L'hôtel était exactement ce que j'avais besoin – propre, confortable et dans une position confortable. Le personnel était très aimable, utile et bienvenue tout au long de mon séjour. L'entrée était facile, et je me sentais bien regardée. Bien que mon séjour soit court, j'ai eu une expérience agréable et je resterais heureux ici à l'avenir. Merci pour la grande hospitalité.

The location of the hotel was ideal for me visiting a retailer at Bluewater however it would be difficult without a car. The is a free to use car park with plenty of space for residents however there appears to be an Indian restuarant being built on the site as part of the hotel building which would cause major issues for residents looking to get parked if arriving after dinner service in the evening starts. The reception is largely unmanned and you need to call a mobile number for any issues. In fairness, when I checked in, the chap on reception told me there was an issue with the hot water but would be sorted within an hour. Sure enough it was. The following morning, getting ready for work, there was no hot water, so I called the mobole number and the chap told me he'll get it sorted right away. Sure enough within 30 minutes it was working. I believe the issue was with the pump as once started, there was plenty of hot water. The room was absolutely as seen in the photos. Lovely large spacious room with a skylight Velux style window, so plenty of fresh air. The aircon unit worked a treat for the warm muggy evening and night. There was an abundance of tea, coffee and some bisuits was was a real treat. There was also a couple of bottles of water which was a nice touch. Overall, I would stay here again and hopefully next time, the onsite Indian restuarant will be open.

Le stationnement est obligatoire, soit dans un parking séparé situé sur place, soit à proximité. Étant donné son emplacement en centre-ville, le prix est élevé. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé le service satisfaisant. L'hôtel propose le Wi-Fi et, par conséquent, des sèche-cheveux ; c'est donc appréciable qu'il dispose des commodités de base.

What an amazing hidden gem this is. Nestled on a hill top overlooking the marshes with Warehorn church over the road, this pub with rooms is a must for a romantic get away. We arrived early and had a drink in the bar, which is beautifully quirky, a welcoming log fire burning and a wide selection of drinks. We had booked ”Niddy” an attic room with so much to give, a comfy bed, roll top bath, and so much character. The only ****** I had with the room, was the W.C squeezed into the roof space it was a little awkward to stand up and wee, but that's a small thing when it comes to such a great room. Requesting a quiet table for dinner, we were given one in a side area and again we couldn't believe it, it was super romantic and we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waiter Muli was so good, he was attentive but not intruding, and so funny, we haven't had many meals out and he really did make the evening. The food was excellent and the vegan burger was one of the best I have had. The location was brilliant, if you're into walking, cycling, birdwatching or wanting to visit local sites (rye was only 20min drive away) The rest of the staff were also brilliant, and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely return.

L'hôtel Days Inn a été assez confortable pour choisir une seule nuit. Avec un parking sûr dans le parking, des installations de charge EV et des machines à laver libres à la main à payer, il est agréable de pouvoir refaire et réinitialiser le jour suivant sans émettre de problème. L'entrée de l'hôtel est située directement à l'autre côté de la maison de route qui accueille une variété de restaurants, un café Costa et un magasin de confort WH Smith, entre autres. L'entrée du bureau de réception de l'hôtel dispose d'un jardin/court propre et d'un salon de pique-nique, tout à l'intérieur du réseau Wi-Fi gratuit de l'hôtel, qui s'est avéré utile. Le personnel de la première chambre a été très utile et très agréable, mais il a été facile de se rendre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la chambre avant de continuer avec mes voyages.

The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, particularly from the carpet. I also believe the room had not been cleaned properly. When I mentioned the smell to reception, they provided a room freshener, which I sprayed on the carpet, and the smell improved significantly. The bathroom lighting was inadequate, with only the mirror light working. In addition, there was no hot water, only cold water, which was very inconvenient. The bed and mattress were of very poor quality and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning and maintenance teams could do a much better job. Basic checks should be carried out before renting out a room, including ensuring there are no unpleasant smells, the hot and cold water are working properly, the lighting is functional, and the bed and mattress are in good condition. Overall, there is room for significant improvement in housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Wonderful location, just a stones throw from the Centre of Canterbury. Our Host was lovely, very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was not overwhelming, very basic. It was included in the price so can't really complain. Lots of niggles with the room though..... maintenance appears to be down on the list of the priorities sadly. Fridge didn't work. TV had cracked plastic frame around it. Remote didn't connect to the TV. However you could turn on the TV manually....once you'd sussed out what wasn't working first. Bedside set of drawers had handles that kept falling off. No sink plug in the bathroom. You had to be a contortionist to see in the bathroom mirror, it could have been better positioned on the adjacent wall. It was also a little concerning that all the electric devices had to be plugged into just one trail board. That being said, inspite of all the niggles, it didn't stop us from having a lovely weekend stay in Canterbury - location made up for it along with Sanjeewa's hospitality.

Le personnel que j'ai rencontré était très agréable et très utile. Les chambres sont très standard mais propres. Il m'a été dit que les nouveaux distributeurs de soap attendaient leur livraison, et qu'ils avaient une tasse de soap à main. Ce n'est pas mon endroit habituel, car je préfère quelque part un peu plus calme, mais avec son emplacement et mon séjour en chute un week-end, le bruit extérieur était un peu distrait pendant que je essaie de dormir. Le parking autour de l'arrière est un parking de court séjour, donc j'ai dû déplacer ma voiture vers la multi-histoire en route et marcher à l'arrière, mais pas les hôtels défauts et je suis reconnaissant qu'ils m'ont dit. En tout cas, c'est un bon séjour.Personnellement, je m'aime un peu plus dans une chambre mais pour le prix que vous ne pouvez pas gâcher
