Amazing this geographical formation is on trip advisor!
The polar bear on the end of the isle of white can only be seen at certain angles/viewing points. Try the East Cliff! If you turn your head rapidly left to right it looks like it moves!

Finally saw it
During a stay in bournemouth and with the bright September sun in the afternoon shining down - I was able to see it and show the family. Finally a claim to fame! Lol
