C'est aussi une unité bien nettoyée, sauf que je trouve le CHARLIE. »

CCR_Limthe room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

HHusmanous avons eu un excellent service d'hospitalité agréable et optimal servi par le personnel de l'hôtel (avec un sourire accueillant, des salutations - je me sens comme à la maison lors de mon enregistrement (un fauteuil roulant étant fourni à ma mère âgée) ainsi que le meilleur service de chambre fourni. La section service de chambre (pendant le Ramadan) avons préparé notre nourriture avant l'heure de l'iftar, même si nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel depuis KL si près de la durée de l'iftar. De plus, pendant le sahur, je souhaite faire mon MEILLEUR compliment à «Azim», l'un des membres du personnel du café qui fait un effort. d'envoyer dans la chambre la nourriture demandée pour ma mère âgée qui est malade. Cette action montre la qualité élevée du service client démontré par le personnel de l'hôtel Grand Renai et je pense qu'il méritait de recevoir les plus grands compliments de la part de ses clients. Job.👍🏻sans oublier, cet hôtel a également la plus grande propreté, je reviendrai certainement et je l'ajouterai à ma liste de priorités à chaque fois lors de mon voyage ”balik kampung” à Kota Bharu.

RRozzana BoniarI recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay.
However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved.
Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

La chambre était de taille convenable avec une douche et une baignoire. Il y avait également une télévision.
L'hôtel est proche de nombreux sites religieux, musées et commerces.
Avant de réserver, veuillez noter que Kota Kinabalu est une ville très religieuse et qu'il sera difficile d'y trouver des objets considérés comme haram. Si vous en avez besoin pendant vos vacances, nous vous conseillons de reconsidérer votre choix de destination.

IInvitéAn amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt
