Le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable. J'étais bloqué au retrait des bagages, mais ils ont pris contact avec le chauffeur pour qu'il m'attende (par l'intermédiaire du personnel de Trip.com, très réactif et serviable). Mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et ils m'ont aidé à commander à manger. La navette aéroport part toutes les heures, et non toutes les demi-heures. Départ de l'hôtel à l'heure pile et départ de l'aéroport toutes les demi-heures devant la porte 3, au niveau des départs.

Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. Le paysage tranquille du peuple est bon, la chambre est propre et lumineuse, l'espace est vaste et la lumière est très bien! Les installations sont complètes, le stationnement est pratique, le propriétaire de l'immeuble est également très enthousiaste pour communiquer tout le processus, et il y a une réponse à la demande très rapidement! Cinq étoiles ne hésitent pas à faire la requête.

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire et son équipe, dont l'hospitalité nous a fait sentir à la maison. Ils ont préparé un petit déjeuner simple mais prudent et même packé des snacks pour nous amuser sur la route. Recommandé.

La chambre est bien équipée, très pratique dans le centre-ville, avec une bonne attitude de service et une bonne hygiène.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant, ils nous ont aidés avec nos bagages tout au long du séjour. La chambre disposait d'un approvisionnement en oxygène nasal 24h/24. À l'arrivée, on nous a offert du thé chaud, censé soulager le mal d'altitude. L'hôtel propose une variété de repas à la carte, chinois et occidentaux. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est assez proche du marché de nuit de Batie. Comme je ne me sentais pas bien et que j'avais un léger rhume et de la fièvre, j'ai commandé des plats sautés à l'hôtel les deux soirs, et c'était délicieux, juste un peu lent à arriver. L'hôtel propose également des activités gratuites d'observation des étoiles et de lever de soleil. Un jeune homme nous surveillait constamment et nous prévenait quand il était temps de nous rassembler pour aller au point d'observation. Il prenait aussi des photos. Avant de partir, il appelait les chambres des participants, donc pas besoin d'attendre seul. Si les nuages étaient trop épais pour l'observation des étoiles, ils organisaient une visite chez une famille tadjike, ce qui était également très intéressant. À la réception de l'hôtel, il y avait un thermomètre et un oxymètre de pouls, et ils vendaient aussi de l'oxygène en bouteille, moins cher qu'aux attractions.

The hotel met all our expectations. The staff were courteous, friendly and polite. The security guy was exceptionally helpful in all possible way to make the guests comfortable. The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the number attraction in Urumqi, that is the Grand Bazaar. My wife and I had a fantastic time enjoying the food, souvenir hunting, Uighur dances and music. The hotel was well kept and clean. It might be a bit old but it suits us. Because we want to experience a real traditional hotel operating in today's modern era. I highly recommend retired people of our age as well as the younger generation to come and experience this hotel. A big thank you to all the staff.

L'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Son emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier résidentiel avec plusieurs supérettes, épiceries et restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. Le riz pilaf servi au premier étage est particulièrement délicieux. Les transports sont également très pratiques, avec de nombreuses lignes de bus à proximité permettant d'accéder directement à divers sites touristiques. L'hôtel est propre et confortable ; durant mon séjour de quatre nuits, le personnel a nettoyé ma chambre et renouvelé les produits d'accueil quotidiennement. La réceptionniste, Guli, était particulièrement aimable, efficace et attentionnée, et m'a fait me sentir comme chez moi. En résumé, ce fut un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à quelques minutes à pied de la porte du Khan Bazaar. Lorsque vous montez les escaliers, vous verrez une forte atmosphère exotique. Assis dans le couloir doré, regardant les ventes bruyantes en bas, passer. à travers le flux. Il y a des foules infinies, mangeant des graines de melon et discutant pendant un moment, la vie est si belle, fermez la porte, l'espace devient soudainement calme, lavez la poussière de la journée et faites de beaux rêves. L'hôtel est situé à Dongcheng, juste en face de la porte du Khan Bazaar se trouve Xicheng. Il est recommandé de faire du shopping après 6 heures. Chaque petit magasin est occupé et attend tranquillement votre arrivée.
