This is a superb place to stay at teluk nipah, night time is happening and you can see so many choices of food and if u plan to hv trip during school holidays theres fireshow just straight ahead from this place. Theres atv nearby as well.

On the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room. Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer. My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room.

We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus. Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time. Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.” Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Il faut réserver un Grab ou prendre la voiture pour aller manger ou faire du shopping. Cependant, cet hôtel est confortable et abordable. Le personnel est accueillant. Une laverie automatique est disponible au 3e étage. La chambre est de taille correcte, le lit est confortable, la pression de l'eau est bonne et la climatisation fonctionne bien. Seul bémol : la réception des chaînes de télévision par câble est parfois instable. L'hôtel dispose d'un café au rez-de-chaussée. C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai certainement.

Je dois dire que le service était bien meilleur que celui du Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya. Le personnel était sympathique, nous avons adoré le buffet du petit-déjeuner, la piscine était superbe et la plage privée, donc pas besoin d'aller à Pangkor (bien qu'ils proposent également un service de transfert moyennant un supplément). Ils proposent des activités nautiques, une aire de jeux, un club enfants, un terrain de volley-ball et un VTT. J'ai vu des pêcheurs. Impossible d'éviter les mouches et les singes. Un week-end parfait ! Conseils : Si vous ne voulez pas payer 128 RM par adulte pour le buffet du dîner, vous pouvez commander un Grab. Pour le déjeuner, vous pouvez le déguster à un prix plus avantageux au Terrace Cafe (golf).

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

La chambre était propre, lumineuse, et l'ambiance était relaxante, confortable et magnifique. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre valait 9.5/10 pour ce prix. Cependant, le service et la gestion ont été décevants. À 1h du matin, nous avons réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Nous sommes donc descendus pour en demander un à la réception. Le gardien a contacté le responsable qui nous a informés que tout le personnel était déjà parti. On nous a demandé d'envoyer un message WhatsApp au numéro affiché au comptoir le lendemain matin si nous avions besoin du sèche-cheveux, ce que nous avons accepté. Le lendemain matin à 10h, nous avons contacté le responsable WhatsApp, pour nous entendre dire que notre chambre ne relevait pas de leur gestion. Nous avons ensuite essayé d'appeler le service client, mais personne n'a répondu. Ce qui a rendu la situation encore pire, c'est que lorsque nous avons expliqué la situation, le responsable WhatsApp a simplement répondu ”Je ne sais pas” au lieu de nous aider avec le bon numéro de contact. Honnêtement, je n'essaie pas de blâmer un membre du personnel en particulier, mais si notre chambre ne relève pas de cette gestion, pourquoi ce numéro était-il affiché si visiblement au comptoir ? C'était trompeur et a causé une confusion inutile pour les clients. Finalement, j'ai trouvé un autre numéro de contact sur ma page de réservation et les ai appelés directement. Le responsable a dit qu'il enverrait le sèche-cheveux immédiatement, mais après avoir attendu 10 minutes, personne n'est venu. Nous sommes redescendus à la réception, et le personnel nous a dit : ”Nous sommes un peu occupés, vous pouvez remonter maintenant, mon personnel attend devant votre porte.” Honnêtement, j'ai eu l'impression qu'ils voulaient juste que nous partions rapidement et nous ont donné une excuse bidon pour nous éconduire, car quand nous sommes retournés dans la chambre, il n'y avait personne. Au final, nous n'avons reçu le sèche-cheveux qu'à 11h. Prendre une heure entière juste pour qu'un sèche-cheveux soit livré dans la chambre était honnêtement assez ridicule.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.

Service was excellent. The resort was really beautiful and peaceful. You really feel like you're not even in Malaysia at all! The breakfast was really good! Had a wide selection of western and local delights. And it's ala carte buffet so they cook it whenever you order! Drinks are complimentary in your room. Jeff cellar was amazing but do note there's a dress code and it's set meal and dining will take 2.5hrs. Surprising I was not bitten by any mosquitoes. But the spring water in the room was not hot enough... the pool was a little dirty which I feel can be improved... overall though a very nice experience and will definitely come back again!
