Les appartements sont très récents. Nous avons eu un appartement de deux chambres dont les portes des toilettes ne s'ouvraient pas entièrement, gênant l'accès, et qui comportait une étagère murale qui pendait et menaçait de tomber. Je me demande s'ils effectuent un contrôle qualité ou des vérifications avant l'arrivée des clients. Heureusement, nous avons réussi à obtenir un appartement deux chambres plus fonctionnel et accueillant après avoir signalé le problème (avec photos et vidéos) au personnel de la réception et demandé un changement de chambre.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Honestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away. Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights.

La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée dégageait une odeur nauséabonde. Le distributeur de shampoing près de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas et la prise près du lavabo était cassée. Nous avons appelé l'assistance pour cette odeur, et il a été constaté que le problème provenait d'une évacuation des toilettes défectueuse. Heureusement, le personnel est intervenu rapidement et nous a proposé de changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre était bien meilleure : aucune odeur désagréable, tous les équipements étaient en bon état et la propreté était irréprochable. Nous avons passé un séjour confortable dans la nouvelle chambre et n'avons plus eu à nous plaindre. Nous avions réservé la formule « dîner et séjour » et nous recommandons de communiquer les menus à l'avance afin que les clients puissent choisir leur restaurant en toute connaissance de cause. Le dîner était bon et le petit-déjeuner correct.

L'hôtel est très bon, mais la seule plainte que j'ai est la fonction d'épargne de puissance qui va désactiver la puissance de la chambre quand il n'y a pas de mouvement (je pense). Je sais qu'il s'agit d'une caractéristiques vertes, mais c'est très frustrant.

Enregistrement facile. Séjour confortable. L'appartement est bien équipé : micro-ondes, mini-frigo, évier, vaisselle. C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne ici et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Parfait, parfait, très parfait ! Je ne trouve vraiment rien de mal à cela, je dois juste trouver à redire. 1. Une taxe de séjour m'a été facturée sans raison lors de mon enregistrement. 2. La piscine ferme trop tôt, à 19h. Dans l'environnement végétal, il y a des gens qui vous sourient tous les jours, prenant l'initiative de vous dire bonjour, vous êtes éblouis par le petit-déjeuner et le thé de l'après-midi, les piscines, l'aire de jeux pour enfants, le parc aquatique interne pour enfants, ainsi que le parc aquatique Sunway, le zoo. , parc à thème Sunway, tout ”C'est à portée de main”. Le centre commercial Sunway Pyramid est également très pratique d'accès, avec plusieurs canaux, et il semble plus grand que Beijing Huiju. De retour à la chambre d'hôtel, ce devrait être l'hôtel le plus réservé de ce voyage en Malaisie. La piscine intérieure est le plus gros point fort. Il y a des boissons, de l'eau et des fruits à volonté. C'est dommage que nous ne soyons restés que 3 jours. . Ensuite, j'envisagerai de revenir ici si je reviens.
