« Resort » très excentré par rapport aux choses à faire en ville. Heureusement, nous avons eu une voiture et avons pu faire des allers-retours pour un prix relativement bon marché, mais j'imagine que le coût augmenterait si vous deviez utiliser Uber tout le temps. Service de réception 24h/24 et nous avons eu une serviette supplémentaire lorsque nous l'avons demandé. L'espace extérieur et la piscine avaient l'air vraiment sympa. C’est clairement là que l’argent est allé, même si, à cause de la météo, nous n’avons pas vraiment pu l’utiliser. Les chambres étaient très basiques et plutôt vieilles. Rien d'impressionnant. Nous a fait deviner pourquoi on l'appelait un complexe. Enfin, je vous proposerais une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, vous aurez une belle vue mais un sacré chemin pour accéder à la chambre car il faut faire le tour de tout le bâtiment (l'accès à la chambre se fait par l'extérieur).

( Context - We had a soccer tournament) Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places. The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds. Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery. We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout. Highly recommend the place for sure.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation.

Great stay here at Coral Sea Resort. Really good location and lovely views. The pool is really big and a great place to relax. Would definitely come back.

Chambre propre et personnel ami seulement à côté de l'AC n'était pas opérationnel

Daydream Island n'est pas grande, mais elle est très agréable. Il y a de nombreuses excursions en bateau de Hamilton Island à Daydream ~ c'est très pratique ! Le dernier bateau que nous avons pris nous a emmenés à Daydream Island, et chacun de nous a reçu un collier composé de petites conques. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Des kangourous et des pluviers pierreux sont visibles partout, et il y a des petits requins et des raies pastenagues dans l'étang... l'ambiance générale est très bonne ! ! ! Points clés à éviter : Si vous souhaitez jouer ou voler depuis Hamilton Island, choisissez de rester sur d'autres petites îles. N'habitez pas à Long Island. Il n'y a pas de bateau direct de Hamilton Island à Long Island. Shute Port et la fréquence des vols Très peu. (Il m'a fallu une demi-journée pour me renseigner sur les différents itinéraires de transport que je devais appeler. C'était vraiment ennuyeux, car il n'y avait pas de postes vacants sur l'île Hamilton et j'avais vraiment peur de dormir sur l'île). Nous avons atterri à Hamilton Island en avion et réservé un hébergement à Long Island. Nous sommes retournés à Hamilton Island le lendemain pour prendre un hélicoptère pour voir Heart Reef. Le premier départ de Long Island était pour Shute Harbour à 8 heures du matin. , il faudrait y aller le lendemain. Je dois attendre 17h30 pour arriver à Hamilton Island ~ Oh mon Dieu ! À cette époque, je croyais vraiment à la critique de cet hôtel disant que le bateau-bus était très pratique🐶🐶🐶 Nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que de renoncer à aller à Long Island et avons immédiatement réservé un hébergement sur Daydream Island. Le dernier horaire a été pris par moi au terminal des ferries de Hamilton Island pour votre référence. Personnellement, j'ai l'impression que Changdao est isolé et n'est pas développé par la même agence de voyage. Les frais de chambre ne sont pas remboursables ~ nous avons donc perdu 2 nuits d'hébergement à Changdao. De plus, le tarif du bateau entre les îles n'est pas bon marché, tout le monde devrait le faire. pensez-y également lors de la réservation d’un hôtel ! Il est à noter que Daydream Island nous a à nouveau redonné de la bonne humeur pour les vacances ! ! ! J’espère qu’écrire autant aidera tout le monde ! Après tout, personne ne veut vivre une si mauvaise expérience en sortant pour s'amuser.

C'est un hôtel un peu bizarre. Les chambres sont simples et un peu vieillottes, type motel, mais néanmoins l'espace restaurant, la piscine (qui permet de faire long) et le jardin sont très soignés et sont très agréables. Il a un accès direct à la plage de Mission Beach qui est très belle et se trouve à 5-10 min à pied du quartier où se regroupent commerces et restaurants. Petit déjeuner un peu paresseux, facturant un supplément pour un express.

Il est très confortable et calme, mais il y a encore un tas de cheveux sur le sol, et il n'a pas l'air super propre. Le personnel semblait un peu confondu avec l'information, mais il est bon. Ne vous attendez pas à un service de cinq étoiles, c'est tout.

Have previously enjoyed our staycations at the Ville but last night was terrible. Lifts were unreliable as they kept breaking down, this meant most times only 1 lift was working and wait times were crazy. A repeating mechanical noise made sleep difficult. The bath tub had a massive bubble which made standing very unstable. Ice machine on the floor wasn’t working. Was advised there would be no price difference if I were to pre book breakfast vs just showing up. Yet we were charged an extra $20 per person. Air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working. When checking out, management seemed to have even influxes with similar complaints and were past the point of caring.
