Hôtels 3 étoiles à Selangor, Malaisie

C'est mon premier séjour ici avec mon fils. Prix abordable pour deux nuits. J'ai choisi cet appartement car il est proche de l'hôpital de Putrajaya, où je rendais visite à ma nièce qui y est hospitalisée. Cependant, la maison semble convenir aux étudiants, pas à une famille. J'ai opté pour une chambre avec salle de bain, car celle avec salle de bain commune n'avait pas de fenêtre. Il y a une vidéosurveillance dans le salon. Il y a aussi un restaurant Mamak à proximité si vous souhaitez manger avant de rentrer. Globalement, c'est correct, car nous ne rentrons que le soir pour dormir, mais ce n'est pas recommandé pour les familles.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

c'est dans le même bâtiment que Dpulze Mall, un grand centre commercial complet à Cyberjaya. il y a aussi le restaurant Saba et Wong Solo à proximité. J'ai séjourné plus de 20 jours dans cet hôtel en 2024 en raison de son facteur de commodité. très sympa et hautement recommandé!

It is really enjoyable and the service was really good and fantastic, the room is absolutely stunning and the view also looks so charming, btw the lovation is nesrby to the mall and so on, is is accessible for everything and i am sure that i will repeat to stay in this hotel soon.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

La propreté n'est pas trop mauvaise. L'hôte envoie même quelqu'un pour nettoyer le lieu le 2ème jour. Et il remplit aussi le détergent de laver le blanc. Il y a une chambre pour améliorer l'hygiène, une odeur d'égout provenant du coucher de cuisine, un coucher de bains, des couchers qui courent autour, le filtre de cuisine s'échappe. Le lieu gagne en termes de localisation qui est proche de 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

Très satisfait(e). L'endroit est propre, confortable et le service est excellent. Il y a une cuisine où l'on peut préparer ses repas, et la piscine est magnifique. J'y séjournerai à nouveau avec plaisir. Une supérette se trouve juste en bas. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence de Lao Gan Ma, une touche très appréciée des palais chinois.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable.

Bien situé, juste à côté de la route principale et à proximité de l'hôpital de Putrajaya (à 15 minutes). Grand parking gratuit. Grande chambre avec équipements de base et toilettes standard. Personnel attentionné et sympathique. Pas de piscine, mais pour les courts séjours, c'est un endroit pratique. Dans l'ensemble, un hôtel économique très recommandé à Cyberjaya et Putrajaya 👍🏼

First of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing. But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement. For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms. Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed. The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy. The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔 And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this. Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔 Bed facing bathroom door and main door is very very bad, strongly recommend to change the placement of bed.
