Large complex with swimming pool access and outlook as our room was on the ground floor. Great to have a walk-in shower and air con worked well. Only gripe was the inadequate sheet that doubled as the blanket - completely lacking in warmth and cover. No extra blanket was provided in the cupboard, only pillows. If there wasn't enough parking available at night, you could park off-street next to the complex.

Booking online with Trip was simple. The Dorsett have clean rooms and staff are lovely, plus it's attached to the Gold Coast Casino. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is equipped for people with disabilities or use a wheelchair. This includes self opening and closing doors, shower and toilet set up with aids that can be pulled out to accommodate needs and there are wheelchair touch buttons for opening the door. I showered before going out and it flooded the bathroom, luckily there were 2 infloor drains. Within 2 mins or asking for maintenance they had a lovely young man up to fix it, then another minute later housekeeping arrived with fresh towels. The maintenance man also gave me a good rundown and recommendations on the restaurant's at the Casino. 2 negatives - 1st, it is hard to work out where to park as you use the Casino parking, the carpark directs you where to go but there is no clear signage on where the hotel lifts are. I only knew this from a past visit over 2yrs ago. This is something that needs sorting out. 2nd, the entrance address for the hotel foyer is actually on the Casino entry side, so you drive around looking for it. I now know that instead of turning off onto The Darling Ave, as gps instructed, you take the slip road before The Darling Ave exit. This takes you past the residential tower and to the front of the hotel

Sunshine Tower est super, je viens souvent à Cairns. J'avais l'habitude de réserver le Hilton près de la plage principale parce que j'étais trop paresseux pour marcher, c'est vraiment comme un appartement. . Vous pouvez aussi aller à Coles pour acheter de la nourriture. Quand je suis revenu pour me réchauffer, la réception était très sympathique et l'environnement était très confortable chaque matin dès que j'ouvrais la fenêtre. vivre seul dans le futur !

Un hôtel très récent, joliment décoré et nettoyé tous les jours. Mon mari et moi avons été les plus satisfaits de l'hôtel pendant tout notre voyage en Australie. Tournez à gauche en sortant et marchez 1 minute jusqu'au marché nocturne. Il y a de nombreux endroits pour manger aux alentours. Après quelques minutes de marche et en traversant la route, vous trouverez le supermarché Woolworths. Tournez à droite après l'hôtel et vous verrez la grande roue, la plage et la piscine. Il y a un barbecue sur la plage. C'est bien d'aller au supermarché pour acheter de la viande pour le barbecue. je ne l'ai découvert que le dernier jour. Il faut 15 minutes pour prendre un taxi depuis l'aéroport, environ 24 à 27 couteaux. Pour vous rendre à l'aéroport, vous pouvez appeler un taxi à la réception de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est acceptable. Vous pouvez vous rendre directement à la réception et réserver une réservation pour 20 dollars par personne. Bien que le petit-déjeuner buffet ne soit pas très varié, il est copieux et le prix est à peu près le même que celui d'un repas seul.

This resort has a really great swimming and transporting service! My room has a ocean view and the guest service are really nice ! Highly recommended to you guys if you visit airlie beach

Chambre propre et personnel ami seulement à côté de l'AC n'était pas opérationnel

Il y avait des choses qui manquaient, comme plus d'options alimentaires (uniquement deux restaurants) et de petits luxes comme une sauna. Il est difficile de noter le personnel, car vous avez eu un personnel incroyablement utile et puis un vrai déprimant qui était juste rude. Je n'avais pas été à l'une des îles des Whitsundays, je me suis donc étonné de voir ça. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon.

C'est un hôtel un peu bizarre. Les chambres sont simples et un peu vieillottes, type motel, mais néanmoins l'espace restaurant, la piscine (qui permet de faire long) et le jardin sont très soignés et sont très agréables. Il a un accès direct à la plage de Mission Beach qui est très belle et se trouve à 5-10 min à pied du quartier où se regroupent commerces et restaurants. Petit déjeuner un peu paresseux, facturant un supplément pour un express.

Il est très confortable et calme, mais il y a encore un tas de cheveux sur le sol, et il n'a pas l'air super propre. Le personnel semblait un peu confondu avec l'information, mais il est bon. Ne vous attendez pas à un service de cinq étoiles, c'est tout.

Have previously enjoyed our staycations at the Ville but last night was terrible. Lifts were unreliable as they kept breaking down, this meant most times only 1 lift was working and wait times were crazy. A repeating mechanical noise made sleep difficult. The bath tub had a massive bubble which made standing very unstable. Ice machine on the floor wasn’t working. Was advised there would be no price difference if I were to pre book breakfast vs just showing up. Yet we were charged an extra $20 per person. Air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working. When checking out, management seemed to have even influxes with similar complaints and were past the point of caring.
