I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

l'emplacement est stratégique, mais les installations ne le sont pas..cela ne répond pas aux attentes que l'on attend d'une chaîne hôtelière prestigieuse comme ascott level..plongeons dans les points négatifs : - un parking commun avec le centre commercial. Comme il était plein à l'époque, je devais me garer le long de la route. - le réceptionniste était lent. étonnamment, le client a dû s'inscrire à nouveau au comptoir, même si nous l'avons fait en ligne - l'hôtel n'avait qu'un seul réceptionniste malgré le long nombre de clients. Je suis arrivé à 21 heures (ce qui n'est pas l'heure de pointe mais c'est quand même long), je ne peux pas imaginer si c'est pendant l'heure normale d'enregistrement. - pas d'articles de toilette, seule la mousse de douche est fournie - ils ont fourni les boissons normales au café/thé avec des tasses et un radiateur, mais n'ont pas fourni de cuillères Examinons maintenant quelques-uns des points positifs : - la zone de réception est confortable et au design minimaliste - l'ascenseur de l'hôtel est rapide, même s'il est partagé avec le centre commercial - la taille de la chambre est pratique et propre - ils ont tous deux un ventilateur et une climatisation, ce qui est idéal pour les personnes qui ne sont pas habituées à la climatisation

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

La location est très proche d'un centre commercial utama. Seul 8-15minutes conduire à 1U ou Starling Mall. Contrôle et sortie est facile, les instructions sont claires. L'ensemble de la maison est propre et confortable. La maison est confrontée à la zone de camping et à la mosquée, donc il y aura un peu de bruit. Tout cela est bon. Certainement réservera cette maison encore si avec la famille ,Tq hôte.

prix bas mais tout au paxton by Mana Mana Suites est une vue grandiose. commencez par la piscine, le hall ainsi que la chambre. réservez pour 1 nuit ici. la chambre est propre. accès smart tv. mini-réfrigérateur et micro-ondes fournis. wifi également fluide.

J'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel le jeudi 3 juillet. Il est tout neuf car il est en travaux aux alentours. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking. Le hall d'entrée est très petit. Deux réceptionnistes, Sidney et Mirza, étaient très sympathiques et serviables. Cet hôtel est différent car on peut accéder à la chambre avec les doigts. Très intéressant. La chambre est très spacieuse, on y trouve de nombreuses chaînes de télévision, dont YouTube. La climatisation est bonne, mais je suis particulièrement attentif à la propreté. Il n'y a pas de mini-bar, on peut prendre de l'eau au distributeur d'eau situé à l'extérieur, ainsi qu'un fer à repasser. Seul le café 2 en 1 est fourni, et seul le dentifrice est fourni. C'est basique, mais ça vaut le prix. La seule chose qui me préoccupe particulièrement, c'est la propreté de la chambre. Elle est très poussiéreuse, le sol n'est pas balayé correctement. Il y a des cheveux ici et là. Et les draps ne semblent pas avoir été changés ou lavés correctement. Tout le reste est ok, veuillez simplement améliorer la propreté.

La chambre est correcte. Ventilateur, télévision, douche chaude et climatisation sont fournis. Proche du centre commercial Puchong IOI, avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Non loin également des parcs d'attractions Sunway Pyramid et Sunway Lagoon. Le prix est intéressant.
