front desk. Room service was excellent, room neat n tidy. Food good n easy to find seat at during bfast.
