Équipements : La chambre était confortable, avec un lit ni trop dur ni trop mou. Propreté : Plutôt propre. Proche du château et des attractions touristiques environnantes.

C'est un peu loin de la ville, mais l'hôtel est quand même grand. C'est un peu un hôtel historique. Il est inutile de le comparer aux stars internationales. La chambre est toujours spacieuse. Le lit est un peu petit. L’autre environnement est en fait assez beau. C'est un bon choix dans la région.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed by nearly every aspect of our visit. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout. The hotel’s location is ideal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we did experience a significant issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort. We had booked a deluxe room, which had a connecting door to another deluxe room, Unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, and on one of the nights, guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud throughout the night. The noise came straight through the connecting door, and it was so disruptive that my family and I barely slept. What made the situation more difficult was how it was handled. We reported the problem to the hotel, but instead of addressing the disturbance at its source, we were asked to move to another room — despite not being at fault. This created unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort for us, especially with children. Additionally, I would strongly recommend that the hotel ensures these doors are properly locked by default, as we noticed they could be easily opened, which can be dangerous when children are present. In summary, while the hotel truly excels in quality, service, and experience overall, I hope management seriously considers improving sound insulation between connected rooms and revising their approach to conflict resolution to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.

房間寬敞 帶個很大的沙發床，帶孩的家庭完全夠住床品乾淨整潔,洗漱用品齊全， 洗髮水和護髮素洗出的頭髮蓬鬆柔軟是樓下spa專供的，樓下有賣15里亞爾一瓶，屬於較貴的法國洗護，前台接待熱情，入住後有歡迎水果，早餐豐富也很好吃，還有免費小童俱樂部

Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still. No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair. The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices. Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.

Le séjour est magnifique à The View. C'est certainement une aventure d'arriver à l'hôtel par des routes bouleversantes, mais la situation est absolument remarquable. Pour ceux qui cherchent des vues sublimes après un jour de canyon et d'aventure autour de Jebel Shams. Le restaurant est très bien équipé et les options alimentaires sont diverses, surtout le soir où un buffet est disponible. Le personnel est si accueillant et utile, nous apprécions particulièrement l'aide de Richard (Manager) tout au long de notre séjour.

這酒店應該是我在阿曼住過最好的酒店了。房間非常大，景色不是一般的美。在懸崖邊上蓋的酒店，可以看日出和日落，非常的美。早餐也非常好，服務人員非常好，也非常熱心。關於酒店的服務，景色都無可挑剔。唯一要注意的是：如果你是自駕，上山必須開四驅車，否則山下檢查站的警察是不讓你上山的。我就是在上山前又到租車公司重新租了一輛四驅車上山（當地租四驅車一天約30到50里亞爾）。假如你不想租車自駕，那你可以提前48小時跟酒店預約讓酒店安排車到山下接你，但費用很高，來回車費需要130里亞爾。另外值得一提的是，如果你不想吃酒店的晚餐，那你必須帶好食物上去，上去後你基本上是找不到買食物的地方。如果你選擇在酒店用餐，基本上最便宜約15里亞爾一個人的消費。

Je peux voir l'hôtel un peu âgé, mais le service est très bon, les installations sont également visibles dans la mise à jour constante, la piscine est très confortable, l'atmosphère des vacances est très recommandée, il est recommandé

L'hôtel est situé dans la montagne, un bon endroit pour rester pour voir Diana point de vue et il est plutôt froid là.
