Hôtels avec Spa à Préfecture de Nagano, Japon

J'ai loué une chambre quadruple de style japonais et une chambre double avec micro-ondes et lave-linge. Les deux chambres étaient excellentes. L'hôtel offrait des boissons de bienvenue ainsi que le dîner, une grande salle de bain avec des barres de glace gratuites, un fauteuil de massage en libre-service et un lave-linge et un sèche-linge en libre-service. Les lits, déjà faits et disposés, étaient très confortables et l'expérience globale a été excellente. L'hôtel est situé à seulement 5 minutes de la gare, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, avec une supérette au rez-de-chaussée et plusieurs parkings payants.

Emplacement : Proche de la gare de Karuizawa (environ 15 min à pied de l'hôtel ouest) et à 10 min à pied du centre commercial. Navette de 5 min pour rejoindre le domaine skiable. Chambre : Propre et confortable. Cependant, le produit pour le bain a une odeur similaire à celle du détergent pour toilettes. Commodités : Un Family Mart est ouvert jusqu'à 23h00 dans l'hôtel ouest. Service : La réceptionniste ne parle pas bien anglais et la communication est difficile. Le personnel du vestiaire est peu aimable. Service de navette : Un service de navette est assuré dans la zone commerciale, entre les hôtels est et ouest. Cependant, les instructions étaient peu claires. Lorsque nous faisions la queue pour la navette vers la gare, le personnel de l'hôtel ne nous a pas informés de son arrivée ni de la manière de nous positionner, mais a simplement modifié l'horaire du prochain bus. Résultat : toute la file d'attente a raté la navette. Nous avons dû marcher jusqu'à la gare avec nos bagages volumineux. Parc à neige : Aucune indication claire ni signalisation pour se rendre au parc à neige depuis l'hôtel est. Le parc à neige est assez petit et convient aux jeunes enfants (moins de 7 ans). C'est ennuyeux pour un enfant de plus de 7 ans.

Be careful that the actual room is not the same as trip shown. Everything is good but the room wasn’t my expected. Finally trip.com refunded me a certain amount, fair enough. Look at my photos, if you accept such a room paying this price, go for head, with free-spa, no complain. Just because it wasn’t what I wanted😂😂

The hotel is brand new. The room is lovely and so spacious! The bed was huge and it was comfortable, we all slept well every night. Staff were courteous and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is also perfect, right on old karuizawa ginza street with many food and shopping options nearby during the day. The breakfast options were very limited and the food was the same every day, so I found it a challenge to feed my toddler. Basic food items like cereal and slice bread were not available. The fruit options were also limited and not the most child friendly e.g. pineapple, grapefruit and grapes. Also, the rooms are not made every day but you can request for the staff to clean and make the room. Overall we still had a great stay and hope to visit again soon.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We visited in early November 2025 during the autumn season, and the beautiful foliage added such a romantic touch to the surroundings. I loved the modern interior, the comfortable bed, and the overall room layout. The hotel looks incredibly romantic at night too, especially with the reflections on the pond. The outdoor onsen was a highlight. It felt serene at night, and the maple trees lit up in the evening made it absolutely scenic. The onsen is located in a separate building, so you do have to walk through the cold, but it wasn’t an issue as the hotel provides thicker robes. If I had to nitpick, the indoor slippers weren’t the most comfortable. We drove during our stay, so getting to nearby attractions was easy. There’s a large supermarket and a pharmacy about 5–10 minutes away, which was very convenient — we didn’t even need to visit any convenience stores. This hotel impressed me so much that it made me look up where else Hotel Indigo has branches in Japan!

Le quartier est calme à la nuit. Les chambres sont au 2ème étage, vous devez porter vos bagages (pas d'ascenseur). La chambre (avec fenêtre) est énorme. Nous n'avons que 30 minutes de temps de la piste pour 2 pax - les couples n'avaient pas été autorisés à utiliser la piste simultanément, donc nous avons dû aller l'un après l'autre (je ne suis pas sûr que les instructions ont été perdues dans la traduction..). Je me sentais très pressé, donc je n'ai pas vraiment eu l'expérience de l'onsen, mais dans l'ensemble, il était joli et propre. Le petit déjeuner végétarien (porte-à-porte avec des côtés de la salle de Miso) est ensuite à l'hôtel. L'hôtel a servi un papier de fleur pour chaque pax pour nous ramener au temple de Zenkoji pour nous garder chaud pendant la cérémonie de prière du matin. L'expérience est intéressante, mais le prix de l'hébergement est assez élevé par l'OMI.

L'hôtel est globalement propre et convivial, avec une large gamme d'options de petit-déjeuner et une bonne attitude du personnel qui peut répondre à différents besoins. Il existe relativement peu de bains de sources chaudes et l'eau de source n'est pas purement naturelle, mais le rapport qualité-prix global est bon. Lorsque nous avons rencontré un tremblement de terre sur la route, l'hôtel a clairement diffusé des informations d'urgence, ce qui nous a mis à l'aise.

Really a pleasure to stay here. Best is the service and kindness of staffs. Although the location is a bit far from train station, they provide shuttle services, which can even book by email! It also has a route to the ski park so that no worries in calling taxi. Walkable distance to the old Karuizawa street, plenty of restaurants makes the day easy. Perfect stay!

Compared to Prince West, The Prince is much quieter and cozier. The room comes with a kitchen and the bathroom is spacious. Our room was on the first floor which opens directly to the outside, so when it snowed my daughter ran happily outside to make a snowman. There was a lounge serving drinks and wines, which all guests could enjoy, what I appreciated the most is the library setting with books to read. Service was phenomenal, the reception and all staff members were helpful.
