L'hôtel était bien situé près de l'aéroport. La piscine et la salle de sport étaient super. Le service était bon. Choix de deux restaurants avec une bonne sélection de plats. Le service de spa était bon avec une large gamme d'offres. Le seul point négatif était que tous les prix avaient une taxe de 25% ajoutée, puis 9% supplémentaires, donc pas très transparents. J'y retournerais volontiers.

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right.

Добрый день. Оставались на 1 ночь, номер люкс. Чистая постель, ванна и душ, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор (но им не пользовались). Номер просили потише, дали с видом на стену (интересно украшенную с цветами и подсветкой) и это действительно спасло - никакого шума) Тк отель находится в эпицентре Мейн базара и постоянный шум, гудеж, галдеж обеспечен. Есть ресторанчик, еда обычная, без восторга, но и без кишечных расстройств, что не может не радовать). В 7-10 минутах по одну сторону вокзал Нью Дели, по другую станция метро, через которую мы и добирались до аэропорта Т1 с одной пересадкой.

C'est un bon hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, notamment M. Aryan, particulièrement aimable et serviable. Le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont corrects. Le personnel du restaurant aurait besoin d'une formation complémentaire en matière de service et d'accueil des clients. Le nouveau cuisinier, qui prépare les omelettes et autres plats, aurait également besoin d'une formation. J'ai dû rappeler le chef car la première omelette était crue et sans goût. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été moyen, d'autant plus que je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel.

La lobby est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est étonnant. Le personnel est généralement ami et utile, mais la chambre laisse beaucoup à désirer. Premièrement, l'hôtel n'a pas une chambre avec deux lits qui ne sont pas des lits doubles. L'hôtel a pris un tour en chambre en second lit, mais il a pris l'espace de séjour dans la chambre, et il était très petit et couché. It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...

Great service, quality room for a decent price in a less-touristy area with still much to see and do. The karol bagh metro station is a reasonable walk through a street market. The breakfast was a tasty first experience of local indian food, although they don't falter on offering toast, cornflakes and coffee.
