Hôtels avec Spa à Wiltshire, Royaume-Uni

Room was very hot with no air con so none of my business colleagues got much sleep/ rest. A small fan in the room didn't do a lot. Staff weren't the most helpful or clear. We booked a spa hotel so our team could relax in the morning and get a jacuzzi following a long work day the day before. The hotel then told us we had to pay an extra £30 to use the spa as we had booked through trip.com and not direct (which would've been free spa access). It just felt like we were being charged the commission they have to pay booking playforms. Overall I wouldn't book the hotel as we came away unrested and not relaxed. Hotel looked nice, but a bit dated overall.

A Comfortable Stay with a Few Surprises As one of Marriott’s brands, I expected a little more, but overall, the hotel delivers the essentials for a pleasant stay. The rooms are very spacious, with two double beds—perfect for a family holiday. The indoor pool and the gym is a nice touch, though it’s worth noting that external guests can also use it. Things to keep in mind: Parking – There’s a £7.50 per night charge, which feels a bit steep. The website mentions free parking for conference delegates, so it might be worth asking at check-in. Holding Charge – A £50 pre-authorisation is applied to your card. While common in some places, many UK chains no longer do this, so plan ahead if your card balance is tight. TV Experience – The TV system could use an upgrade. Menu and guide functions weren’t available, and picture quality was poor—even on HD channels. Room Details – The room was spotless, but we noticed condensation on the windows and a slight odd smell on arrival. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Overall: The hotel offers the comfort and space you’d expect from a reputable brand, but a few details—like parking, the TV system, and the holding charge—felt out of step with Marriott’s usual high standards. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, spacious room and good facilities, it’s a solid choice.

La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était superbe, de bonne qualité et très bien présenté, le service était attentif et rapide! Le spa était propre avec de bonnes installations, il y avait des travaux sur la piscine extérieure pendant notre séjour, donc cela sera une grande addition quand elle sera finie.  Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas été très bon pour vous.

We drove all the way from London to WHATLEY MANOR, the location is really rural bit quiet. IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL MANOR SINCE 1929. We booked a suite room and upgraded to extra single bed for my son and cost 150£, which is considered very expensive. We booked for 2 nights and it cost us 1500£, [ breakfast included ] in my opinion is very pricey for this location. I think their selling points are spa, sauna, thermal room , hydro pool but for Asian , it is too common for us.The beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and cozy, provide good quality amenities. They have really beautiful garden good for walking and reading books. Beside price, everything is good.

入住遇到了一點小問題，好在酒店幫忙解決了，自然環境非常好，酒店有很多值得探索的地方，本來計劃了巴斯泡温泉，因為酒店有熱水池以及四五個不同功效的汗蒸房，所以還省掉了巴斯温泉一筆鉅款，春節假期在酒店的池子裏仰望星空，也是一種別樣的體驗。泡池子以及汗蒸都是免費服務且無需預約，但是問攜程給的答案是要過去預約

La vue et le paysage de l'hôtel sont excellents , il est calme et pacifique et la nourriture est également très bonne. La piscine offre de l'eau chaude et dispose également d'une sauna et d'un bain à vapeur.
