L'hôtel est très propre et la réceptionniste est très gentille et utile. Très heureux avec le service de leur part. Le personnel de nuit de 2 hommes n'était pas utile. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi je ne peux pas commander de boire pour notre chambre et payer la fin du séjour. Nous avons même reçu une lettre ce matin qui était en dehors de la salle et non en enveloppe que tout le monde peut lire que je n'ai pas aimé , raison était la protection de dater avec ne pas oublier de payer pour notre commande que nous avons fait immédiatement et avait mon nom complet sur elle. Le spa est incroyable, si relaxant. Idéal situé à environ 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Meadfoot. Le petit déjeuner était sur le petit côté mais délicieux. Le personnel est ami et utile. Les chambres sont propres, mais pour 4* j'attendrais un peu plus comme un fer dans la chambre, les toilettes, les vêtements de lavage, etc. Je n'ai pas dormi si bien malheureusement comme il a été réveillé par les gens qui rentrent dans la chambre, les portes sont lourdes et les étages du couloir sont creux. Cela laisse tomber, mais je retourne pour l'expérience de spa !

La chambre qui nous a été donnée était au fond d'un vol d'escaliers qui a entraîné de nombreuses perturbations sonores tout au long de la journée et de la nuit. L'alarme à 7 h était également une appel de réveil non bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec une sélection décente et la situation générale est bonne pour accéder aux promenades locales et à la voie de la côte.

I always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below. Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !! Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”? Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark. Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good . Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 . I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door. Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

A simply Devine hotel with such historical charm  The charismatic entrance foyer draws you into this wonderful exquisite reception area We had the upmost pleasure in staying on New Years Eve  & were greeted with a lovely glass of free champagne in letting the New year in  They also had a really good modern band playing the finest of music in one of their opulent rooms  We would grant this very fine hotel a definite 5 Stars experience  Many thanks

The Palace Hotel was a delight to stay at. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and we were surprised to have evening entertainment. We went on a budget and were delighted with the hotel. Only thing to add was the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a new set, I understand having orgional features is nice, however, I think new would be better. Also we were told breakfast would be £9.00 each on arrival, but when we went to pay it what a whopping £27.00 for a full English (1 of each item) amd some avocado and boiled egg on toast... of course we could have the continental... but it did make us cough a bit!! The service was great though. Overall great stay would recommend and return.

As usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area.
