Lovely stay. Complimentary upgraded and breakfast as I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious room. Great Christmas deco. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive. He welcome me as an elite member. Breakfast was ok, not excellent. Not much spread. Overall, a great stay for work.

We stayed here for Badminton Horse trials and had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide range of food available. We had dinner there every night as well which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

La chambre est bonne, c'est que l'élévateur est cassé, l'attitude du serveur est très bonne, aidez à mentionner la porte de la chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel de visite à l'école.

Brilliant few days spent at the Devere. No complaints at all! The staff are all polite and nothing is too much bother. The breakfast are buffet style great choices of breads fruit cereal s and juices, as well as cooked food - this could be hotter but it’s the norm with buffet. The old boathouse is fab part of the hotel but separate big shout for Jack who was brilliant. We also used ROX over the road for canoe hire defo worth a visit.

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa. I just didn’t get to go It looked inviting., there are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around Hotel to take a short walk .

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

IInvitéWe were disappointed on arrival to find that we had been allocated a standard room, instead of the Opulent one we had booked through trip. The receptionist was very nice but wasn’t able to give us the room we booked as there wasn’t one available. She gave us a slightly better room which was ok but looked like it was ready for a refresh. We needed to call reception as there wasn’t no hair dryer in the room but there was no instructions for using the phone, when we worked it out there was then no answer! We then needed reception again later as our neighbours were playing really really loud music, again no answer. Besides this, the hotel was very nice, the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again but book direct.
