Le personnel de l'hôtel est très courtois et la nourriture de l'hôtel est délicieuse. Il est situé très près du temple de Lord Pashupatinath, à peine 5 minutes à pied. Très près de l'aéroport aussi.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train. Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located. We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and
breakfast staff were very welcoming. Would stay there again.

Le personnel est poli et réaliste, toujours prêt à aider. À l'entour de l'hôtel il ya beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants, donc il y a toujours un endroit pour manger délicieux. Mais le toit le plus cool –! Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux et satisfaisant, le table suédois était plus que tout. Nous avons été très heureux avec ma femme et nous reviendrons certainement ici.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good.
It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter.
The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。
ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。
一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

I had an incredible stay and extended two more nights. The GM and the staff are super helpful and customer oriented. Room is spacious. Morning yoga is included and the male yoga teacher is phenomenal. The yoga practice is inside the monastery. The location is another advantage. It’s walking distance to the Boudha Stupa which allows me to walk there a few times a day. At the same time, it’s in a quiet dead end. Lastly, it could be helpful for some who wish to disconnect digitally because wifi doesn’t work too well . There’s only one server located near the staircase in my building. If your room is far away from it, the signal is obviously problematic.

L'hôtel Barahi Kathmandu est situé dans une grande localisation, à pied à de grands souvenirs dans le Thamal, des sites touristiques comme le jardin des rêves et l'ancien Palais royal.
Le personnel de l'hôtel était si ami, attirant et utile. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine au niveau 7 avec une vue magnifique sur Kathmandu. Le seul défaut de la piscine est qu'il est entouré par le restaurant, donc personne ne nage dans elle.
La chambre est très belle, très heureuse avec la propreté et le service de la chambre.

NNur GrgLa chambre que j'avais initialement été fournie m'a donné une terrible expérience. Cependant, après avoir informé le gardien de la maison sur le sujet, ils m'ont rapidement adressée et me sont renvoyés à une autre chambre, améliorée. Je suis vraiment reconnaissante de leur pensée et de leur action rapide. En outre, avant de nous rendre visite, le superviseur et le gestionnaire de l'hôtel sont venus nous demander comment notre séjour était après le changement de chambre, qui était un geste très professionnel.

XXUENANSur le chemin de Kadu à Chitwan, nous avons contacté l'hôtel via le service client Ctrip pour venir nous chercher à notre arrivée, mais le service client n'a pas été contacté par l'hôtel. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que dès l'arrivée du bus, le chauffeur arrangé par l'hôtel m'attende. C'est fixé, il faudrait que l'hôtel prenne l'initiative de se rendre à la gare pour récupérer et déposer en fonction de l'occupation et de l'heure du bus. L'hôtel est relativement bien dans la région. Il y a de beaux jardins et des villas individuelles. Les chambres sont également décorées avec des éléments spéciaux. Ils sont propres et hygiéniques. Le personnel est très enthousiaste. Ils feront de leur mieux pour vous aider si vous rencontrez des problèmes. Personnellement, je pense que le prix des diverses activités proposées par l'hôtel à Chitwan est raisonnable, il est donc possible et pratique de réserver à l'hôtel. Il y a quelques villageois autour de l'hôtel, non loin de la rivière. Vous pouvez visiter ou vous promener pendant votre temps libre. Il y a un marché animé à environ trois kilomètres de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour manger. . Si vous mangez à l'hôtel, le prix n'est pas donné, mais le goût est vraiment incroyable !

IInvité酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。
很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。
因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

IInvitéIt was a lovely stay at The Terraces. The view to the Kathmandu valley was stunning and the mountain view during the clearer skies were worth it. The service was tiptop and everyone was so kind and helpful. The FnB Manger Suman has very friendly and do not hesitate to go extra miles to provide the best service. We will certainly be back to The Terraces when we are travelling to Nepal again.

Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all.
The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great.
2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges.
Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience.
Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days.
Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern.
Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager.
A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

DDigitalNomad TravelerI stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay.
The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard.
One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch.
All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.
