Hôtels avec piscine à Texas, États-Unis

I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

Quick overnight stay is fine, but basic. Whole first floor smelled like ***. Staff wasn't able to provide a bag breakfast when we left early, even though we had paid for breakfast included. Check in was an easy process.

The workers were very nice, but the hotel is a little outdated and some parts were being renovated. For the price I paid I would expect a little better. But the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. And it was close to the airport.

Ce n'est pas vrai, très bon, surtout l'environnement, si beau, le centre spatial est également très proche.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

Aidez votre partenaire à réserver, il devrait y avoir un peu de temps ce mois-ci, et lui dire que je lui ai aidé à réserver cet hôtel. Donc je me sens personnellement bien 👌👌👌

La chambre est propre, calme et propre. Le lit est très confortable, le petit déjeuner contient des oeufs et des salsifis, la qualité du lait de yoghurt est bonne, est bon dans le petit déjeuner américain! C'est la chambre qui a du parfum ou du champagne, pas trop habituel! La position est sur la route, il y a un bar dans le coin de la rue, une petite inquiétude à la nuit, à environ 8 minutes à pied de la rivière, il y a un restaurant rouge BBQ sur la route. Aller au musée Alamo environ 13 minutes. Très bon marché pour un hôtel!
