Expérience mitigée au Vinpearl – Chambre excellente, restauration décevante J'ai séjourné au Vinpearl du 22 septembre au 3 octobre, puis du 6 au 11 octobre. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et les équipements étaient un atout indéniable. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs ont émaillé mon séjour. - Service de blanchisserie : Lors de mon premier séjour, le service était gratuit (3 pièces/jour), mais il est devenu payant lors de mon second séjour. Cette incohérence était frustrante et mériterait d'être améliorée. - Petit-déjeuner : Le menu était quasiment identique chaque jour, avec un choix limité. Les nouilles sautées étaient systématiquement dures et sèches, ce qui était décevant. - Buffet barbecue (600 000 VND) : Ce fut le point le plus décevant de mon séjour. La qualité de la nourriture était médiocre, avec des ingrédients bon marché réutilisés à différents stands. Si cela continue, je crains que le restaurant ne survive pas. En comparaison, j'ai dîné au buffet Sen près de Ho Tay, où le prix était de seulement 480 000 VND. On y trouvait des écrevisses, de grosses crevettes, des crabes variés et un large choix de plats frais : un rapport qualité-prix bien meilleur. - Buffet Vinpearl (480 000 VND avec 20 % de réduction pour les clients de l'hôtel) : Je n'ai pris qu'un bol de nouilles, quelques fruits, quelques morceaux de sashimi de saumon pas très frais et une boisson. Rien de remarquable, et le prix ne semblait pas justifié. - Service en chambre : Le service de ménage passait souvent trop tard, parfois après 17 h ou 18 h, ce qui perturbait le repos des clients. Ce point devrait être amélioré pour leur confort. Point positif : le personnel était aimable, notamment le directeur étranger, qui s'est distingué par son professionnalisme.

La salle de bains a un chinois, vous pouvez également aller à la rue de la cuisine à côté de la cuisine pour trouver tous les types de nourriture, le pont est passé et un grand centre commercial. J'ai clairement défini une chambre de luxe, mais la réception m'a donné une chambre de luxe ordinaire (petite chambre, près de l'ascenseur, sans canapé), parce que l'avion est allé à l'hôtel plus tard et a dormi de nouveau fatigué. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pendant mon séjour. L'hôtel m'a demandé de contacter l'opérateur (Trip.com), mais les clients et mes collègues m'ont renvoyé et ils m'ont renvoyé à 11 heures. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

Staff at the front desk are super helpful and they basically speak Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. My family had a great time here. It’s just a bit far from the city center where you get the most restaurants and entertainment.

La chambre d'hôtel est très grande, spacieuse et propre. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et l'emplacement est facile à trouver. C'est dans l'endroit le plus prospère du centre-ville. Elle a trouvé un hôtel particulièrement serviable. moyen de me vérifier en raison d'un changement temporaire dans mon emploi du temps. C'était très, très bien Chaleureux, je ne resterai certainement pas dans un autre hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai ici ! Sentez-vous à l'aise ici ! !
