Hôtels avec Spa à Victoria, Australie

We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

Great location and fantastic service on check in and guven sn upgrade. Spa could have been hotter same with home. Room didnt smell the best. Unfortunately purchasing breakfast the person charging us was extremely disrespectful and if my friend hadn’t already paid i would have walked out. They had no idea what Customer service is just full of themself. I staff member brilliant 1 disgraceful.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

We had a lovely stay at Crowne — the room, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. Everything was comfortable and well-presented, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we did request room cleaning on the first day, and unfortunately no one came. We had to follow up with the concierge the next day to have it arranged. Given the price point, this was a little disappointing as we expected a more seamless level of service. That said, aside from this hiccup, everything else was very good.

Il a été très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était très propre et rénovée. La situation était grande. Il n'y a qu'à 15 minutes à pied de l'aéroport, mais le service de pick-up gratuit à l'aéroport était vraiment utile. J'aimerais rester encore si je reçois Melbourne.

We stayed at Mantra as a family in the beachfront apartments. Everything was clean and presentable upon arrival. The view from the balcony was refreshing. We felt cozy and at home. The location is superb only a short walk to the beach (literally within steps) and to the Lorne shops. Although we didn't utilize the restaurant and swimming pool facilities it was nice to know we could do so, and it was close to the apartments. The scenery in the courtyard was also beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed. The hotel staff were understanding and accommodating towards additional requests and did their best to help.

Always a fantastic stay here. Great location if you can get the right room. 2 and 3 Bedrooms have corner views so if you can pay a little more its well worth the corner bed. Sky apartments are exceptional. Don't recomend if your not good with heights! So good when you get a great sunset. Could have been a bit cleaner and would recomend they do a good spring clean once in a while. Thanks to the freindly staff! didnt have a issue and satisfied every one of my requests.

L'hôtel est très bien conçu et bien entretenu.Tout a été propre et confortable tout au long de mon séjour. L'emplacement est excellent, avec un accès convenable aux transports et attractions voisines. Le personnel était également très aimable et utile, ce qui a fait l'expérience encore mieux.

L'appartement a été très spacieux et a été entièrement équipé avec une grande sélection de cuisines, y compris des cuisinières, des couteaux, des fours, des plats et des outils de cuisine. La location est excellente très proche d'un supermarché, ce qui fait super facile d'acheter des produits de vente et de préparer des repas chaque jour.

The check in and check out was seemless. The apartment was big enough for our family and quite cosy. The only part is the washing machine and dryer are outside and have opening and closing hours. If it can be open 24/7 it would be perfect.
