L'hôtel est très propre et offre tout le nécessaire. Le café est offert et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de toutes les attractions. Le couple, Hussain et Amina, était très charmant et accueillant. Le réceptionniste, Osman, le fils de l'hôtel, s'est également assuré que nous nous installions facilement et nous a fait découvrir les attractions des environs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent d'une piscine à l'avant. Je le recommande vivement aux familles et aux amis.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, il se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la ville antique où se trouvent les travertins, il y a des restaurants et des marchés aux alentours. Comme nous sommes restés une nuit, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la piscine. Il y avait la climatisation dans notre chambre et cela fonctionnait bien, mais il n'y avait pas de minibar.

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est confortable et confortable, l'air frais, la piscine est une caractéristique, les vacances principales! Le petit déjeuner est encore assez riche. Pour la petite ville de Liu Cubser, les installations, l'environnement et les services de cet hôtel appartiennent à la petite ville sont très bons. Les serveurs sont ici, et je tiens à remercier particulièrement Mme Hasibe et les invités de l'hôtel, Merci Hasibe pour nous aider à réserver un gâteau de anniversaire pour nos enfants à l'hôtel. Merci aux bébés pour avoir fait un gâteau de anniversaire magnifique à l'hôtel. Parce que la petite ville est à près de 30 kilomètres de la ville de Denizli, le transport n'est pas très confortable et la réservation de gâteau n'est pas très facile.

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

L'atmosphère est incroyablement chaude et domestique. Si vous hésitez à réserver l'hôtel Ozturk, ne pensez pas deux fois juste aller pour elle, vous ne regretterez certainement pas! Je serai absolument de retour. Très recommandé!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était vraiment bon. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse. C'était vraiment une chambre non-fumeur. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance. Le petit-déjeuner buffet ouvert était très varié. Bref, tout était bien, nous avons été très satisfaits et nous aimerions même revenir.

Понравилось местоположение. До Памукалле и иерополиса очень близко на такси. Очень красивые горы. Персонал мало улыбается кроме Turgay. Он менеджер в данном отеле и решает все очень быстро и четко. Большое ему за это спасибо. Мы провели 5 дней в этом отеле. Понравилось почти все , кроме еды в ресторане. У нас был завтрак и ужин. И они были очень посредственные. Хотели настроить русские каналы на телевизоре но пришел мастер и сказал что нет такой возможности. Ютуб будет по Турецки , и все остальное тоже 🙂. Я работаю в сфере IT, смогла сама настроить через браузер в телевизоре русские каналы. Не очень приветливый персонал в целом, кроме менеджера Turgay. В будние дни было очень мало людей , и это был праздник!! 🥳 Отмечала там день рождения, отель сделал торт. Не бесплатный конечно, но все же.

We were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.
