Le personnel est poli et réaliste, toujours prêt à aider. À l'entour de l'hôtel il ya beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants, donc il y a toujours un endroit pour manger délicieux. Mais le toit le plus cool –! Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux et satisfaisant, le table suédois était plus que tout. Nous avons été très heureux avec ma femme et nous reviendrons certainement ici.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train. Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located. We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and
breakfast staff were very welcoming. Would stay there again.

Front counter staff members are friendly, helpful and cooperative particularly Avishek (if I remember correctly his name) was fantastic and exceptional customer service. I should mention Salim who cleaned our room was very very polite, friendly and helpful.
The room is big but the down size is the shower over bath. Bath tub is tiny and water does not go down to the drainage pipe caused water clogged.
The breakfast items were limited and does not reflect five star standard. However the General Manger should look the breakfast menu by himself and should take appropriate action.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good.
It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter.
The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

L'hôtel est près de Tamil Street, l'autre côté est le jardin de rêves, à côté de la rue du Roi. La position est toujours très bonne. L'hôtel est également très avancé, sauf pour attendre un peu de temps de séjour, les autres sont excellents. Le petit-déjeuner est également très riche!

C'est un hôtel bien entretenu avec une atmosphère classique de Katmandou.
La piscine était plus petite que prévu, mais cela convenait pour un séjour d'une journée. Cependant, ne demandez pas au comptoir de l'hôtel de vous appeler un taxi. Le tarif est triplé. Je ne sais pas si le chauffeur de taxi paie le personnel de la réception, mais il a demandé 800 roupies pour se rendre dans un endroit à moins de 5 minutes. J'ai appelé un taxi en faisant confiance à l'hôtel, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils demandent au client un prix aussi absurde. Le petit déjeuner était meilleur que prévu

We had one of the best experienced stay in a hotel here in Mystic mountain. They have really good amenities and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have tried to help us all the time. The food was astonishing including the breakfast to dinner. Thanks a lot for giving us a great stay!!

Globalement un bon séjour avec un grand service
L'hôtel est très bon en général. Il propose de belles installations telles que un gym, une sauna, une salle de vapeur et une piscine infinie. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu la chance de nager pendant mon séjour, car la piscine était très remplie de enfants bruyants à l'époque.
Le personnel était très aimable et très aimable.

Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with every request went above and beyond our expectations.
One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay.
Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight!
The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way.
A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere.
What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay.

IInvitéWe knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to.
On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic.
As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace!
Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection.
We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe.
There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly.
The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Niraj Yadav the receptionist and the team, we thank you dearly.

PPhillipsA very pleasant stay at this hotel - but it’s not 5* standard! Room was OK but with little quality of fittings. Bed fine, pillows terrible! Breakfast had limited choice but was sufficient and tasty. Being in rural Nepal this is one of the better hotels, accept it’s limitations, accept it’s 3*/4*, and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Staff were excellent and genuinely wanted you to have a good stay.

XXUENANSur le chemin de Kadu à Chitwan, nous avons contacté l'hôtel via le service client Ctrip pour venir nous chercher à notre arrivée, mais le service client n'a pas été contacté par l'hôtel. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que dès l'arrivée du bus, le chauffeur arrangé par l'hôtel m'attende. C'est fixé, il faudrait que l'hôtel prenne l'initiative de se rendre à la gare pour récupérer et déposer en fonction de l'occupation et de l'heure du bus. L'hôtel est relativement bien dans la région. Il y a de beaux jardins et des villas individuelles. Les chambres sont également décorées avec des éléments spéciaux. Ils sont propres et hygiéniques. Le personnel est très enthousiaste. Ils feront de leur mieux pour vous aider si vous rencontrez des problèmes. Personnellement, je pense que le prix des diverses activités proposées par l'hôtel à Chitwan est raisonnable, il est donc possible et pratique de réserver à l'hôtel. Il y a quelques villageois autour de l'hôtel, non loin de la rivière. Vous pouvez visiter ou vous promener pendant votre temps libre. Il y a un marché animé à environ trois kilomètres de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour manger. . Si vous mangez à l'hôtel, le prix n'est pas donné, mais le goût est vraiment incroyable !

IInvité酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。
很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。
因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

Hharriet chowThis hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

FFliFlaThis is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb.
Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong.
Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love.
