C'est mon premier séjour ici avec mon fils. Prix abordable pour deux nuits. J'ai choisi cet appartement car il est proche de l'hôpital de Putrajaya, où je rendais visite à ma nièce qui y est hospitalisée. Cependant, la maison semble convenir aux étudiants, pas à une famille. J'ai opté pour une chambre avec salle de bain, car celle avec salle de bain commune n'avait pas de fenêtre. Il y a une vidéosurveillance dans le salon. Il y a aussi un restaurant Mamak à proximité si vous souhaitez manger avant de rentrer. Globalement, c'est correct, car nous ne rentrons que le soir pour dormir, mais ce n'est pas recommandé pour les familles.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

l'emplacement est stratégique, mais les installations ne le sont pas..cela ne répond pas aux attentes que l'on attend d'une chaîne hôtelière prestigieuse comme ascott level..plongeons dans les points négatifs : - un parking commun avec le centre commercial. Comme il était plein à l'époque, je devais me garer le long de la route. - le réceptionniste était lent. étonnamment, le client a dû s'inscrire à nouveau au comptoir, même si nous l'avons fait en ligne - l'hôtel n'avait qu'un seul réceptionniste malgré le long nombre de clients. Je suis arrivé à 21 heures (ce qui n'est pas l'heure de pointe mais c'est quand même long), je ne peux pas imaginer si c'est pendant l'heure normale d'enregistrement. - pas d'articles de toilette, seule la mousse de douche est fournie - ils ont fourni les boissons normales au café/thé avec des tasses et un radiateur, mais n'ont pas fourni de cuillères Examinons maintenant quelques-uns des points positifs : - la zone de réception est confortable et au design minimaliste - l'ascenseur de l'hôtel est rapide, même s'il est partagé avec le centre commercial - la taille de la chambre est pratique et propre - ils ont tous deux un ventilateur et une climatisation, ce qui est idéal pour les personnes qui ne sont pas habituées à la climatisation

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

La chambre d'hôtel est propre et dans de bonnes conditions, mais la télévision n'a pas fonctionné pendant mon séjour. Le service de l'ascenseur est le seul désavantage majeur qui est confusionnel et qui permet de perdre.

La location est très proche d'un centre commercial utama. Seul 8-15minutes conduire à 1U ou Starling Mall. Contrôle et sortie est facile, les instructions sont claires. L'ensemble de la maison est propre et confortable. La maison est confrontée à la zone de camping et à la mosquée, donc il y aura un peu de bruit. Tout cela est bon. Certainement réservera cette maison encore si avec la famille ,Tq hôte.

Bien situé, juste à côté de la route principale et à proximité de l'hôpital de Putrajaya (à 15 minutes). Grand parking gratuit. Grande chambre avec équipements de base et toilettes standard. Personnel attentionné et sympathique. Pas de piscine, mais pour les courts séjours, c'est un endroit pratique. Dans l'ensemble, un hôtel économique très recommandé à Cyberjaya et Putrajaya 👍🏼

The location indeed very strategic, just beside it you have mamak restaurant. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night / no worries if you want to sahur since i stayed during recent Ramadan. However, you got what you paid for. The room is small. You can hear almost everything whats happening outside the room. I like when it have wall fan. Haha. Yes..i’m fully aware it’s a budget hotel. So this is my honest review 😌

Overall a pleasant experience although we stayed for just 1 night. The location and surroundings were very nice especially with a stream running through the place. Room was clean and comfortable though there were some issues. One power socket was placed awkwardly onto the frame of the room. Everytime when the need to boil water, one has to bring the electric kettle to the socket point and placed it on the floor. Providing an extension cord would have been helpful. The room door did not come with a lock system. The door can only be secured from the inside by way of a rope tied over the door handle and the door frame. One cant help feeling uneasy with the room door being unsecured when going out leaving the room empty. Room came with a private bathroom but situated separetely outside the room. Privacy is compromised especially for women when going in and out of the bathroom. The common footpaths used by others are located very closeby to the entrance of the bathroom.
