We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

Globalement, il n'y a pas eu de problème majeur. Le service à la réception était acceptable et le parking gratuit était pratique. La décoration était à la fois ancienne et luxueuse. Tout paraissait correct. Le plus gros problème était l'eau de la douche, constamment chaude et froide. J'ai changé de chambre et c'était toujours pareil. L'eau oscillait entre extrêmement froide et extrêmement chaude.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant, ils nous ont aidés avec nos bagages tout au long du séjour. La chambre disposait d'un approvisionnement en oxygène nasal 24h/24. À l'arrivée, on nous a offert du thé chaud, censé soulager le mal d'altitude. L'hôtel propose une variété de repas à la carte, chinois et occidentaux. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est assez proche du marché de nuit de Batie. Comme je ne me sentais pas bien et que j'avais un léger rhume et de la fièvre, j'ai commandé des plats sautés à l'hôtel les deux soirs, et c'était délicieux, juste un peu lent à arriver. L'hôtel propose également des activités gratuites d'observation des étoiles et de lever de soleil. Un jeune homme nous surveillait constamment et nous prévenait quand il était temps de nous rassembler pour aller au point d'observation. Il prenait aussi des photos. Avant de partir, il appelait les chambres des participants, donc pas besoin d'attendre seul. Si les nuages étaient trop épais pour l'observation des étoiles, ils organisaient une visite chez une famille tadjike, ce qui était également très intéressant. À la réception de l'hôtel, il y avait un thermomètre et un oxymètre de pouls, et ils vendaient aussi de l'oxygène en bouteille, moins cher qu'aux attractions.

C'est ma deuxième réservation. La chambre était propre et, surtout, l'emplacement est excellent. L'hôtel est tout près du Parc du Peuple et du Parc Hongshan, et un trajet en taxi jusqu'au Musée du Xinjiang et au Marché aux fruits secs de Hongshan coûte environ 10 yuans, ce qui est très pratique. L'aéroport est à une demi-heure de taxi. On trouve également de nombreux restaurants à proximité, et on peut se rendre à pied à la rue gastronomique Hotan Second Street, à seulement 3 kilomètres, en profitant du spectacle de la rue en chemin.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à quelques minutes à pied de la porte du Khan Bazaar. Lorsque vous montez les escaliers, vous verrez une forte atmosphère exotique. Assis dans le couloir doré, regardant les ventes bruyantes en bas, passer. à travers le flux. Il y a des foules infinies, mangeant des graines de melon et discutant pendant un moment, la vie est si belle, fermez la porte, l'espace devient soudainement calme, lavez la poussière de la journée et faites de beaux rêves. L'hôtel est situé à Dongcheng, juste en face de la porte du Khan Bazaar se trouve Xicheng. Il est recommandé de faire du shopping après 6 heures. Chaque petit magasin est occupé et attend tranquillement votre arrivée.

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'aie jamais séjourné pendant les vacances de la Fête nationale ! Cette chambre coûtait 1652 yuans. Difficile de blâmer l'hôtel, car tous les hôtels à Hemu sont aussi chers. Le design général était pourtant plutôt joli. Hemu était incroyablement populaire pendant les vacances, et j'ai dû réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance pour obtenir une minuscule chambre en semi-sous-sol. Dormir sur un lit de 1,20 mètre avec deux enfants, c'était vraiment exigu. Non seulement la chambre était petite, mais l'expérience a été désastreuse. Des chiens aboyaient sans cesse sous la fenêtre pendant la première partie de la nuit, et des voitures passaient à toute vitesse juste avant l'aube. Je n'ai pas fermé l'œil de la nuit. Le pire, c'étaient les toilettes : à chaque fois que je tirais la chasse, des eaux usées jaillissaient de la canalisation. C'était dégoûtant ! 🤮
