Hôtels avec piscine à New York, États-Unis

L'hôtel était situé dans une grande localisation, près de la Main St. , Saratoga Springs. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était très spacieuse. Il était très agréable de se réveiller le matin et d'ouvrir la cour et de voir les chevaux pratiquer sur la voie.

C'était une nuit avant mon vol et les réceptionnistes sont plutôt sympas ! Ma chambre semble plus grande, mais elle est divisée par une porte blanche pour plus d'espace. J'entends très bien les voisins et la porte de séparation s'ouvre… L'eau de la douche était capricieuse et je n'arrivais pas à comprendre comment l'utiliser, mais la réception m'a dit qu'il fallait ouvrir le robinet et celui de la douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude ! C'était une belle chambre dans l'ensemble, avec vue sur l'aéroport !

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

回到大長島還是很開心的，長島的環境舒服、宜人。酒店的環境安靜、乾淨舒適，停車也是免費的。前台服務也不錯。床有點點軟，不過美國的床也沒太硬的。室內的空調不太好調節，稍微有點冷。 缺點：洗手間的燈和抽風機連着，一開都開着，噪音很大。 我們開車，酒店入口很容易錯過，每次都開到隔壁的不知名建筑後，再繞回到酒店。

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Au pied de l'immeuble, on trouve un restaurant italien très prisé, un glacier et un Starbucks. Juste en face de la rue se dresse le prestigieux Lincoln Center. À quelques minutes de marche, on trouve des banques, des options pour le petit-déjeuner et un Target. Le Columbus Circle est également très proche, permettant d'accéder facilement en métro à toutes les attractions. Cependant, si le hall d'entrée a des allures d'hôtel de luxe, les couloirs, eux, affichent un style de décoration plutôt étrange. Les chambres sont exiguës et les équipements si rudimentaires qu'ils sont à peine dignes d'un hôtel économique. Plus précisément : la salle de bain est si petite qu'une seule personne peut s'y tenir debout ; la chambre ne dispose d'aucun verre, que ce soient pour l'eau ou le brossage de dents, seuls des gobelets en carton jetables sont mis à disposition. Heureusement, nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps à nous promener en ville, ne revenant à l'hôtel que pour dormir. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous ne choisirons plus cet établissement la prochaine fois.

Le centre de l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. Il est moins de 30 minutes à pied à la frontière, mais assurez-vous de ramener votre passeport et quelques quartiers pour le pont de retour aux États-Unis, qui est seulement $1.25.  Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et utile. Le resort offre également plusieurs options de repas, un casino complet, un spa et une piscine, faisant de lui une destination bien arrondie si vous êtes là pour vous détendre ou explorer.

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

C'est un bon hôtel de vacances pour les hôtels d'affaires. Je l'ai utilisé pendant mon voyage d'affaires et j'ai pu passer le jour parfait sur les voyages d'affaires. Merci pour votre excellent service lors de votre séjour. Je partirai après avoir utilisé bien.

L'emplacement est excellent. Vous pouvez voir Central Park depuis la fenêtre. L'apparence du bâtiment est très classique avec de superbes sculptures en briques. Il y a une piscine dans l'hôtel. Il y a également un marché gratuit à proximité. Il existe également de nombreuses possibilités de restauration.

Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.
