Hôtels avec Spa à Delhi, Inde

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent facilities. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, the service is fast, and the location is good.

Séjour excellent dans l'ensemble. L'hôtel offre un cadre magnifique, un service attentionné et une ambiance très chaleureuse. Le personnel était toujours aimable et professionnel, rendant le séjour confortable et relaxant. Un bel exemple de l'hospitalité indienne. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. 😊

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

Cela fait la troisième fois que nous descendons dans cet hôtel et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Les chambres sont très spacieuses . Le grand lit est confortable. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée ( sèche cheveux, produits de soin). Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant, disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons profité de la piscine. C'est très agréable quand il fait chaud. Et bien sûr l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport. Ce qui est très appréciable quand nous arrivons tard dans la soirée où dans la nuit. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Il est très bon d'avoir une expérience de l'hôtel, mais il est très bon d'avoir une expérience de l'hôtel.  Je ne peux pas l'aimer assez.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique, avec des restaurants et des attractions facilement accessibles à proximité. Le personnel était aimable et m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Je le recommande vivement !

I stayed here for 3 days with my mum - we wanted to rest before flying back to UK . I would recommended this hotel The staff was very helpful Amrit Kumar offered excellent service during break and too care of my mothers dietary needs. Pawandeep Singh in reception also deserves a rewarded for how went above an beyond to support requests. Nothing was to much trouble :-) I will definitely stay here again :-)

Emplacement décent et personnel sympathique, mais j'ai dû demander plusieurs fois au personnel certains services. L'eau n'était pas très chaude et des bruits étranges provenaient de la pièce. De plus, la poignée mentale est tombée de notre douche.
