Cet hôtel n’est pas situé au cœur de Venise, mais à seulement 3 minutes en ferry, ce qui ne change rien à l’expérience bien au contraire. C’est un lieu qu’il faut absolument découvrir dès que l’on est à Venise, tant il mérite la visite. Véritable œuvre d’art artisanale, l’hôtel est magnifique, raffiné et authentique. Le service est exceptionnel, avec un accompagnement attentionné dès l’entrée jusqu’au départ. Une mention spéciale pour le geste délicat à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma femme, qui a rendu le séjour encore plus mémorable. Excellent restaurant, superbe rooftop avec une vue splendide, et surtout un personnel remarquable, professionnel et chaleureux en particulier Sofia à la réception, d’une attention rare. Un hôtel unique, élégant et inoubliable.

On voit que c'est un hotel qui a du vécu, il est bien placé a 15 minutes a pied du centre. Les chambres sont à l'ancienne je dirais d'une autre époque, c'est plutot marrant, mais on voit qu'il manque cruellement de rénovation parfois. Les tuyaux de douche sont trés ancien voir usé, la chasse d'eau des WC nécéssite quelque effort de pression. Concernant le bar au niveau du lobby un scandale, les boissons sur la cartes ne sont pas disponnible car il faut checker en gros le bar man est inexistant. Cepdant l'accueil est fort sympatique. Le petit déjeuner quand a lui est purement industriel mais ca le fait. Pour faire simple un petit hotel pour un escale rapide. On voit que par le passer il avait du valoir ces 4 étoiles aujourd'hui ce n'est plus le cas, ca manque cruellement de renouveau, rénovation pourtant il est plein du à son bas prix. Si le propriétaire des lieux lit ce message, un grand focus sur la rénovation ne serait pas du luxe !

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Ist ein schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip, wenn man am Gardasee sich etwas ansehen möchte. Kann Mann weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour en solo imprévu s'est révélé une expérience formidable. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le lit confortable et le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied. L'hôtel propose une navette pour l'aéroport au prix de 8 €, pour un trajet de seulement 15 minutes.

Great mountain stay with excellent service and views I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Argentina during my trip through the Dolomites, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. Pros: • The breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon and omelet — a nice touch before heading out for the day. • The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and requests very smooth. • The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially if you’re lucky to get a mountain-facing room — peaceful and scenic. Cons: • The hotel is a bit far from the town center, so it’s more suited if you have a car or want a quiet stay in nature. • The building is old, though the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated, so it’s comfortable once you’re inside. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet, scenic stop in the Dolomites with good food and service.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Localisation : La gare de Mestre est loin, il faut donc prendre un taxi (cela prend environ 10 minutes et coûte 15 euros). Pourtant, il y avait un arrêt de bus juste en face, donc c'était facile de se rendre sur l'île principale, et le grand supermarché Conad était à 10 minutes à pied, donc c'était bien d'acheter des cadeaux. Service : Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel était sympathique. Ils nous ont informés de l'achat de billets de bus pour Venise et du moment où prendre le bus, et ont même souri gentiment aux enfants. Équipements : J'ai réservé une chambre familiale, mais il s'est avéré qu'ils proposaient deux chambres communicantes. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de chaussons, j'ai donc utilisé les chaussons jetables que j'avais apportés.

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

A fantastic place to be on the island of Murano. A 5 minute walk from the waterbus station of Murano Navagero and near to all what Murano has to offer. The room was modern and comfortable, the breakfast varied and the hotel a hidden gem. The staff are accommodating and nothing is beyond their reach. Yes, you are not on the main island, but you are only a 20 minute ride away as you experience life on the water. If you have a few days in Venice, I would highly recommend this hotel as you stay in comfort and affordability away from the expensive traps of the main island.
