Hôtels avec piscine à Comté de Wexford, Irlande

We were guests when this hotel was the Maldron. I couldn't fault them. But now it's changed hands The receptionist was so unfriendly and so ignorant to us and 2 young boys that were looking for help. Just basically not making eye contact, refusing to answer, and when she did answer, it was short with an angry demeanor, like were bothering her. There was no hello, thank you or enjoy your stay ..just the bare communication. Also.. The manager in the bar refused to heat the babys bottle in the microwave because it was against health and safety regulations. Even though the Maldron staff were more than happy to help. They microwave baby food and bottles for me on a few occasions. The manager tried to convince me that I could possibly have something dangerous in the bottle. When I told him if they don't heat it, I won't come back, ..he sneered at me in a look that said ..well I don't care. He gave me an option after alot of arguing to heat it up in their cup with the coffee warmer. We also asked for a quiet room. The receptionist gave us a noisey room I could hear doors next door slamming. Kids shouting and loud walking ftom the lift to the rooms. We were right next to the lift. I was very disappointed. We returned because last time we loved it. But we won't be returning again with that attitude.

L'hôtel dispose d'une belle énergie vibrante, d'un personnel amiable, d'un bon gym et d'un centre de loisirs, et d'un accès au parking. Si vous envisagez de rester ici, il pourrait être important de savoir que le restaurant Reeds ne peut être accessible que par l'intermédiaire d'un paquet de vente (un peu décevant), mais le bar offre de bonnes nourritures à tous les invités. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. Outre les lits inconfortables, nous avons été impressionnés par l'hôtel, mais nous ne choisirions pas de rester ici à nouveau basé sur la qualité des lits. %#@#

All the staff were very nice and attentive.  Some but few weren’t well trained - a soiled damp towel for removal was left on the visitor’s bed Although the hotel has been revamped, it still looks tired in places.  Windows need replacing.  Doors are chipped,  Hangers for clothes all chipped.  Small complaints but after redecorating these glaring oversights are now glaringly obvious

La 5ème fois que je reste à cet hôtel, je serai de nouveau. Absolutement amoureux, et les vibes de Noël qu'ils ont fait à ce moment est spectaculaire! J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé la famille de poules du côté de la rivière qui semble me parler chaque fois que je les passe ! 😉

Location perfect, walking distance to town. Pool and sauna was lovely on day of our arrival. Car park a bonus. Staff were lovely and friendly n helpful about restaurants and bars in the area. Will definitely return 😀

Perfect! Everything. Comfortable accommodations, wonderful workout facilities and lap pool with hot tub and delicious dinner and breakfast. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

Delighted with the amount of space and quality fixtures and fittings... Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends

Kids club very nice,my kids like it. Parents have time to relax.

Nous étions à l'hôtel à la deuxième et la première impression était vraiment bonne: la chambre était belle et très propre, le personnel était très aimable (nous avons même arrêté la porte) et le repas dans la maison a goûté très bien. Malheureusement, il y avait un problème très important : nous étions là un samedi et la musique du bar qui y était associé était si bruyante que le sommeil était rarement à penser. Même avec des boucles d'oreille, le bas était encore trop fort pour être senti. Malheureusement, le site ne contient pas d'informations sur le bar ou les heures d'ouverture. Dans la semaine, il est certainement plus calme, mais pour nous, la nuit était si insupportable. Cela devrait être mentionné au moins transparent sur la page de réservation. Un autre point de décalage: le parking gratuit proposé coûte en fin de compte 5 euros. Ce n'est pas un montant énorme, mais pas un montant gratuit, comme on le décrit. En conclusion: Un hôtel très beau à lui-même avec un bon service, mais malheureusement, en raison du bruit extrême du bar le samedi soir, nous ne pouvons pas nous recommander le week-end.
