Check-in was simple with friendly front desk workers who offered us bottled water from a refrigerator in the lobby. The room was very clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. I especially liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted but wood laminate, which is much easier to clean. The pool looked brand new and was open late. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk and protein bars with bags to pack for takeaway or to eat there. The location was perfect to visit The Corning Museum of Glass, which was under 10 minutes away.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour un ami et le processus s'est déroulé sans le moindre accroc. Mon ami m'a fait un excellent retour sur son séjour. Le service de l'hôtel était irréprochable. J'espère avoir l'occasion d'y séjourner moi-même lors d'un prochain voyage.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

My stay at the Trump International Hotel in New York City was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is immaculate, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of its staff.
From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression.
It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience.
If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and truly world-class service, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

Other than the name confusion (I booked double tree by Hilton but when I arrived it s still the old name) and room type that I booked was not given to me due to whatever reason (and trip.com already compensated me with a portion of the room charge), the stay was great

We always have a great stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown restaurants. The hotel offers a pool and a hot tub, as well as free parking. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a view. The only disappointing aspects were that Kirkpatrick, a nice bar on the premises, was recently closed, and the free shuttle to nearby areas was not available during our stay.

IInvitéL'hôtel était situé dans une grande localisation, près de la Main St. , Saratoga Springs. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était très spacieuse. Il était très agréable de se réveiller le matin et d'ouvrir la cour et de voir les chevaux pratiquer sur la voie.

AAcaciaHC'était une nuit avant mon vol et les réceptionnistes sont plutôt sympas !
Ma chambre semble plus grande, mais elle est divisée par une porte blanche pour plus d'espace. J'entends très bien les voisins et la porte de séparation s'ouvre…
L'eau de la douche était capricieuse et je n'arrivais pas à comprendre comment l'utiliser, mais la réception m'a dit qu'il fallait ouvrir le robinet et celui de la douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude !
C'était une belle chambre dans l'ensemble, avec vue sur l'aéroport !

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

GGabbyD回到大長島還是很開心的，長島的環境舒服、宜人。酒店的環境安靜、乾淨舒適，停車也是免費的。前台服務也不錯。床有點點軟，不過美國的床也沒太硬的。室內的空調不太好調節，稍微有點冷。
缺點：洗手間的燈和抽風機連着，一開都開着，噪音很大。
我們開車，酒店入口很容易錯過，每次都開到隔壁的不知名建筑後，再繞回到酒店。

IInvitéGreat location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds. The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice. The hotel is older and it definitely shows. We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet. The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

IInvitéThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

IInvitéVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.
