The city’s night view from my spacious room was amazing. Perfect for last-minute trips since they provide all essentials like combs and toothbrushes. Receptionists were super polite and the check-in process was fast. Parking was easy but a bit narrow, so drive carefully; better signage for the hotel lobby lift would help!

An unforgettable experience and truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I visited before with my family, but this time felt far more exclusive and refined. The service was exceptional, and the entire place is absolutely stunning. Deeply grateful. I will definitely return again.

The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the State Mosque. We have stayed here several times before and satisfied with the room and services. The room was clean and quite spacious with a nice view of the town.

Très bonnes installations, piscine ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Accès direct à la plage. Belle vue plein est, idéale pour admirer le lever du soleil. Service impeccable, même pendant l'Aïd, le personnel était aux petits soins. Cependant, l'ambiance nocturne change radicalement. Des choses étranges se sont produites : un bébé pleurait très fort et ma nièce s'est même mise devant la fenêtre. Il faut donc en tenir compte si vous êtes sensible à ce genre de choses. Mais j'envisage d'y retourner.

Excellent service de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel, très accueillante et serviable ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer était agréable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de cuisines, et j'apprécie particulièrement le fait qu'ils proposent des kuihs malaisiens, un vrai moment de nostalgie ! Le service en chambre est un peu cher, mais il en vaut la peine. La plage et la piscine sont également propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable et relaxant.

I booked 3 rooms and happy that two of them are connecting rooms. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staffs and the facilities provided. Swimming pool could be better if there's not that much of dirt seen at the bottom.

L’emplacement est top, c’est une belle attraction à faire même seul mais le gros bémol de cet hôtel est la propreté et l’odeur d’humidité. J’ai demandé à changer ma première chambre en raison d’une forte odeur de renfermé , d’une Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas et d’une chasse d’eau qui fuit pour me retrouver dans une superbe chambre dont je n’ ai pas tout de suite vu les soucis de propreté. C’est au moment de prendre ma douche que j’ai constaté l’état de la salle de bain et des toilettes et au réveil que j’ai constaté l’état des draps et de la poussière …. Même si l’odeur des draps ne respirait pas non plus la fraîcheur j’étais tellement fatiguée que je me suis endormie … mais les surprises supplémentaires au réveil m’ont assez déçues … C’est vraiment dommage car l’idée de ce lieu est de rendre hommage à cette petite ville alsacienne et cela peut vraiment impacter l’expérience …. L’hygiène reste un détail extrêmement important surtout pour un hôtel sans devoir être du luxe …

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

First time at Sri Manja. Booked 3 rooms. Reception was nice and helpful. Check in was smooth. But the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, still can see dusks everywhere. The toilets had a weird smell and the sink got clogged everytime we ran the tap. The towels looked worn and old. They had an ironing room on each floor but the ironing boards looked as if they might collapse anytime soon. The make up room was late on the next day and one of my rooms were excluded hence NO fresh towels and thrash not taken out. Probably because Sri Manja has a lot of rooms to be taken care of. All in all please do improve and replace those items that require replacement. The location is already strategic close to wide selection of nice and decent restraurants, convenients stores, 24hrs laundry, clinics and more. All the best. And thank you.
