В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. 房間比較大，和周邊酒店比較性價比算好了，值得住的，附近有地鐵口要走路10分鐘，吃飯也是在奧運站附近。

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening. One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service. Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus! Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. En arrivant avant Noël, il y avait beaucoup de clients dans l'hôtel, pour la plupart des familles avec enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, alors allez-y tôt sinon vous devrez faire la queue. Les différentes activités de l'hôtel sont essentiellement destinées aux enfants et aucun programme n'est prévu pour les adultes.

Nous avons séjourné dans un établissement Hilton la veille (Hilton Beach and Resort Ras Al Khaimah) et, après avoir beaucoup apprécié, nous avions de grandes attentes envers le Double Tree Hilton Marjan, mais il n'a pas été à la hauteur. La réception était brusque, pas accueillante, pas amicale ni serviable. Si vous avez un enfant de 4 ans ou moins, évitez le club pour enfants car il n'y a pas d'espace séparé pour les tout-petits et les enfants. La piscine à balles pour les tout-petits et l'escalade pour les enfants se trouvent dans la même zone, les enfants étant imprudents, exposant les tout-petits au danger. J'ai eu un enfant qui a sauté du mur et a frappé son pied sur la tête de mon tout-petit (je partage mon expérience). Il n'y a pas de personnel de l'hôtel pour surveiller le comportement imprudent des enfants plus âgés, de plus le personnel ne laisse pas les parents entrer dans la piscine à balles, laissant les jeunes tout-petits exposés au risque de se blesser. Bien que la propriété et l'emplacement soient bons, le Double Tree Hilton nous a laissé déçus.

1. En quittant la chambre bord de mer à 8h du matin, j'active le bouton « sortir ». A 18h00 (coucher du soleil), ils sifflent sur la plage pour que tout le monde sorte de la mer et quitte la plage. J'arrive dans la chambre à 18h05 - ils entrent juste pour nettoyer la chambre. Vous restez mouillé dans le couloir sous les climatiseurs et attendez qu'ils soient nettoyés. On ne sait pas pour qui le feu vert « faire le ménage » a été allumé pendant 10 heures. La chose la plus inutile dans cet hôtel est le bouton de ménage. Manque d'organisation du processus de nettoyage (temps). 2. L'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée plusieurs fois au milieu de la nuit. 3. Très mauvaises serviettes aussi bien dans la chambre que sur la plage : vieilles, mal lavées, avec quelques pertes, taches, grisâtres. 4. Ils m'ont donné 20 grammes de savon (environ la taille d'une pièce de monnaie) trois fois en 2 semaines pour ma chambre. 5. Donnez deux bouteilles d'eau de 500 grammes par jour. Au numéro. A 40° de chaleur. Habituellement, dans les Émirats, ils en mettent quatre partout. Vous pouvez demander et ils vous le donneront, mais vous devez le chercher. 6. Une prise pour recharger le téléphone à table loin du lit. 7. Très mauvaise connexion Wi-Fi. Il n'attrape bien que le matin avant 7 heures du matin pendant que tout le monde dort. Puis toute la journée et jusque tard dans la soirée, il n'y a presque pas de pêche. Mais il y a deux ordinateurs dans le hall si vous devez vous enregistrer pour un vol. 8. Plage à l'hôtel. 9. 90 pour cent sont en vacances : Russes, Kazakhs et Biélorusses. 10. La mer est magnifique. Nous y étions mi-octobre, mer + 29. Beaucoup de jeunes enfants. 11. Le shampoing, le revitalisant et le gel sont complétés, mais si vous le demandez. La qualité est bonne. 12. Joli linge de lit. 13. Il faut demander des pantoufles. Il n'y avait ni peignoir ni sèche-cheveux. 14. Forte audibilité inter-pièces. 15. Dans la douche, il y a toujours de l'eau sur le sol après la douche en raison d'une mauvaise conception. 16. Souvent, le climatiseur s'éteignait tout seul pendant un moment, puis se remettait en marche tout seul 🤷♂️.

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.
