La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand canapé-lit, parfaite pour une famille avec enfants. La literie était propre et bien rangée, et les produits de toilette étaient complets. Le shampoing et l'après-shampoing, qui rendaient les cheveux doux et soyeux, étaient fournis exclusivement par le spa du rez-de-chaussée. Ils vendent du shampoing et de l'après-shampoing français à 15 riyals la bouteille, ce qui est une option plus onéreuse. La réception était très accueillante et une corbeille de fruits était offerte à l'arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et un club enfants était également disponible gratuitement.

Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still. No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair. The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices. Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.

Property is located just next to the mall and behind the property is the LuLu hypermarket. 15min drive to Niza old city. The exit from the carpark to the main road can be challenging given that it's a high traffic area (no traffic light nor proper slip road), have to choose a further exit with proper slip road for easier drive to merge into the main road. Exit from the main road back to the hotel carpark is also a challenge, as a wrong turn will lead to LuLu hypermarket instead. Service is slow, receptionist were not interested or keen to attend to guest. Cafe staff, only 2 on duty during breakfast peak, tried their best to get to our al-carte order fast but they also have to attend to the buffet breakfast guest. Nice touch of the dates and omani coffee available next to the lift lobby. There's also shoe cleaner machine available at the lift lobby.

“Golden Tulip is a well-located hotel with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the rooftop restaurant offered nice views. Some areas could use better maintenance, but overall it’s a comfortable stay with great hospitality.”

Le séjour est magnifique à The View. C'est certainement une aventure d'arriver à l'hôtel par des routes bouleversantes, mais la situation est absolument remarquable. Pour ceux qui cherchent des vues sublimes après un jour de canyon et d'aventure autour de Jebel Shams. Le restaurant est très bien équipé et les options alimentaires sont diverses, surtout le soir où un buffet est disponible. Le personnel est si accueillant et utile, nous apprécions particulièrement l'aide de Richard (Manager) tout au long de notre séjour.

L'hôtel est situé dans la montagne, un bon endroit pour rester pour voir Diana point de vue et il est plutôt froid là.

除了蚊子太多，其他都特別好。lounge有一位女經理？還是什麼職位的人態度有點奇怪。其他餐廳和酒店的工作人員都特別好，還請了一杯飲品。 室內攀巖都沒玩過但完成了室外攀巖！屁滑有用，任何感覺沒處下腳的地兒就降低重心蹭下去。洞裏有一處有水，同組倆海灣佬框框摔跤，我穩定的屁滑下去雖然褲子毀了但真穩當沒摔跤。 會再回來！ps如果同時預訂了alila和annatara找酒店外的司機來接送注意價格，我找了司機從馬斯喀特送到山腳，另一位司機從山腳從到酒店。這部分價格都合理。但是兩家酒店之間價格略高，找Alila去annatara接到酒店是20omn，外面司機是15。

Excellent hotel. Situé au cœur de la vieille ville . Chambres confortables, mieux que sur des photos dans l'application. Petit déjeuner est moyen mais suffisant pour manger. Café pour petit déjeuner 3v1, donc nous sommes allés au café le plus proche. Il y a un parking.
