Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.

La chambre est décente. Le personnel du bureau frontal est perdu et confondu. La coordination entre eux et l'équipe de Food and Beverage est également ginxed. En fait, vous n'avez pas besoin de vous envoyer à la maison, mais vous n'avez pas besoin de vous envoyer à la maison.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

J'ai séjourné à cet hôtel pour me remettre d'une chirurgie que j'avais. J'ai fini par avoir besoin d'annuler, parce que je ne me suis pas rendu compte que Ghazibad était épiquement loin de New Delhi, et je n'étais pas en mesure de me soigner après l'opération pendant un certain temps. L'hôtel m'a dit qu'ils m'étais soumis pour rembourser le coût de mon séjour (ce n'est pas le cas). En outre, quand j'ai vérifié, ils ne m'ont pas donné les frais finaux dans ma chambre, puis ils m'ont ensuite abusé sur Whatsapp jusqu'à ce que je puisse payer, tout en essayant de guérir d'une chirurgie majeure, et j'ai dû retourner à l'hôpital. Pour l'hôtel, il est énuméré comme 4 étoiles mais il est plus comme 3. J'ai choisi l'hôtel pour les belles équipements dans les photos -- il n'a rien à voir avec ce qui est imaginé. Le personnel est utile, qui se déplace de leur façon pour répondre à toutes les besoins que vous avez, et le menu du restaurant et le petit déjeuner buffet sont bons, bien que très chers. Le service de la chambre, qui m'a été dit qu'ils ne prendraient pas mon commande, m'a dû venir me donner l'ordre personnellement. Le quartier qui entoure l'hôtel est hors de la sécurité et de la déplorable et je ne me sentais pas confortable à ALL aller dehors sans risquer ma vie et ma mâchoire.

（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

L'hôtel est abordable pour quelques nuits, l'emplacement est bon pour les touristes qui visitent le magnifique Taj Mahal. La qualité et le goût de la nourriture au restaurant sont acceptables, mais en dessous de la norme internationale.

Firstly I got late check in because the room was not ready..I had to wait for 45 mins and then even TV wasn't working .They came to check and never came back . Even for just 1 glass of ice they were denying and they took 15-20mins for that . We booked suite room and that's how they treat us. Only good thing about the hotel was breakfast buffet. Guys only people from reservations helped . Not the front office staff.

This is a new hotel, facilities are spotlessly clean, modern, and intuitive to guests. Staff are wonderful and helpful, and they helped me get settled in despite my midnight arrival. The ambiance is overall tasteful and inviting. Special to Satish, Santosh, and the wonderful staff of the hotel. They spared no effort in making guests feel welcome. Food choices for breakfast and supper are varied with local and western favourites. Breakfast was a particular highlight, featuring food from around the subcontinent, and daily selections are rotated - making breakfast something of a welcome surprise to look forward to. I will be back.
