The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

Le petit déjeuner est presque du curry indien. J'ai mangé des gaufres et des patates douces, mais plus tard, le chef a cuisiné les nouilles, ce qui était très délicieux. Quand je suis arrivé, il y avait une odeur de moisi à mon arrivée, l'autre était correct.

Cet hôtel est correct, les repas sont corrects, pas de problème, cet hôtel standard en Inde est comme ça, il n'y a pas de surprises spéciales, euh, un hôtel normal est normal, OK. Juste un peu loin de l'aéroport.

Les prix de l'hôtel à Hyderabad pendant la saison haute sont choquantement coûteux. J'ai choisi cet endroit pour son proche travail, mais à ce prix, le petit lobby, une sélection limitée de boissons douces dans le magasin, et la route occupée qui rende impossible de traverser les Starbucks sur la rue étaient décevants. Il s'agit d'une option quand d'autres hôtels sont inaccessibles pendant la saison haute.

IInvitéVery smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

TTaranjitkaur1102I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

IInvitéFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

MMartinThis hotel is perfectly located if you want to overstay at the airport to catch an early flight the next day. However, you have to shortly go out of the airport and then come back at the hotel entrance where you have to pass an annoying luggage security check. The room was clean and very modern since the hotel is relatively new. A few months ago, they were serving a breakfast buffet but now it is a ”a la carte” menu which takes very long to be served, eg. about 30 minutes; important to know if you are in hurry to catch a flight.
