Hôtels avec avec piscine à Pendjab, Pakistan

J'ai mangé plusieurs fois de la bonne nourriture chinoise. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux. Il y a un chef chinois qui le gère Le seul inconvénient est l'eau potable dans la pièce. La qualité de l'eau est trop dure. Après avoir fait bouillir la bouilloire pendant deux jours, il y a beaucoup de tartre. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra s'améliorer. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois. C'est très proche de l'aéroport et la sécurité est très bonne.

La réception m'a mis à jour gratuitement la salle de luxe unique. C'est que les clients qui ont un magasin ont parlé dehors du corridor toute la nuit, certains sont déshonorés

The hotel itself is good but the service at reception was terrible. Since I had strange noise continually at my room, I requested to change room. But due to fully booked on that day, the reception staff couldn’t change. That’s is fine not to change due to fully booked but they didn’t do any reaction to stop noise. I invited reception staff (Mr.A) 2 times to let Mr.A hear what kind of noise I heard and Mr.A said maybe housekeeping on different floor is still working (1 am at night!), I will check it etc, but even 1 hour later I still had strange noice. Obviously Mr.A didn’t do anything to stop noise and I again invited reception other staff (Mr.B, senior of Mr.A)to my room but Mr.B didn’t hear anything from Mr.A and Mr.B didn’t know also anything what Mr.A did for the noise even Mr.B is senior position. Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didn’t give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didn’t inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didn’t react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didn’t inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.

Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

A part le vieux matériel dans la chambre, tout le reste est très bien ! L'ensemble du bâtiment est très local et historique ! Dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir avec appréciation des performances des chanteurs locaux, c'est aussi une très bonne expérience !

La zone de la chambre n'est pas trop grande, pas trop petite, juste bien, la salle de bains est séparée, il y a beaucoup de types de petit déjeuner, en particulier les plats de cuisine et les gâteaus, il y a beaucoup de personnes, il est bon de se regrouper.

service excellent! Très sérieux et patient ! Plus formel! Idéal pour des vacances en famille ! Sûr et sécurisé! Le personnel de sécurité est également très poli! Le personnel du restaurant a un garçon qui parle chinois ! Apprendre le chinois pendant plusieurs mois ! Bon dans l'ensemble ! Super! Pour la sécurité! Les fenêtres ne s'ouvriront pas ici ! Sont tous fermés ! L'hôtel devrait être le même !

Booked a room from *********** the room was noisy and the view was in Parking lot of hotel. Room was clean and service was good. The was only the Parking and noise cancelable windows.
