The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

Juste un peu d'obstacle au processus de séjour, parce que la première fois que je suis au Japon, je ne sais pas comment est le processus de séjour, aller à la réception, aucun service n'a été, tout est compris, parce que l'hôtel est plus confidentiel, Mais la réception n'a pas donné de instructions sur la façon de s'enregistrer, de se déplacer autour de lui, et de trouver un téléphone à côté de l'appareil de l'itinéraire quittant le passage (car deux voies sont séparées entre l'entrée et la sortie), de tenter de prendre le téléphone, de répondre à quelqu'un dès qu'il prend le téléphone, Je lui ai dit que je suis venue check-in. Il y aura bientôt des gens qui vont me aider ..... C'est une bonne expérience. Je suis également heureux de avoir trouvé ce téléphone, sinon je ne sais pas si je peux attendre quelques minutes pour ....

Conveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Overall experience is very good. Staffs are accomodating, the facility is clean and foods are delicious. Highly recommended!

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.

Une expérience formidable avec des installations adaptées aux enfants, une chasse au trésor tous les soirs pour les enfants dans leur chambre avec 2 packs de Lego, l'espace aquatique amusant pour les enfants qui est amusant, l'hôtel est super pratique pour aller à Lego Land et Sea Life Nagoya, une expérience formidable ici

Ретро-шик из 70х, но все работает и в хорошем состоянии.. хороший завтрак.. есть пляж и бассейн (сейчас закрыто)

因為自駕，所以地點偏一點更好。有一團臺灣客，真的很嘈，早餐時很那個。但不是酒店的錯，所以還是高分。意外驚喜是早上被風聲吵醒，一看紙窗外發現快日出，結果拍下４分鐘日出片段，好美好美。

Modern designed hotel. Spacious hotel room with hi tech equipment. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff that waited for our Uber out in the cold and sent us off. Good location with Matsuzakaya and other big department stores just right opposite.
