Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

Some issue of the room , but after feedback is getting solved . Have. A warm swimming pool and nice gym room , a bit far to lower town , but is good experience .

The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc. We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again. These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.

Comme toujours, c'est super. Le prix est vrai et le personnel de la salle de bains est super.

La chambre (double) est grande et propre. Les personnels sont également très aimables. Bien que la sélection de la nourriture pendant le petit déjeuner soit un peu limitée, le goût est très agréable avec un environnement confortable pour manger aussi. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville, mais il y a une gare de tram près de l'hôtel, à 2 à 3 minutes à pied.

Après un séjour de deux jours, il n'y avait aucun service et les serviettes de bain dans la chambre n'étaient pas du tout nettoyées ! Lorsque j'ai emmené mes enfants à la piscine, l'attitude du serveur était extrêmement mauvaise. Il ne visait que les Chinois. Il y avait toute une pièce dans la pièce. Il a insisté pour dire que nous parlions fort et a spécialement enregistré une vidéo. les voix n’étaient pas du tout les nôtres. C’était extrêmement scandaleux ! C'est un peu raciste envers les Chinois ! Pas satisfait du service ici ! Une vidéo de la piscine est fournie pour que chacun puisse comprendre pourquoi nous étions si bruyants. Le SPA de massage est aménagé à côté de la piscine. Ce n'est pas un bain, alors comment peut-il n'y avoir aucun bruit ! Lors de l'enregistrement, vous pouvez rédiger une déclaration claire indiquant que les enfants ne sont pas autorisés à rester et qu'aucun bruit n'est autorisé pendant la baignade ! C'est tellement ridicule. Il n'y avait pratiquement aucun son de notre enfant dans cette vidéo. Lorsque le serveur est entré, il est venu directement vers nous et nous a demandé de rappeler à l'enfant de le baisser, mais nous n'avons fait aucun bruit ! Maintes et maintes fois! C'est la pire expérience hôtelière ! La plus belle suite d'hôtel que j'aie jamais vue. Les feuilles et la chambre étaient propres, il y avait des tapis supplémentaires dans le réservoir. Grande salle de bains lumineuse. Il y a une belle télévision à l'intérieur. Le lit était confortable. Espace réellement privé
