L'hôtel est neuf, le prix est raisonnable et le personnel parle un peu anglais (mais pas couramment). L'arrivée et le départ sont rapides et les prix à l'intérieur de l'hôtel sont abordables. L'accueil chaleureux du personnel est un vrai plus. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des restaurants et des commerces. Ce qui est frustrant, c'est que nous étions un groupe de quatre personnes en voyage d'affaires et que j'avais demandé une chambre à un étage élevé. Or, tous mes collaborateurs ont été placés à des étages supérieurs, tandis que j'ai eu droit à un étage inférieur et à une chambre d'angle. Heureusement, cela ne m'a pas trop dérangée… C'était vraiment sidérant. J'imagine que la réception considérait les hommes comme des supérieurs et méritait un traitement de faveur, tandis que les femmes étaient indifférentes. 🤦‍♀️ Les nouilles du petit-déjeuner étaient bonnes et le café correct.

Chambre très spacieuse, superbe vue au 15ème étage face aux quartiers les plus anciens de la ville de Bac Ninh. Beaucoup de saveurs locales derrière l'hôtel pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer à pied. La cathédrale historique de Bac Ninh se trouve à proximité et accueille des activités illuminées de Noël. Bon petit déjeuner au buffet de l'hôtel, mais évitez d'y aller à d'autres horaires car il y a peu d'autres clients et le temps de service est long. on dirait presque qu'ils ont dû appeler le chef pour préparer votre repas. Un hamburger a pris près d'une heure à trois reprises. Lit confortable, draps et serviettes propres changés tous les jours, mais la moquette aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie. personnel très sympathique.

J'ai clairement défini une chambre de luxe, mais la réception m'a donné une chambre de luxe ordinaire (petite chambre, près de l'ascenseur, sans canapé), parce que l'avion est allé à l'hôtel plus tard et a dormi de nouveau fatigué. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pendant mon séjour. L'hôtel m'a demandé de contacter l'opérateur (Trip.com), mais les clients et mes collègues m'ont renvoyé et ils m'ont renvoyé à 11 heures. La chambre d'hôtel est très grande, spacieuse et propre. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et l'emplacement est facile à trouver. C'est dans l'endroit le plus prospère du centre-ville. Elle a trouvé un hôtel particulièrement serviable. moyen de me vérifier en raison d'un changement temporaire dans mon emploi du temps. C'était très, très bien Chaleureux, je ne resterai certainement pas dans un autre hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai ici ! Sentez-vous à l'aise ici ! !
