we had an excellent pleasant & best hospitality service served by the hotel staff (with a welcoming smile, greetings- feels like home during my check in (a wheelchair being provided to my elderly mom) plus the best room service provided. The room service section (during Ramadan) prepared our food before iftar time although we arrived at the hotel from KL so near to the iftar duration. Besides, during sahur, i wish to give my BEST compliment to “Azim” one of the cafe staff who has an effort to send our requested food for my elderly mother who is sick to the room. This actions shows the high standard quality of customer service shown by the The Grand Renai hotel staffs which i feel they deserved to be given the highest compliment by their customers. Good Job.👍🏻not to mentioned, this hotel are also has the highest cleanliness. Definitely will visit again & to add in my top priority list whenever on my “balik kampung” trip to Kota Bharu.

It was a last minute booking since we had to stay overnight in KB. The room's decor is old and some of the light fixture is broken. There was only two pillows, one for each bed. The room has both bath tub and shower. We love the shower as the water pressure is strong and so refreshing to take hot shower after a long day. Breakfast was ok and they have a considerable number of choices including roti jala and omelette stations. Overall ok for its price and location.

Bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner correct. Piscine immense mais trop froide car intérieure donc pas de soleil. Chambre et salle de bain assez petites. Service rapide au comptoir

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

Vue de rivière et ville, accès facile à tous les endroits. Le bâtiment est attaché à l'hôtel Ibis. Nettoyé et confortable mais seulement la douche doit être réparée. Instructions claires de l'hôte. Place globalement agréable de séjour 👍🏻 Très recommandé

Des muffins sucrés sont également servis ❌ 8. Le sentiment que le paiement ne vaut pas la peine 😔 9. La chambre d'à côté fait du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit. Beaucoup de gens rentrent dans une seule pièce.

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

Room is new and comfortable. Love the bolster given in the room. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Should have some hooks in the shower to hang clothes/towels. Front desk and room service is good and all are friendly and helpful.

Enregistrement facile. La chambre était impeccable et le lit confortable, parfait pour six personnes. Il y avait de nombreux commerces en bas, comme Emart, McDonald's, Starbucks et autres. Il était donc facile de faire ses courses. En résumé, un séjour formidable.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.
