Hôtels avec piscine à Caraga, Philippines

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner est malheureusement très minimaliste, avec peu de variété dans les plats typiques philippins. J’ai eu des fourmis dans ma chambre et j’ai dû demander trois fois à la direction d’intervenir ; ce n’est qu’au bout du troisième jour qu’ils ont mis du produit, heureusement, sinon cela aurait été insupportable. Le rapport qualité-prix reste excellent. Sachez toutefois qu’il n’y a pas de coffre-fort dans les chambres, mais nous n’avons eu aucun souci de sécurité. Les prix au sein de l’hôtel sont très raisonnables et nous avons pu louer des motos sur place sans aucun problème. Globalement, tout s’est bien passé.

Hotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!) Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them. Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control. Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning  badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

L'une des principales attractions de cet hôtel est son emplacement incroyable. La piscine était également très bien entretenue et offrait un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se détendre. L'hôtel a été très bien servi, avec des repas délicieux que nous avons vraiment appréciés tout au long de notre séjour. Un autre avantage majeur est la localisation de l'hôtel, car il est convenablement à une distance de marche à Cloud 9, ce qui le rend très accessible aux clients qui souhaitent explorer l'une des attractions les plus populaires de Siargao. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

Honnêtement, je m'attendais à mieux de cet hôtel, surtout que des amis me l'avaient recommandé. Le personnel était désagréable et peu accueillant. Ils étaient même un peu hautains. Au lieu de nous détendre après notre massage, mon copain s'est retrouvé avec une épaule crispée. Je suis d'origine philippine, mais je n'ai pas grandi aux Philippines et j'ai un passeport étranger. À l'arrivée, on m'a demandé une pièce d'identité valide en philippin. J'ai bien sûr présenté mon passeport, mais la réceptionniste a levé les yeux au ciel dès qu'elle a vu mon passeport, au lieu de considérer cela comme une simple « pièce d'identité ». J'ai ressenti beaucoup d'amertume et de jugement de la part du personnel, car l'anglais est ma langue maternelle et je parle très peu le philippin. Leur attitude envers moi a donc complètement changé : ils pensaient que je faisais semblant ou que j'étais prétentieuse.

Le personnel est très bienvenu. Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits et le petit-déjeuner buffet est différent chaque jour.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

The staff were so accommodating. They attended to all my needs. The location is just few minutes away to Cloud 9. I had a great stay there.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des transports et des restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et d'une propreté impeccable. Les lits sont confortables et garantissent une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le personnel de la réception est accueillant et efficace, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très rapides. Seul petit bémol : le choix du petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement.
