I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Soggiorno di una notte. Struttura molto belle ed elegante, stanza carina, anche se alcune parti del muro erano un po’ rovinate, la tenda era sporca. Letto comodo, cosa che invece mi ha dato un po’ fastidio e che c’era una porta che divideva la stanza adiacente.

Albergo ottimamente ubicato. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Personale molto gentile e stanza grande e confortevole. Unico piccolo neo la doccia aveva solo il soffione e non il telefono, per mia moglie un po scomodo, per proteggere i capelli.

L'hôtel est super ! L'emplacement est excellent, le port est le port balnéaire, l'arrière est la rue piétonne commerçante, mangez et buvez ! L'intérieur de l'hôtel est décoré dans un style méditerranéen, très beau et les chambres sont très propres ! Le fils était méchant et a accidentellement cassé le pot de fleurs à la réception. Même si l'accueil est resté sans voix, c'était quand même très sympathique ! Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, mais les fruits, le pain, la charcuterie, le café, etc. suffisent à votre ventre ! Cet hôtel rend notre impression d'Ancône plus belle et mémorable !

Luogo fantastico ed elegante, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato il nostro anniversario qui e siamo stati benissimo tra spa, piscina, ristorante, colazione ed il bar da 11 su 10, vicinissimo al parcheggio principale di portonovo ed alle sue spiagge, da qui si possono raggiungere veramente quasi tutti i punti di interesse di questo lato del monte. Il parcheggio è stato anch’esso molto comodo.

Location belle, chambre normale , un peu petite en vérité . Pour des problèmes de temps, je n'ai pas pu profiter de la spa, parce qu'elle ferme à 20 h. Le petit déjeuner décevant , surtout sur les boissons horribles , est une autre note négative du garage qui coûte 10 euros supplémentaires .

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové. Dans son état actuel, il ne donne pas l'impression d'être un 4 étoiles, mais plutôt un 2 étoiles et demie (il n'atteint pas les trois étoiles). Le personnel, en particulier celui de la réception, a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande courtoisie en transformant notre première chambre, située au dernier étage, d'une misère singulière. Ils nous ont ensuite donné une chambre au premier étage, spacieuse, mais avec des rideaux déchirés et des robinets datant probablement du siècle dernier. D'un autre côté, l'hôtel est situé en plein centre, à proximité de la mer et du centre historique. Je me demande : pourquoi ne pas moderniser l'hôtel ?

Le personnel est utile. L'environnement est bon mais assez quelques mosquitos dans la salle de repas et plusieurs petits vols dans la chambre des clients.
