Les photos de cet hôtel magnifique ne font pas juste. La chambre est lumineuse, spacieuse, propre et la salle de bain est très moderne. Mon partenaire et moi avons voyageé au Sri Lanka et en Inde depuis un mois et nous avons tous deux convenu que ce lit était le plus confortable que nous ayons trouvé ! Le site est également très sûr avec beaucoup de sécurité et de points de contrôle pour les bagages. 5/5 ✨

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

C'était un excellent séjour à Vivanta, tout était conforme à ce que l'on pouvait attendre d'un hôtel de luxe. Le meilleur hôtel de sa catégorie. Hautement recommandé

Decent stay overall. The relation of quality and price is not very competitive, as with this price you can get a much better room in the city. Only convenient if you arrive very late to the airport, but then again it is not so near as it seems. Excellent breakfast and kind attention from staff.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.

Le petit déjeuner est superbe ! La nourriture dans les autres restaurants de l'hôtel est bonne. Cependant, je suis un peu déçu de la propreté à l'intérieur de la chambre. Les draps avaient de légères taches de liquide. Les murs de la salle de bain avaient des taches. Il n'y a pas de livret dans la chambre sur les équipements de l'hôtel dans la chambre. Si vous voulez trouver une salle de gym ou une piscine, vous devez aller demander à quelqu'un. Je ne sais même pas si cet hôtel a une salle de sport ou non. Service de taxi tout à fait hors de prix pour l'aéroport. L'aéroport IGI est à peine à 5 kilomètres pour lesquels un taxi de l'hôtel vous coûterait environ 850 INR.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended
