The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.

C'était ma troisième fois ici et ils ne sont pas déçus. La chambre est propre et élégante. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Les toilettes doivent être demandées tout le temps- il n'est pas toujours confortable surtout que vous en avez besoin quotidiennement et vous restez pendant 2 semaines.

La chambre est si belle, confortable et propre! Nous aimerions la vue de notre chambre. Cependant, le moment de la sortie est trop tôt.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

Très propre, grande espace, les installations sont complètes. Chaque maison a son propre garage. L'environnement est très calme, l'environnement est assez bon, le transport est également pratique, adapté à la conduite. Très recommandé.

Nous sommes restés ici pour notre voyage au circuit de l'île Phillip où nous avons eu une journée de tracé. Il était moins de 10 minutes de la tracé qui l'a fait très confortable. I enjoyed my stay at Pegasus Apart'Hotel. The location is great and easy to access Queen Victoria Market. The room was spacious and had all the kitchenware needed, making it convenient for preparing breakfast. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend staying here.
