Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

L'hôtel est charmant, la piscine sur la serre d'ananas est merveilleuse, la chambre très belle, la salle de bain.. Il y a eu trois problèmes : 1) Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche après-midi d'août et nous voulions nous détendre dans la piscine, mais tout le après-midi, les jardiniers ont été à couper les branches d'arbres en faisant un tumeur absurde avec les serpents. 2) nous ont pris en compte les boissons à un prix plus élevé que celui de la liste 3) nous ont accusés d'avoir pris une bouteille d'eau de la chambre et nous ont facturés ....25€

Amazing place! All the services were great! Easy to park the car! Good view of the balcony! After a tired in a whole day, I can relaxed side of the swimming pool, even raining on that day, I can swim in the indoor swimming pool! However, the outside swimming pool have to been improve, when I walked down to the swimming, even though I hold the handle to walk down, I slide down, got pain.

L'environnement est très bon, à côté de la mer, l'hôtel est un peu moderne, mais l'expérience globale est toujours bonne, il convient aux vacances en famille et entre amis, non loin de la ville.

Un superbe complexe hôtelier sur la côte nord des Açores. Le sentier qui longe la côte depuis l'hôtel est très agréable. Il y a quelques restaurants dans les environs et l'hôtel propose un bon petit-déjeuner et un restaurant sur place ouvert pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Idéal pour les familles, le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Ils peuvent vous aider à réserver des visites et à appeler des taxis.

Excelente hotel, onde fomos muito bem recebidos.  Muito sossegado, com oferta de piscina sauna e banho turco, com a vantagem de cederem toalhas para utilização quer no hotel, quer fora, nas praias ou nos banhos termais e que podem ser trocadas sempre que for necessário. O pequeno almoço , muito variado e onde privilegiam os artigos locais, queijo, fruta, bolo levedo. A repetir com certeza.

La location de la ville est très bien, mais la location est très bien, et la location est très bien. Les chambres sont confortables, douche chaude et salle de bains, piscine, Juccuzi, chambre à vapeur et petit déjeuner sans plaintes.

В этом отеле мы останавливались еще в 2016 году, во время первой поездки. Поэтому в этот раз снова выбрали этот отель. Отель удобно расположен: до аэропорта и многих достопримечательностей можно доехать менее чем за 30 минут. Номера просторные с большим санузлом. Кровать удобная. Много места для хранения вещей. Есть холодильник и чайник. Правда, очень мало розеток и часть из них не работала, чайник включали в ванной. В отеле хороший ресторан. Вкусный завтрак. есть бар с неплохим выбором напитков. В отеле есть открыты и закрытый бассейны, тренажерный зал, сауна и паровая баня. Отель предоставляет отдельные полотенца для спа-комплекса, которые можно брать с собой при поездках на источники. Это очень удобно. Полотенца можно менять на сухие по мере необходимости, так как из-за высокой влажности на острове практически ничего не сохнет. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и всегда готов помочь с планированием отдыха. В этот раз они по нашей просьбе нашли расписание приливов в природных бассейнах, так как купаться там лучше всего во время отливов, вода самая горячая. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся опять в этом отеле.
