L'emplacement était idéal, tout près de Surfers Paradise ! Cependant, bien que j'aie réservé une chambre avec vue sur la façade, elle se trouvait au deuxième étage et je n'ai pas pu profiter de la vue présentée sur les photos. Si vous réservez ce type de chambre, ne vous fiez donc pas trop aux photos. L'eau en bouteille n'était pas offerte, mais il y a des distributeurs automatiques dans le hall qui vendent des boissons et des en-cas à prix réduits (environ la moitié du prix). Je vous recommande d'y faire un tour.

Comfortable hotel but not what I expected from 4-star. Rooms not made up until after lunch. Just a small milk container in the fridge - no complimentary water that I'd expect at least. Two double beds in the room. No comfortable chair. Bedside cabinet only on one side of the bed, so had to use a chair. Other rooms seemed better configured. Most bedroom and cupboard doors sounded like they need oil. Some power points in the room were dead. Faint smell of smoking in the room, though I appreciate that's hard for the hotel to overcome once someone has ignored the rules.

I found this property via Kayak which then led me to Trip.com. After paying I found the property was in a different location to the map and didn't match the photos. The email confirmation had the right photos and that's when I realised something strange was going on. I didn't know I'd be sharing this tiny apartment with a stranger until I turned up. It's basically someone's apartment. The living room has a curtained off area where I think someone else sleeps. The pillow smelled as if someone had already used it. Room just had a broken pedestal fan. The room also doesn't lock so I didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in there, let alone sleeping with a stranger right next door. Wifi also wasn't working. I left right away and found somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money at all, just a very strange situation. I travel a lot and won't ever be using Trip.com again either. Can't trust it.

Location of the resort is very good, on the river, close to the Surfers Paradise central area and walking distance to the beach. It has lots of free garage and on site parking. It has tennis court, beautiful pool with hot outdoor spa , gym and dry sauna. All service desk guys were very attentive and helpful. Downside is that the resort is old and needs lots of maintenance. All common areas are in need of a facelift. All units have individual owners. The unit I stayed had blocked sink in the bathroom and bed mattress in the bedroom was worn out and sagging to one side. Lucky me I was able to sleep on the other side!

Bon emplacement et belle vue. Avec tout comme des couteaux à micro-ondes, des fourchettes, des cuillères, des assiettes, des tasses, des casseroles dans la cuisine et un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, des cintres en fer. Mieux vaut offrir un service de nettoyage des chambres tous les jours. 8 minutes à pied de la ville, 1 min à pied du Woolworths le plus proche, 10 minutes à pied du pont à côté de l'hôtel jusqu'à la bibliothèque du Queensland, la galerie d'art, la galerie, le musée, le panneau de Brisbane, la rive sud, etc.

We stayed in a lovely cabin! Very clean and comfy bed!! Shower leaked a bit but dried up quickly. Bus stop was just outside the park which was easy to get to town and back (at night it’s the last stop back from town). Pool was nice and big too!

C'est un hôtel exceptionnel. Quel dommage de n'avoir pu y passer qu'une seule nuit ! J'adorerais y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour sur la Gold Coast.

Very convenient location for travelling to the airport on my last night in cairns. Decent pool, easy check in and out. Room was nice enough and felt safe.
