I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was very good, with friendly staff. A variety of selections of the nice breakfast. Clean environment and good service in terms of security.

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

I stayed with my children. Even though it is an old hotel, everything is still very well maintained. All staff are very friendly with greetings when meeting guests. Unfortunately the bathroom toilet does not have a bidet. And the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal. But overall I was satisfied spending the night at this hotel.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Il a séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique lors de la réception de mariage de notre grand-né le 4 juin 2023. La chambre spacieuse avec un bon service et une bonne diffusion de la cuisine locale pour le petit déjeuner.

Location très stratégique, à côté d'un centre commercial. Pas vraiment propre et confortable chambre noire. Wifi est faible et limité parking lot
