Hôtels avec Spa à Préfecture de Nagano, Japon

I like the overall vibe of this hotel, it was new and modern. Room was spacious and clean, but considering the price it is expected. There are no complimentary drinks or snacks provided to guests, everything provided in the room was labeled with a price. Lacking some personal touch and very commercialised.

Emplacement : Proche de la gare de Karuizawa (environ 15 min à pied de l'hôtel ouest) et à 10 min à pied du centre commercial. Navette de 5 min pour rejoindre le domaine skiable. Chambre : Propre et confortable. Cependant, le produit pour le bain a une odeur similaire à celle du détergent pour toilettes. Commodités : Un Family Mart est ouvert jusqu'à 23h00 dans l'hôtel ouest. Service : La réceptionniste ne parle pas bien anglais et la communication est difficile. Le personnel du vestiaire est peu aimable. Service de navette : Un service de navette est assuré dans la zone commerciale, entre les hôtels est et ouest. Cependant, les instructions étaient peu claires. Lorsque nous faisions la queue pour la navette vers la gare, le personnel de l'hôtel ne nous a pas informés de son arrivée ni de la manière de nous positionner, mais a simplement modifié l'horaire du prochain bus. Résultat : toute la file d'attente a raté la navette. Nous avons dû marcher jusqu'à la gare avec nos bagages volumineux. Parc à neige : Aucune indication claire ni signalisation pour se rendre au parc à neige depuis l'hôtel est. Le parc à neige est assez petit et convient aux jeunes enfants (moins de 7 ans). C'est ennuyeux pour un enfant de plus de 7 ans.

C'est une très bonne maison! Je crains qu'elle vieillisse de l'âge avant de partir, mais elle a été renouvelée? Je me sens propre et épouse. Il n'est pas près de la gare, mais il y a un bus à cheval, donc il n'y a pas de voiture facile à rester! Je prends un bus pour aller chaud et très intéressant. Globalement, c'est un logement tranquille et calme pour adultes. Le groupe de clients est une famille, des couples âgés et des filles voyagent 々, mais il est calme et bon. Je pense que les Japonais sont environ 90%, peu d'étrangers. Tout le monde est très gentil. Je veux toujours l'utiliser!

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

C'est ma deuxième fois au château de Matsumoto. Il y a de nombreux restaurants différents autour de l'hôtel, et il y a beaucoup de choix même jusqu'à tard. L'hôtel dispose d'installations suffisantes et le personnel a une très bonne attitude de service. Au fait, les touristes tatoués peuvent utiliser les sources chaudes de l'hôtel. Le comptoir fournira des autocollants aux invités pour couvrir leurs tatouages ​​sans affecter les autres invités. L'hôtel est proche de nombreuses attractions célèbres et constitue un bon choix

Concernant la réponse de la réception Tout d'abord, je suis arrivé de nuit et l'ambiance et la réponse du personnel de la réception n'étaient pas très bonnes. Il n'y avait aucune aide avec les bagages, j'ai donc dû utiliser moi-même le chariot à l'entrée. À propos des commodités C'était très enrichissant. Des commodités étaient disponibles dans l’espace à côté de l’ascenseur, j’ai donc pu apporter ce dont j’avais besoin. Une chose que je voudrais souligner est la brosse à dents en bois. J'ai été impressionné par son confort d'utilisation et par la sensation qu'il procure dans ma bouche, ce qui en fait un article merveilleux. A propos de la chambre La pièce était grande, mais il y avait beaucoup d'espace perdu et elle était globalement très humide. Le sol était recouvert de moquette, mais il était si humide que je me sentais mal à l'aise sans porter de pantoufles. Le lit était confortable, mais j'étais aussi préoccupé par l'humidité. À propos du nettoyage des chambres Je suis resté 3 nuits consécutives cette fois, mais la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et des serviettes de bain, des serviettes, du papier toilette, des yukata, etc. ont été laissés devant la porte. Je pense qu'ils peuvent le nettoyer pour vous si vous le demandez. À propos des sources chaudes Il y avait une source chaude au 3ème étage et c'était merveilleux. Il y avait un bain intérieur et un bain extérieur, mais le bain extérieur était particulièrement merveilleux. À propos du service de blanchisserie Il y avait un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, le détergent était fourni gratuitement et il était facile à utiliser. À propos du parking J'étais très heureux de pouvoir l'utiliser gratuitement. Il est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l'échangeur de Nagano et je pense que c'est un endroit très pratique pour ceux qui l'utilisent comme base et voyagent en voiture.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

This is the first time I stayed at a Hoshino resort. Perhaps my expectations were too high.  Food quality was the best reason to stay here. The restaurant offers an elaborate menu. The onsen is the next big feature of the hotel. It was not as big as seen in the advertisement. Perhaps wide angle was used. Location was not great. Not much to do nearby. The free transfers to Omachi helped to kill time if you have no plan to ski at Hakuba.  Service was patchy. Below are two examples: 1) Asked reception about train tickets conditions in general but the response was we are not train company. We know that but would appreciate help in calling into the train company or checking their website in Japanese. 2) Over a supposedly fancy dinner, the server was rushing us to finish by asking us to move unfinished food items from one plate or another by ourselves to make space for the next dish. I would have expected the server to wait for us. On another occasion, the server left the next dish on the table, with lid closed, without explaining what it is. We were not sure if we should start eating or wait. The server came back in a few minutes realizing that she had not explained to us yet and apologized.  With better service and things to do nearby, the hotel will see happier customers.

Wow! An amazing little Ryoukan in a lovely town with fantastic owners. This ryoukan is a traditional old fashioned style with a lovely private onsen in pictures The room was large and your right on top of one of the 9 onsens. As a ryoukan in the town you will have access to the 9 healing onsens which you can use at your leisure and complete the denyouko towel for blessings The onsen is run by a lovely lady who is really friendly. Typical Amenities included plus free yukata and geta to borrow whilst your walking between hot springs plus free cold milk which is just heavenly after a hot soak. Honestly the cold milk really made my day!! 🥰 Air conditioning was very effective considering the size of the room and the breakfast was too much to finish and offered a taste of everything Lastly you are on top of the onsens as soon as you step out and monkey park is a 25 minute walk north but talk with the Owner, she has a link to the Monkey security cameras so can tell you ahead of time if theres any up there to see currently (i went during Estrus season so no monkeys for me) When it came to checkout the lady gave me a small bento of Onigiri and Pastries and even drove me down to the local station 10/10 would stay again
