Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

C'est un hôtel normal pour ne pas avoir de attentes. Les règles chinoises et chinoises sont conformes à toutes les variétés d'hôtels. L'environnement est bon et les installations sont simples. Il n'y a pas de moyen de prendre plus de 400 dollars pour les vacances.

Excellent getaway accommodation!! Sitting in the beautiful Olinda area, cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Such an healing experience here with peaceful surroundings of fresh air and trees.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Main building is lovely and cosy with its open fires on a winter's evening, although it's a shame that the bar closed around 9pm and the main building by 10pm, so I had to go and sit in my room, which was in an outside block and quite cold, especilally because there was quite a gap at the bottom of the main door. The rooms are comfortable with lovely decor. I used the spa the next morning, which was small but relaxing. It would be great to be able to get a discount as a guest at the hotel.

En empruntant la Great Ocean Road et en arrivant à Lorne dans la soirée, la procédure d'enregistrement dans cet hôtel était très simple et aucun document n'était requis. La réception m'a directement donné une carte de chambre et une carte, m'indiquant où se trouvait la chambre. Je suis juste descendu en voiture où se trouvait la chambre et je me suis garé sur la place de parking avec le numéro de ma chambre écrit dessus. La chambre est propre et bien rangée avec des installations complètes. Le matelas du canapé-lit est également très confortable. Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes, deux adultes et trois enfants, notre séjour est donc très spacieux et confortable. Les dames de la réception de l'hôtel sont également très enthousiastes. J'ai beaucoup aimé cette chambre et je voulais rester une nuit de plus le lendemain, mais malheureusement il n'y avait pas de place. Peut-être qu'il y avait une conférence à l'hôtel ce jour-là et que beaucoup de gens sont venus, donc c'était complet.

The hotel was a last minute booking and the reviews made me stay here rather than another hotel. The hotel is in a good location and a nice area. Clean and spacious rooms and nice quality shampoo and body wash. We would have liked to use the hot springs and assumed they were part of the hotel amenities, but they need to be booked in advance which was disappointing. Generally I would recommend this hotel but make sure to book the hot springs.

I have stayed here before and have found all to be excellent.  The proximity to my 90 year old Mums nursing home being the drawcard.  This time however, on one of the days we stayed, we were not able to shower as there was a leaky pipe, and the water was turned off so they could fix it.  Not their fault, but as we only stayed 3 days and were out early every morning (old ladies have zero tolerance for being late) we found it disappointing and so marked it down from ‘excellent’ to ‘good.’

C'est un endroit très bon, avec beaucoup d'installations pour utiliser. Il y a un spa. On peut aussi louer des trucs de bougie. Et le petit magasin peut acheter du café plus tôt. La chambre est grande. La salle de séjour est assez ouverte. Les cuisines sont complètes.
