C'est un bon hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, notamment M. Aryan, particulièrement aimable et serviable. Le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont corrects. Le personnel du restaurant aurait besoin d'une formation complémentaire en matière de service et d'accueil des clients. Le nouveau cuisinier, qui prépare les omelettes et autres plats, aurait également besoin d'une formation. J'ai dû rappeler le chef car la première omelette était crue et sans goût. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été moyen, d'autant plus que je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel.

Tout a été excellent, des l’arrivée! Le check in très simple, les réceptionnistes sont gentils et efficaces, ils parlent tous bien anglais et sont très arrangeants. La chambre était grande, propre, literie de qualité, belles finitions, douche impeccable, sobrement décorée et surtout très bien insonorisée. Au premier étage une piscine, une salle de sport et un spa. J’ai fait un massage des pieds qui s’est avéré très agréable. Le personnel du restaurant a été aussi très agréable et arrangeant. Le dîner au buffet aussi bien que le petit-déjeuner sont copieux et tout est très bon (les plats végétariens au moins), cuisiné avec soin et pour tous les palais. Une excellente expérience. Je reviendrai sûrement

Very good breakfast, wide variety of selections. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is conveniently connected with subway. The hotel is just next to the subway station.

Le personnel et l'emplacement étaient bons. Si vous avez de la fièvre, vous pouvez obtenir des médicaments devant l'hôtel. Mais j'ai eu des problèmes car la douche chaude n'arrivait pas le soir. J'ai demandé à la réception, puis le personnel m'a apporté un seau d'eau chaude. C'est tellement drôle, c'est l'Inde.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.
