Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Le lendemain matin, je suis allé à MT Rainier, le petit déjeuner est très riche. Bien que la chambre soit un peu vieille, elle est propre, c'est que le son du climatisation est un peu grand et ne peut pas contrôler la taille de l'évacuation.

Écrivez un commentaire directement à l'hôtel pour que cela soit plus court. Le contrôle de l'agent était étonnant.. Le mari est resté dans l'ascenseur pendant 20 minutes, personne n'a aidé jusqu'à ce que je me suis monté du 5ème étage au lobby avec mon bébé et mon estomac enceinte. Beau hôtel et emplacement est étonnant La chambre était un peu sur le saleté de l'autre côté Les petits fruits volant dans le bassin , les poules étaient sales quelques lumières ne fonctionnaient pas Il n'y avait pas vraiment de soucis de ces choses avant qu'on ait dit à l'hôtel que cet incident de l'ascenseur s'est produit. Conflict si je resterais encore ici. Le service de l'hôtel est un service de qualité et de qualité.

Hôtel d'aéroport agréable et confortable. L'emplacement est formidable, car il est proche de l'aéroport SEA, avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Une navette aéroport gratuite est disponible. La navette part toutes les trente minutes vers l'aéroport, à :00 et :30. Personnel exceptionnellement gentil et serviable de l'hôtel, cependant, un chauffeur de navette spécifique était extrêmement impoli et indifférent. Je n'ai pas compris son nom. Je n'ai pas pris la peine de m'aider avec mes valises et à l'aéroport, je n'ai pas non plus pris la peine de sortir mes valises. De plus, la navette est partie pleine, certains passagers ont donc dû rester debout. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais un peu démodées. L'hôtel étant grand, deux installations de remise en forme sont disponibles, très pratiques. J'avais une chambre avec un lit queen et un balcon, ce qui est une délicate attention. J'y retournerais si je séjournais près de l'aéroport SEA.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.

La plupart des choix pour aller à Rainier Snow Mountain vivent ici, conduisant dans les montagnes enneigées pendant environ une heure. Le supermarché environnant Ole est très proche. Manger est aussi pratique.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Le gars qui travaille la nuit s'est rendu au-dessus et au-delà pour aider quand mon ami mort a bousculé la porte de notre chambre et s'est endormi. Le petit déjeuner était au niveau suivant. Ils ont un restaurant/bar qui doit être une bonne cause le samedi, il y avait un nombre décent de gens à boire. La chambre d'hôtel était HUGE. La chambre était de 1 pour la toilette et une autre pour la douche, ce qui ne serait pas trop mauvais, mais les portes sont des portes opaques qui ne sont pas fermées complètement, ne sont pas munies d'un latch et ne sont pas fermées. J'ai dû lier quelque chose entre le chemin de fer du douche et la porte de sorte que ma fille ne l'ouvrirait pas. Mais tout ce qui a fait de cet hôtel un livre facile pour la prochaine fois, nous avons besoin d'une chambre. 10/10 réservera à nouveau.
