The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room and view! Disappointed free WiFi was not for everyone. Breakfast was good and a nice variety!

Le service de la réception était très gentil et professionnel. Cependant, notre chambre n'était pas très propre. La salle de bain était sale ainsi que le lavabo et nos draps. Le mini-réfrigérateur n'a jamais été nettoyé et il y avait encore des boissons de ceux qui y sont restés avant nous. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un endroit qui vous fait payer 9 $ pour un petit-déjeuner aux céréales. De plus, à notre arrivée, on nous a dit que nous avions jusqu'à midi pour partir. Quelques heures auparavant, le service d'étage est venu frapper à la porte et a demandé quand nous partions. Je pensais que c'était très peu professionnel. De plus, la piscine ferme à 8 heures, donc si vous avez des enfants, vous voudrez peut-être vous renseigner davantage. L'emplacement était vraiment bon et le parking était très pratique.

People were nice at the desk but hotel needs some clean up. Door had a big crack as you entered front desk. The room was clean just bedside lamp didn’t work and the plugin didn’t work. Parking lot had need for clean up. Outside door didn’t work with key and room key quit twice during stay.
