Newly added a water refill faucet, its an excellent and a welcome upgrade! Previously only provided limited water bottle, which most of the time not enough, now drinking water here would not be a problem anymore! The normal faucet now work better than my previous stay too, either they took the opportunity to do all the repair/upgrade or i was lucky to get a good condition room.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great with many varieties. Check in and out was quick and fast. My family had a relaxing stay there. It was not easy to get a taxi/grab there. If you are not driving, it is better to settle your meals in the hotel restaurants. GrabFood deliveries will be blocked by security so hotel guest need to walk a long way out to get their food.

Bel emplacement, grande chambre pour un prix abordable, merci d'améliorer la gestion de la file d'attente pour le petit déjeuner, cela semblait un peu chaotique pendant les vacances scolaires. Pourtant, les enfants ont vraiment adoré les piscines !

Breakfast lambat refills. Tunggu sehingga 40 mins untuk ayam goreng. Last2 yang keluar nugget je. 2nd time tanya mana ayam goreng? Yang keluar nye leher ayam & bahagian tulang je banyak. Kalau tak ready untuk sediakan breakfast yang cukup make sure jangan tulis include breakfast. Lain semua okay.. kene improve breakfast je.

C'est un endroit charmant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un prix raisonnable. Il y a aussi un mini zoo pour enfants et de bonnes piscines. Vous pouvez également facilement vous rendre en voiture pour d'autres options de restauration, bien que le petit-déjeuner soit bon. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre semble démodée et que les toilettes ne sont pas très propres.

Check in was smooth. Although they did ask for cash deposit,which I was unaware of. At my end, i should have prepared some cash. But I have been cashless for long time. Reception allowed us to check in, despite zero deposit. The kids enjoyed the pool throughout our stay. We hardly left our room. The first night was scary though due to Senyar Storm. We were hardly able to sleep. The big trees, the long lamp post were swaying. Our floats flew around in the pool. The next day we saw the destruction the Storm caused and we were relieved we were all ok. The rest of the nights,it was beautiful weather. The pool was in need of repairs. The metal cover of the filter came off. The pool bed was sharp. Kids had a few cuts on their feets. The shower area beside the pool need a good washing too. Would prefer if there is a hanging rail for us to dry our swimming clothes.

The room hotel & Ac just ok. Hotel location near to the TF supermarket just opposite the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly n helpful. Parking free provided by the hotel. Easy to get food n drink by walking distance.

In just one night, I found myself in an unexpected romance—my neck became the unfortunate canvas for a swarm of bed bug kisses! It was quite an experience, to say the least! Need to spend money for the medication and embrace the itchiness all the night for a week or two. Like they say, unlucky has no smell.

Les chambres d'hôtel sont grandes et spacieuses. Les toiles sont aussi grandes. Cependant, il n'y a rien à faire autour de la zone. Demande un changement de chambre car la première chambre avait beaucoup de moustiques, et ils étaient hébergés. La chambre change était beaucoup mieux.

Reached at 4pm and no one at the receptionist. Called the hotel number numerous time but no one pickup. We waited for 30 mins and then the bangladeshi staff came without sorry. I feel like the room is a little bit dusty. Other than that all good. Walkable 5 mins to blue lagoon beach.
