Hôtels avec Spa à Delhi, Inde

J'ai séjourné ici pendant deux nuits - une au début d'une aventure indienne de deux semaines et une à la fin. La chambre est très belle, très propre et avec une grande sélection de thé, café, eau. Le personnel et le service qu'ils ont fournis étaient excellents - je suis sûr qu'ils ne gagnent pas beaucoup et qu'ils travaillent si dur - donc il est bon de pouvoir vous donner un conseil généreux ! Le restaurant est adorable avec un petit-déjeuner buffet incroyable - ou ils vous emballeront un petit-déjeuner pour aller en sac si vous le demandez à la réception. L'hôtel fournira également un chauffeur et une voiture pour les exploitations de l'aéroport (un bar à 1100 roupies - laissez donc un conseil généreux!). La grande petite section café/cake aussi qui était super pour s'asseoir et les gens regardent le soir - encore, très bon marché mais magnifique. Merci Pride Plaza !

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

C'était un excellent séjour à Vivanta, tout était conforme à ce que l'on pouvait attendre d'un hôtel de luxe. Le meilleur hôtel de sa catégorie. Hautement recommandé

Decent stay overall. The relation of quality and price is not very competitive, as with this price you can get a much better room in the city. Only convenient if you arrive very late to the airport, but then again it is not so near as it seems. Excellent breakfast and kind attention from staff.

My stay at Hotel Urban Lion was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance spoke of class and comfort. The rooms were immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities. 🛏️✨

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended
