The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Overall its always a nice stay with Summit Hotel. Been staying with the same hotel every year since 2023. They gave me a late checkout because the room was not yet ready. Hotel is strategically located and very accessible. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Pool is nice. The downside only is there is no gym. I hope that they are able to make one. During my stay this time, I was awaken by a drilling and thumping on the wall next room at 3am! It was just a bummer coz I was not able to sleep afterwards. Reported it the next day and told me there is something wrong with the AC next door. And gave out notice to all rooms that they are having some maintenance during day time and may hear some noise. Other than that, its a great stay always. Ill still consider staying with Summit Hotel.

Petit-déjeuner très sommaire Pas de restaurant (uniquement un petit-déjeuner de base) La salle de bain est petite et pleine de moisissures Les lits simples sont étroits et les oreillers sont de simples morceaux de mousse Pas d'eau en bouteille (il faut se servir en eau purifiée à un distributeur dans le couloir) Le couloir est très bruyant (les portes claquent) Deux ascenseurs, mais un seul fonctionne (pour des raisons d'économie ?) Point positif : une connexion internet très fiable et à haut débit. En résumé, un hôtel local très basique, qui ne reflète pas vraiment son nom.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. It was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Je me suis réservé pour 2 nuits. La place était belle, le personnel est poli et professionnel. Réservé l'hôtel parce qu'il dit qu'il a Wi-Fi. À l'arrivée il y a WiFi dans la chambre mais NON signe, et il n'y a pas de signal de données. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I asked to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the facilities. Si vous n'avez pas de Wi-Fi, actualisez la liste de manière à ne pas perturber nos arrangements de voyage et à perdre de l'argent.

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

L'air était froid L'eau était chaude. Le personnel était gentil. Je resterais là la prochaine fois à Manila.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

Un endroit FANTASTIQUE avec une vue imprenable et un récif corallien juste en face… Le complexe a tout ce qu'il faut : trois piscines, de grandes chambres confortables, une salle de fitness bien équipée et tout le personnel est adorable, serviable et très drôle… Je n'oublierai jamais mon séjour au Blue Deep Resort et je reviendrai l'année prochaine sans hésiter. Merci à tous ! 🙏❤️

It was clean and relaxing place to stay. I like the fact that it offers some drinks/food that you can consume and pay, if only i was traveling with my family or friends it would be even happier and fun
