This was our second stay at the hotel, and the experience was just okay. The kids’ pool and city view were nice, but the service was poor. We had a frightening experience when we were stuck in the lift for 25–30 minutes. The lift seems old and not well maintained. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and ensures guest safety so others do not face the same situation. We also requested a small anniversary gesture—a heart towel design on the bed—a week before check-in, but it was not arranged due to a lack of staff. This was disappointing, as the request was made well in advance.

WiFi memuaskan, TV ada channel, mesin basuh + dryer and 2 room + 2 toilet. Bad thing, kepala terhantuk almari sebab terlalu rendah dan curtain agak menggangu. Sampai berdarah jugak, mgmt kena ltk something. Another thing tiada kiblat utk solat, sila letak.

Excellent service de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel, très accueillante et serviable ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer était agréable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de cuisines, et j'apprécie particulièrement le fait qu'ils proposent des kuihs malaisiens, un vrai moment de nostalgie ! Le service en chambre est un peu cher, mais il en vaut la peine. La plage et la piscine sont également propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable et relaxant.

We chose Japamala Tioman for our wedding anniversary and this boutique resort did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the time we were picked up at the ferry terminal at Kampung Genting until the time we left. Kudos to the manger Kenny and his team for their hospitality in making our anniversary memorable. Food was in general above average (dessert was fantastic) and some dishes were a bit salty as we don’t consume too salty food in our diet. We gave feedback and to our surprise the staff took it seriously as our subsequent dishes served weren’t as salty. The rooms are clean and the sea view fantastic, allowing us to take in the magnificent sunset views every evening. Not much to do, as this resort is more for guest to disconnect. Hiking to Batu Permata and to Kampung Genting was doable. Canoeing and snorkelling by the resort was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Japamala!

Situated in a strategic area close to the city centre, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options, it’s perfect for guests who want easy access to various attractions and amenities. 👨💼 Service – 4/5 (Good) The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth. While response times could be slightly improved, the overall service quality is good and satisfactory. 🏊♂️ Amenities – 4/5 (Good) The facilities—including the swimming pool, gym, and other amenities—are in good condition and well-maintained. Families will appreciate the available features. Still, there is some potential for upgrades to enhance the overall experience. ⸻ 🎯 Overall Verdict Zenith Kuantan is a solid hotel choice with an excellent location, good service, and a clean, comfortable environment. It suits families, couples, and solo travellers who want a balanced stay with easy access to the city. If you’re looking for a well-equipped hotel in a convenient location, Zenith Kuantan is definitely worth considering.

N'en attendez pas trop L'hôtel est relativement récent. Il y a une odeur indescriptible en entrant dans l'hôtel La chambre peut voir les montagnes C'est agréable d'avoir un petit balcon où l'on peut sécher les vêtements. Il y a un bus gratuit de l'hôtel au casino toutes les 30 minutes. Vous pouvez appeler le Gard et la voiture arrivera dans dix minutes. Environ 15 chevaux au sommet Le niveau de santé est moyen Le deuxième jour de mon séjour, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait des poils sur les draps et qu'ils n'étaient pas nettoyés. Mais ce n’est pas mal ici à Genting. Ne séjournez jamais dans un premier hôtel C'était le pire endroit où j'ai jamais vécu. L'hôtel accepte les groupes de touristes Il y a beaucoup d'Indiens qui viennent vivre

Très vieille maison, vieilles installations.. mais globalement encore un bon séjour 1. L'escalade était trop vieux, il a fallu au moins 1 min pour ouvrir la porte.. 2. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment Fushcia, une grande chambre, avec salle de séjour, salle à manger, un lit de taille reine, une zone de robe, une salle de bain spacieuse, une baignoire - coût pour RM290/night en week-end. Le champagne, le gel de douche, la lotion, la brosse dentaire muji et le collage dentaire, le capuchon de douche, le kit de vanité et le sac sanitaire. Pour moi, la valeur globale est de 3/5. 3. Parler des activités, limité. Pas de spectacles, pas de divertissement, pas de vibes. Suggérer de remonter et de réouvrir pour attirer davantage de touristes locaux. La situation actuelle est que la plupart des touristes locaux viennent pour un jour de voyage et les touristes étrangers ne choisiront que de rester ici. Sans des activités amusantes, il n'y aura pas beaucoup de réputation construite

The Chateau is a family friendly resort, it is also a great place for events like weddings or celebration. When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds. Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.

Mon séjour au Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel a été un véritable enchantement ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et un service impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions et aux quartiers d'affaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. Les installations sont modernes et bien entretenues. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, avec un large choix de plats délicieux. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Que vous voyagiez pour affaires ou pour le plaisir, je recommande vivement le Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. Il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

Stay for one night with good friends. During our stay we feel cozy and relaxing ,very quiet at night time ,you will have the best time to have a gathering with friends or family members. We have very good memories here.
