Visit here twice before, have to say This hotel is highly Recommend for Business as well for families. @ the Reception they r very Freindly with warm welcome. Nous séjournons toujours à l'Aerocity et je dois dire que nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Nous avions réservé une chambre Club Lounge et, à notre arrivée, on nous a conduits à une chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur d'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et avons été immédiatement relogés dans une autre chambre.

Rooms are very old, the swimming pool is closed, the room was not ready upon my arrival, and I had to wait to check in. breakfasts are varied and delicious the price is definitely too high for such hotel condition

這間飯店位於位於諾富特廣場附近的巷道內，巷子內白天是菜市場，晚上是夜市，很熱鬧，但是也很吵，優點是很好逛，但缺點是車子不好停！ 飯店招牌蠻大、很顯眼，門口也有指揮交通，協助搬運行李的人員，是很不錯的，一入大廳可以看見大廳很寬敞。同時右手邊有換錢櫃檯、旅行資訊/販售，櫃檯服務人員很親切熱情，講解的很仔細！ 飯店有電梯，我住在3樓，很後面的房間，一踏入房間很濃厚的煙🚬味，房間大小一個人住剛剛好。出了床，也有小椅子、小桌子，很方便，但是浴室腳踏墊和水瓢超級髒，連捲筒衛生紙都是黏在一起，實在很糟糕！整個房間讓人感到不是很乾淨！ 早餐在1樓餐廳，07:30開始，但開放時間並沒有準時，延遲了5分鐘才開啟，而且早餐非常簡陋，只有5樣東西，連牛奶、果汁、吐司都沒有，咖啡、茶是很小杯的，需要和服務人員點才有，吧台上的咖啡機是沒有辦法使用的，住宿費裡面加購早餐這部分非常不划算，早餐這部分非常糟糕！ 這個住宿費，含早餐，一個人新台幣1210元，不是便宜、也不是貴，不要求很豪華超值服務，但最基本、乾淨應該要有！我在google評論上有填寫，但感覺收到的回應沒有讓我感到飯店重視客人，反而是表示他們很重視、不會發生這些事情，這點讓我蠻失望的！

C'est un bon hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, notamment M. Aryan, particulièrement aimable et serviable. Le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont corrects. Le personnel du restaurant aurait besoin d'une formation complémentaire en matière de service et d'accueil des clients. Le nouveau cuisinier, qui prépare les omelettes et autres plats, aurait également besoin d'une formation. J'ai dû rappeler le chef car la première omelette était crue et sans goût. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été moyen, d'autant plus que je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

L'hôtel est à environ dix minutes à pied, à moins de cinq minutes en voiture de Dwarka 21. Les installations semblent être bonnes et les services sont bons. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était convenable.

Great service, quality room for a decent price in a less-touristy area with still much to see and do. The karol bagh metro station is a reasonable walk through a street market. The breakfast was a tasty first experience of local indian food, although they don't falter on offering toast, cornflakes and coffee.

Je voudrais apprécier le Taj Palace et son équipe pour avoir rendu mon séjour plus mémorable en proposant un surclassement de chambre, des cocktails gratuits et un goûter. Bravo à l'hospitalité de classe mondiale.
