Such a beautiful hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I wish I could it a 5 for cleanliness but below my bed was a bit dirty and i hope they can check below the bed. Blanket a bit dirty too. Otherwise this hotel is underrated. I loved the whole setting and volllage and restaurant and service.

L'hôtel Premiere ICC est un excellent choix, avec une position parfaite et des vues incroyables qui augmentent vraiment l'expérience.
Les équipements manquants : nous devions demander des vêtements et des pantalons, qui devraient idéalement être fournis automatiquement.
Questions de chauffage : Le chauffage n'était pas fonctionnel ou nous ne pouvions pas savoir comment le fonctionner, ce qui a fait la salle à temps inconfortable.
Malgré ces problèmes, les forces de l'hôtel le font une option solide, et avec un peu d'attention aux détails, il pourrait être encore mieux.

Where to start...
I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing.
First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping.
The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places.
The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag.
Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

Nous sommes arrivés tard à la nuit et nous sommes accueillis chaleureusement par le gentleman de la fonction, qui était ami et utile, nous donnant à nous sentir immédiatement à l'aise après une longue voiture. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et a une vue sur la piscine, créant une atmosphère très agréable et relaxante.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec une grande variété d'options et un choix végétarien convivial pour moi.
La seule chose que nous avons connue était le petit déjeuner, où le personnel semblait plus concentré sur les plus grands groupes et nous regardait depuis un certain temps. Ce n'était pas un problème majeur, mais il s'est avéré que tout le reste était excellent.
La chambre est très confortable et confortable.

SSarinaCStaying at River Front Estate was an absolute dream. The location is picture-perfect, and our room was beautifully designed, complete with a terrace overlooking the river. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and woke up to serene mornings with a coffee in hand, pure bliss. We were also lucky to have daily visits and cuddles from Duchess, the gorgeous Great Dane, and a 17-year-old cat we affectionately named Nala (lol). The owner, Lisa, made our stay even more special, she was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and even came to our rescue when we realized we’d brought the wrong plug! Also want to add that all the ladies working there were SO LOVELY and kind! They are absolute angels.
The location is perfect for anyone visiting Addo National Elephant Park, just a short drive away. Plus, having a huge Spar around the corner made grabbing groceries easy and convenient.
This was a stay we will never forget. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

婳婳婳游天下Garden Avenue sans chauffeur, selon le positionnement de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est bon, descendez un peu au N2. Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai découvert que l'hôtel était plus beau que sur les photos. J'ai réservé une chambre familiale, mais il s'est avéré qu'il y avait trois lits et un petit jardin avec la porte latérale ouverte. La chambre est très spacieuse. La décoration de l'hôtel est très rétro, et le petit déjeuner est généralement sous forme de buffet. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix est élevé. C'est aussi super de faire le tour. L'emplacement est bon. Je recommande vivement le restaurant à côté de l'hôtel, le jarret d'agneau est super délicieux !

Shout out to George, Olivia, Kellen and James! Our game drive on the property was one of the best I’ve experienced with James being so knowledgeable about different wildlife, plant life and nature conservation. We will definitely visit again. The staff there provided great and helpful tips and assistance on the planning of exploring the city, and the bar next to the campfire is another level. The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and comfy too. Staying at the 14-mixed bedroom but the bathrooms and beds are really clean. Glad to stay at Tube n Axe and would definitely go back again!!
