Les chambres sont très bien surpris avec la chambre, les équipements et le service. J'ai demandé à la dame à la réception - Jayne me donner quelques suggestions de type de nourriture que je préfère et elle a fait de son mieux pour me fournir les meilleures options. Il est certain que vous pouvez augmenter les pouces 👍👍 jusqu'à cet hôtel.

La chambre d'hôtel est confortable, l'environnement est propre, il offre un délicieux petit déjeuner de qualité, l'attitude du personnel de l'hôtel est excellente et il y a un parking qui offre des installations de roulement bon marché, il est recommandé!

It was excellent. A lot of unreasonable bad reviews about this place but the cleaniness was fine, facilities more than adequate, and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, again great staff, and the food produced looked like the chef took it seriously too. i.e. homemade tartar sauce, homemade sweet chilli sauce, fresh battered fish. Good beer selection on draught too.

During our three-day stay at The St Ives Bay Hotel, we had a memorable and relaxing experience as a couple. For couples seeking a comfortable and scenic getaway, The St Ives Bay Hotel is a wonderful option that doesn’t break the bank. We’d love to return!

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, avec de belles prestations. Nous retenons toutefois la faible insonorisation entre les chambres du chateau principal, le manque de peignoirs dans les chambres pour la piscine ou de produit de soin dans la salle de bain. Notre séjour reste quand même très agréable et confortable.

房間大，衞生間乾淨，打掃及時。最最最重要的，地理位置超級好，就在火車站和公交站旁邊，其他的酒店都要走兩步，這個簡直就是出門左轉就到，強烈推薦，而且離海邊也不遠，晚上看星星，早起看日出，早上趁天沒亮也可以看星星，絕美

Beautiful hotel grand entrance good history. Total let down on the bedroom the toilet and shower belongs in a 1960 caravan. Dirty carpet dirty walls. Dirty bed with ***** hair Certain didn’t fit the windows. I probably should have got an upgrade.

很英式的酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間不大，但很乾凈，停車免費，記得和前台要停車券，早餐很豐盛，海景也很棒，游泳池開放到晚上十點👍 老酒店隔音都不好

The Premier Inn suited our purpose but can’t say the same for restaurant next door!    Biggest complaint was the fact no toilet paper in disabled toilet!   Really embarrassing situation and the floor generally needed a good scrub.  Noticed mirrors in restaurant could do with a shine, table tops were sticky,  window ledges outside have obviously not been cleaned for months and skirting boards the same .  It generally needs a good overhaul.  Food nothing to write home about and very mediocre.  This sadly reflects on the   Premier and would think twice about staying again.  Sorry to be the bearer of this sad report but being honest l.
